The rooms are clean, and relaxing on the balcony is delightful, ensuring a comfortable stay in the mountainous area. The front desk service is attentive, and there's free parking for those driving. The only minor downsides are the limited breakfast selection; it would be better if packed breakfasts included some salty items, as sweating can lead to discomfort otherwise. Overall, it offers good value for money and is a top choice for a hiking trip."

"We stayed for two nights because the hotel is conveniently located near Fanjingshan. While the location was suitable for our visit, the overall experience was disappointing. The hotel was extremely quiet when we first arrived, and it appeared that we were the only guests during our stay. Unfortunately, the level of service did not meet expectations. On our first night, we requested washing powder so that we could do some laundry. We were told that it had run out and that more would be available the following morning. However, when we checked the next day, there was still no washing powder available. More frustratingly, the staff made no effort to update us on the situation or offer an alternative solution. This lack of communication and initiative was disappointing. The bed was also very hard and uncomfortable. We eventually decided to extend our stay by one more night because my wife was experiencing back pain and preferred not to travel. However, our sleep quality did not improve. At around 6:00 a.m., we were awakened by other guests talking loudly in the corridor and by the constant noise of doors opening and closing. The soundproofing appears to be poor, as noises from the hallway could be clearly heard inside the room. Between the uncomfortable bed, inadequate sound insulation, and the lack of attentiveness from the staff, we did not get the restful stay we had hoped for. ."

The breakfast selection is incredibly rich, offering both Chinese and Western options, and everything tasted delicious. What's more, the soundproofing is exceptional, guaranteeing a peaceful stay undisturbed by external noise. Waking up and opening the window, the view that greeted me was simply breathtakingly serene. The guesthouse's facilities are top-notch; the air conditioning cooled down the room quickly, and the hot water for showering was consistently stable. We had a really good night's sleep. As for cleanliness, I couldn't find any faults. The room was spacious and bright, well-ventilated, and had no strange odors. Even though the bathroom is in the mountains, it was very well-maintained and spotless. But what really stood out was their service! The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming, and they even offered a free shuttle service to the scenic spots, which saved us a lot of hassle. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'm already planning to bring my family here next time."

"I looked at many hotels before finally choosing this one for my trip to Fanjingshan. The hotel is a little over an hour's drive from Tongren Railway Station, which was very convenient as I took a taxi from Tongren. It's a ten-minute walk from Fanjingshan, and the hotel offers a shuttle service. It's a garden-style hotel with a nice environment. Since it wasn't peak season, the hotel proactively upgraded my room upon arrival. The room was spacious, and the bedding was comfortable. The room I stayed in the second night had a bathtub, which was very relaxing after hiking. Perfect for a vacation. The hotel also thoughtfully provided us with hiking gloves and offered to bring raincoats when the weather was bad – very considerate! Overall, I highly recommend it and give it a thumbs up!"

"The room was very large and it didn't take long to renovate. The interior is very complete, the house is not humid at all, and the heating is sufficient. The early morning is delicious and the rice noodles are very delicious. The boss is responsive and parking is very convenient, and there are two cute puppies. Highly recommended"

"We chose this hotel for its triple room, which is quite rare but perfect for us. The room was reasonably clean, though perhaps because it's in the mountains, there were always bugs. The restaurant behind the hotel is excellent, and you can access it directly from the third-floor walkway. On the ground floor, there were always people playing mahjong – I'm not sure if they were guests or staff. Is this some kind of local custom? It's right in the lobby, facing the front, which makes the hotel look more like a mahjong parlor. It might be better if they had a separate room for that."

"The service is super good! The two bosses were warm and thoughtful, took us to the scenic spot and shared fruit with us. The greenery in front of the door is too beautiful, with various flowers and lemon trees. The room was very clean, comfortable and warm, and the view was good. The most unique is the supplies provided. It is the most popular in so many stores I have lived in. Oat soap, rubber band, very portable comb, toothbrush is also very easy to use, cotton swabs are also convenient to use, unlike other very soft ones. Break. Sound insulation is very good, lunch break and sleep at night are very stable. I wish you a prosperous business!"

Koi fish glided serenely in the pond, and the bell by the entrance chimed softly in the breeze, making you instinctively lighten your steps. This wasn't some contrived 'Chinese style,' but a place truly lived in. Their attentiveness was subtle but profound. Knowing roughly when we'd arrive, they'd already warmed the room, even the comforter was toasty. A wisp of sandalwood incense was slowly burning, and the tea set was neatly arranged, as if awaiting its owner's return. The moment I opened the door, my heart felt at ease. The furnishings inside reflected a restrained and tasteful Chinese aesthetic. Carved wooden window lattices, soaring double-leaf Chinese doors, and soft, warm lighting – each item seemed to have stepped out of an earlier time. The collected artifacts and calligraphies were not flashy, yet each quietly told its own story. For dinner, we decided to stay in rather than venture out, opting for a 'home-cooked meal.' Upon hearing our request, the auntie immediately sprang into action – she went to another part of the property, caught a chicken, and stewed a fresh pot of chicken soup. Then she dug fresh fiddlehead ferns from the vegetable patch, still carrying the aroma of earth. There were also her homemade salted duck eggs, not overly salty, yet oily with just one bite. The firewood slowly burned, the soup in the pot gently simmered, and the aroma of the food gradually filled the air. That scent wasn't the refined fragrance of a restaurant, but the long-missed, comforting taste of home. This isn't just a 'chic' guesthouse; it’s far more touching than many of them. It's like a well-preserved slice of life – quiet, authentic, and full of warmth. This is a place one will remember and want to return to for another short stay."
