Huashen Yudie Yunshu (Chengdu Tianfu International Airport Branch)

This hotel is a 20-minute drive from the airport, located in a small town, and perched on a hill. The roads are narrow, and the front desk is at the bottom. You have to check in there, then drive your car up a very steep road to drop off your luggage, and then drive it back down to a parking spot halfway up the hill. Terrible! At night, all the lights are off, making it extremely dangerous to go up and down. The rooms are like shipping containers, and the room numbers are unclear. I had to lug my luggage up stairs. The room had a strong musty smell due to poor ventilation. The shower pressure was very low, and the hot water was slow to arrive. The front desk was dirty and messy; someone was even sleeping on a sofa with their shoes off, and it smelled like stinky feet. The parking area had no lighting, which was very dangerous on rainy nights, and the ground was covered in loose rocks, which is terrible for tires. To top it off, in the afternoon, I slipped on a metal object on the stairs leading up to my room! I hope everyone avoids this place.

This hotel was absolutely terrible. I had booked a family room, and when we arrived at night, the entire pathway was pitch black. It didn't have the bright lighting shown in the pictures. There weren't many guests, so I guess they were trying to save money. My whole family had to use our phone flashlights just to find our room. Finally, when we did find it, the key card wouldn't open the door! I was going crazy. I called the front desk for help, and the person told us to walk all the way back down the hill to get a new key card, claiming she had a backache and couldn't come up. If you're not feeling well, you shouldn't be working at the front desk. All we wanted was to rest quickly, so we ended up settling for a twin room downstairs just to avoid going back and forth with a child in the dark with all the mosquitoes. The room itself was dirty; as soon as we entered, we saw cobwebs and a lot of dust, as if it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The next morning, all I wanted to do was leave quickly. I called the front desk to arrange for someone to help us take our luggage to the main desk to return the key card and check out. They said there was no car available and told us to walk downhill ourselves to return the card. We had elderly people, children, and three suitcases – how were we supposed to walk down there? As for the breakfast that was included when booking, they just gave us a bread and milk upon check-in for the next day's breakfast. There are no shops around, and even calling for a ride-hailing service like Didi was difficult; you had to pay extra to get a car because the location is so remote, only accessible by mountain roads. Few food delivery services could reach us either. It was truly a terrible experience.

Great hotel, excellent value for money and really affordable. It's fantastic! The main thing is that it's cheap, and the beds are super comfy. The environment is also very good. I'll definitely stay here again.

The container design is really eye-catching, and the environment is quiet and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. The free airport shuttle was punctual and the service was warm and friendly. It offers excellent value for money. My only minor complaint is that the trees were a bit tall, blocking some of the view.

The room is great, with a fantastic view, and the gym is pretty good too. It's very close to the airport and includes breakfast.

The bed was huge, but the location was a bit out of the way, up in the mountains, which made it very quiet. It was close to the airport, and they even provided bread and milk. The facilities were all good, with strong A/C and water pressure. The only downside was quite a few bugs. They also offered airport shuttle service! All in all, great value for the price!
