Hotel was really nice and new. Nearby was a lot of restaurants and stores. Service was good but stuff didnt speak english well

This hotel is meant to host big business events and not really for leisure travellers. The hotel is about 20min from the airport by shuttle, not as near as we thought.

The hotel has an excellent services and ambience. It is recommended to stay if you have a medium transit time and doesnt want to go too far from airport. The room, bathroom, linen, and lobby area was clean. The staff was friendly and helpfull, especially Alex. I was looking for my ID copy that is misplaced and he is helping me much on the process. The receptionist are english spoken, too.
The hotel provide a free shuttle bus from / to Tianfu Airport. There are some stores accros the hotel lobby, i.e: minimarket, noodle store, mutton soup store (Note: the mutton soup was good).
We are travelling with one teenager and 6 years old kid.
We are satisfied with the hotel. Thank you for welcoming us..

Room small, bathroom doors were making squeaky sound when opening and closing, no service, no phone calls can be made to reception from room, only plus is close to airport , that’s it, over price

We stayed here on a last minute booking due to flight reschedule. The hotel provides free airport transfe. Tianfu airport staff are very helpful, they helped us to call to hotel on the shuttle availability. We were so lucky that the bus is there and will depart in 10 minutes. Room is spacious and clean, buffet breakfast is good too.

Nice place near airport with bus to pickup from Tianfu airport that arrived punctually. Just needs to pre-book via WeChat and they will provide you a QR code to scan and fill in your preferred pickup time for how many pax. The place has many blocks, the receptionist was friendly but she didn't inform us on how to get to our room until I went back to ask her.

A very clean and calm hotel , they have airport pickup service . It's the best choice if you have a transit trip with long hours and not very recommended if you want to see the city cause it's far away from the city
