Very clean, they clean everyday. Very spacious, Very quiet. A perfect place for a retreat or R&R. They offer free pick up and drop off to the nearest train station and Tianfu Airport. Staff are very easy to talk to.

Excellent service. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I don't speak Chinese so we communicated with wechat which translates for me. I needed some extra toilet paper and this was sent to the room almost immediately by robot service. I was at the hotel for 12 hours as a stopover between flights while in transit and I had no complaints. All my requests were handled quickly and efficiently. I will be going to TFU again and this hotel is absolutely wonderful for my needs. I photographed the breakfast that was available in the buffet section.

We had a pleasent stay in this hotel .We arrived at late night they give an airport pickup service and it was so convenient for us.The room also provide heater and we had a good sleep.

Positive - Overall a very nice hotel with spacious/luxurious rooms and ideal location if you are in transit or need to be close to the airport - Breakfast was amazing (11/10) - There is a nice (bit more western) cafe (open until 21:00 I think) and a supermarket - The facilities such as the swimming pool (make sure to check opening hours!) and the fitness are a big bonus! Very nice and tidy. Negative - Difficult communication with hotel people. 1) They did not find my booking and acted like they did not know trip.com (?!) even though in the hotel room itself there was an advertisment on trip.com (lol). 2) They also told me that swimming was not included in my reservation and I had to pay extra. I had to reach out to trip.com and luckily everything got sorted because it should have been included… Shout out to the customer service of trip.com who resolved this matter quicky and professionally 3) I got a smoking room even though I reserved a non smoking. But honestly at this point and due to high difficulty of communication you have to choose your battles. (I think the issues summed up were due to the fact that they did not find my reservation…) 4) When I wanted to ask where the swimming pool was (since no english speaking people you did not really get information on these things - you have to figure it out yourself), some people were cutting the line and even when I just let it be and waited patiently another person just moved me aside. Hotel people did nothing but honestly this was the least issue of all. 5) at the end of my trip they were probably were so fed up with this foreigner (aka me) that they were not friendly at the check out. - Very bad wifi (you maybe can check your emails or use basic apps but the network is weak protected).

Really good value for the money. They took us from the metro one day and brought us to the airport the next day. Room was clean, a bit old, but had everything and the ladies at the reception were very friendly.

Great airport hotel, perfect for early morning flights or late-night arrivals. They offer a shuttle service; you can simply add them on WeChat to coordinate a pickup. Inside, there's a small mini-mart for drinks and snacks, plus they serve great-tasting fresh coffee and tea. The rooms are clean and offer excellent value for money.

Good place to Stay if you have early flight to catch. The place is really comfortable and spotless. Easy access by Didi Taxi and they provide airport drop-off which added value to my booking. Highly recommended!

It was exceptionally good, exceptionally good, exceptionally good. I'll say it three times. Located in a small town, it had a charming atmosphere. The pick-up and drop-off service was good. There were very convenient places to eat nearby. The prices were incredibly cheap. It was also very clean. Very quiet.

Because we were going to land at Chengdu Tianfu Airport at 10 p.m., we decided to stay at a hotel near the airport that offered airport pick-up service and a small breakfast (bread and milk). Communication with the hotel was quite good. We were picked up on time, with a spacious vehicle, and they also picked up two more people near the MRT station. The drive to the hotel was very winding, uphill, and there were no streetlights, so it was pretty dark—we relied entirely on the car’s headlights. At first it felt a bit scary, but after about 15 minutes we arrived at the lobby for check-in. It turned out that the lobby was only for checking in; to get to the rooms we had to be driven again. Since it was late and there wasn’t enough lighting, the driver escorted us right to the front of our room. After a one-minute walk, we reached the door, turned on the lights, and we absolutely loved the room. There was 1 double bed and 1 single bed, plenty of power outlets, a separate toilet and shower, clean, tidy, no odor, a kettle, complete toiletries, and a heating AC that made us sleep very well. In the morning it was drizzling a bit, and outside it turned out to be really beautiful. This hotel is really great. If it weren’t so far from the city, I would want to stay longer. But if I go to Chengdu again, I will definitely stay longer at this hotel—first to visit the Panda Base and Dujiangyan, then afterwards return to the city. Because the distance from this hotel to Chengdu city is about 1 hour by Didi. But if you only need a short stay for an early flight, it’s highly recommended

The hotel is not far from the airport. The downside of the room is that it was too smoky. The staff is excellent, and there is a free shuttle service to the airport! I will definitely stay here again.
