Guest UserStayed for one night during a layover in Chengdu.
**Facilities:** It's a very new hotel, equipped with an elevator and a restaurant.
**Hygiene:** Very clean, the hot water was great, and it was quiet for sleeping.
**Environment:** Surrounded by greenery. The small path from where you get dropped off to the hotel had so many butterflies, it was really beautiful!
**Service:** Very warm and attentive. The shuttle service to and from the airport was comfortable and punctual.
Overall, it's a very suitable hotel for a one-night transit stay! The only downside is that ordering takeout isn't very convenient; there aren't many options around, and no bubble tea either.

I genuinely recommend this hidden gem of a hotel; I'm completely won over after staying here!
I arrived in the early morning, and the airport pickup was perfectly on time. The driver was incredibly kind, spoke standard Mandarin, so communication was seamless. Unlike many hotels that use vans for pickups, they arranged a business car directly. Seeing how exhausted I was from my journey, the driver even offered to turn on the seat massage function so I could rest, and my fatigue instantly melted away. The driver mentioned that this is their family property, they don't do much online advertising, saving that money to invest in facilities and services, which is incredibly practical.
The hotel facilities are new and spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail. The price is also very reasonable. Personally, I feel it's on par with hotels like 'All Seasons' and offers amazing value for money. Let me share a small detail from my stay: I accidentally dropped an earring into the sink and panicked. But when I opened the sink trap, it was incredibly clean, and there was even a funnel-like design that caught the earring directly. To have such attention to detail is truly impressive.
Furthermore, the hotel's bedding was excellent; the pillows were so comfortable, and it was very quiet. I think it's perfect for business travelers or those with layovers.
What touched me the most was when my period suddenly started in the middle of the night. It was very late, and I called the front desk to ask where I could buy supplies. To my surprise, the hotel had already prepared these for female guests. They even gave me several extra pads, gently saying, ”Girls understand,” and I was instantly warmed by their thoughtfulness.
They also offer complete services like airport drop-off and wake-up calls. When I had an early morning flight, the front desk specially prepared hot milk, eggs, and bread. The staff member's attitude was consistently wonderful.
From pickup to check-in and then to drop-off, I was incredibly well taken care of throughout. They don't bother with flashy promotions; it's all about genuine service and quality. I'll definitely stay here again next time! It was fantastic!!

Guest UserThey offered an airport pickup service late at night during the Spring Festival travel rush, which was a huge plus. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel has all the amenities you'd need, and the breakfast spread was fantastic. Definitely great value for money.

Guest UserThe value for money is incredible. For such a low price, they offer free pick-up and drop-off, and the service is great. What more could you ask for near the airport at this price? I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again for my next layover in Chengdu.
**Facilities:** Very new, and the soundproofing is excellent.
**Hygiene:** Clean, and they even provide disposable toilet seat covers, which is reassuring.
**Environment:** The street is lively, but the room is quiet. Local fruits are very cheap nearby.
**Service:** Very enthusiastic, and the free pick-up and drop-off are a huge bonus.

On the last day of my trip to Chengdu, my plans changed due to the weather, so I had to find a new hotel at the last minute. I stumbled upon this place and was really impressed by the photos. It's also not far from the airport, so I booked a room. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised – what a fantastic deal! The hotel has a beautiful, elegant garden design. The lobby is grand and opulent, and the staff were all very kind and polite. The hallways are spacious, and the room itself was huge. The mattress was just right, not too soft or too hard, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. The soundproofing in the room was excellent too. For breakfast, there was a great variety of options, a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, all well-balanced and nutritious.

Facilities: Well-equipped.
Hygiene: Neat and clean.
Environment: Spacious and bright.
Service: Excellent! They even provided breakfast for my early morning flight. By the way, the white strawberries from the fruit stand at the entrance are incredibly delicious; I highly recommend trying them. Also, the Jianyang lamb soup at a small restaurant nearby is very tasty.

Stayed for 2 consecutive nights. Booked a 'tech room' and got a free upgrade to a suite. There weren't many photos of the suites in the reviews, so I couldn't get a reference beforehand. It's allergy season (spring pollen), and as someone with allergies, I needed a bathtub, so I decided to experience it upon arrival.
First, the positives:
1. The front desk staff was very patient. Knowing I have allergies (to pollen, cigarette smoke, alcohol, etc.), I hoped to upgrade to a room with a bathtub. She patiently explained the company's financial regulations: standard rooms can only be upgraded to standard rooms, and king rooms to king rooms. No 'cross-category' upgrades are allowed, even if it means the room remains vacant. It's a very rigid financial system. Given the intense competition in the hotel industry, I wish the finance department would experience the front desk's difficulties before setting such rules. In an era where check-ins and repeat purchases are king, I'm surprised a hotel is still hampered by financial policies.
2. The suite was comfortable, and the space was well-distributed. The air conditioning unit was not directly over the resting area for guests. The fixtures and bedding were very clean. Water pressure was strong, and the water was hot enough. However, when filling the bathtub, the water temperature fluctuated slightly between hot and cold, though I didn't notice this issue while showering.
3. The breakfast selection was also good, with a comprehensive variety. Replenishment and clearing were timely.
4. The shuttle bus to the airport runs every hour at 45 minutes past, which is very convenient. Although the bus stops at other hotels, this is the starting point, so seat availability is controllable.
5. The lamb soup at the restaurant next door is excellent, and the second floor connects directly to the hotel, so you can go without even stepping outside.
6. Fruit delivery service is available, and drinking water is plentiful and free.
Now for the shortcomings:
1. Facing the street, at a crossroads, next to a gas station... the noise 'buffs' were stacked high. Rooms facing the street were very noisy. However, choosing a room with a window facing the inner corridor was neither ventilated nor less noisy.
2. The laundry room was in an inconvenient location with no clear signs along the way. The laundry room on the 2nd floor only had one washing machine, and there were water stains all over the floor with no staff supervision. It's described as self-service, but it's really a management loophole. The hotel wants to advertise laundry service but doesn't want to take responsibility for it, or even put in a little extra effort. I heard there's another laundry room on the 4th floor, but I couldn't find it due to the lack of clear signs on that floor, so I gave up.
3. There are 'No Smoking' signs, but no enforcement. People were smoking in the hotel lobby, public corridors, and even elevators without anyone stopping them. The security guards simply turned a blind eye, as if it were common practice. Those who are sensitive to smoke should seriously consider this.
4. The hotel's decor extensively uses carpeting. It's widespread in public corridors, individual rooms, and the hotel lobby lounge area. This creates potential dust and mite issues, which can cause respiratory discomfort and coughing. The carpet in the lobby lounge area on the first floor was particularly unsightly. However, overall, it's acceptable due to sufficient cleaning frequency, but there's significant room for improvement.
That's all! 😀 Overall, a good review. Worth choosing.

Guest UserThe room was as clean as the city outside, and there were quite a few guests staying there. It was very convenient as there's a shuttle service to the airport around 5 AM, and they also offer pick-up service upon arrival. This really met my travel needs. I was initially worried about the accommodation environment and safety, but it turns out it's pretty good overall. Just a minor note, there were quite a few mosquitoes.

I've stayed here before and had a great impression, so I chose it again for my layover. The service and environment are still pretty good, but the infrastructure is noticeably quite damaged. I'm not sure why the owner isn't maintaining it; it's a bit of a shame.
