The room was as advertised, clean and tidy. The hotel has a great location, right at the entrance of the scenic area, with complete surrounding facilities. There's a river not far in front with very clean water. Parking is required in the scenic area's parking lot; the hotel provides parking tickets. The hotel is newly renovated, very clean, and simply yet elegantly decorated. The owner is very helpful and welcoming, assisting with luggage. The hotel has a restaurant with good food. The scenery of Fanjingshan is also beautiful and worth a visit. ”The mountain doesn't see me, but I come to see the mountain.” Overall, a very satisfying trip, and the hotel offers great value for money! Highly recommended.

It was such a surprise find at Fanjingshan. The rooms are big with modern facilities including toilet seat sensor. The inn also has a lift for those with big luggages and don’t want to climb the stairs with them, a feature that is not in all the inns around. We have such a comfortable stay, even if it was just for a night. We took a didi to the inn in the evening and in the morning, the owner drove us to the gate of Fanjingshan to purchase the tickets. He also offered to pick us up when we are done for the day at fjs. He also helped us to engage a driver who drove us to fenghuang ancient town for a fair price based on our cab fare from Tongren to fjs. First of all, I would like to compliment the lady boss, Ms. Chen and Madam Liu for their thoughtfulness, hospitality and kindness during our 2 nights stay in the homestay. We were allocated 2 room units at level 5 for a 2 x double bed size and 1 x queen bed size for my family. The homestay had installed a lift to provide the guests easy access to their allocated room unit without carrying heavy luggage bags up to the upper level which I discovered other homestay units don't provide such facilities. The staff are most helpful and always there to provide assistance in particular when I need to clean my dirty laundry, the owner offered their assistance to help with laundry service and dry out hanging while we can go for our mountain outing at ease. Also, they took an initiative to prepare the necessary personal items like a walking stick and rain coat before you set off to the mountain trekking to save us from unnecessary spending of such expenses. Such a kind gesture is appreciated as the items may be a one time usage. Overall, our stay was extremely wonderful and satisfying which I personally recommend huanlin guesthouse and I will definitely reserve the same guesthouse should I will made a visit to Fanjinshan again.

Parking is available in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel has an elevator. The room is as pictured on the app; it's clean and spacious. The owner is friendly and provides excellent service.

Strategic location, 10 mins walk to East Gate entrance, 5 mins walk to the bustling area; clean & comfortable room, sufficient amenities for an overnight stay before heading to FJS; convenient as good selection of restaurants & sundry shops just around the corner.

Great service frm staff. They serve hot ginger & red dates tea in the lobby for guests to fill into their thermal flask for the climb. Big and comfy rooms with nice balcony. Their toilet is quite big with heated floor. Decent breakfast. Just few minutes walk to the entrance of Fanjing Shan.

Very beautiful room. Friendly hosts. The boss drove us to the park entrance and back. The food is very good. Calm, in the middle of a little village.
