Had a lovely stay here as our base for visiting Fanjingshan national park. The staff were so kind and upgraded us to a huge room for free! It was very comfortable and we liked the huge wall-sized windows. Thank you :)

The male staff at the front desk was only concerned with drinking bubble tea and chatting on his phone. He didn't answer any questions and was impossible to communicate with. He just handed me the key card and ignored everything else. Speechless 😒, hope for improvement.

Location is mins walk to fanjingshan ticket ctr and entrance. The bed is uncomfortable, cos I could feel the uneven part . Otherwise, it is a pleasant stay and Ah Kwang is very helpful. They also helped me to send my charger and updated me . At times there is no one at the counter but they respond fast via wechat. Don't eat at the breakfast shop next to it and street stall along the alley towards fanjingshan entrance.They will sell you food that's not fresh and oil that's rancid... horrible..

The room was very new and spacious, making for a comfortable stay. There's an elevator and free underground parking, which is very convenient if you're driving. It's also just a few minutes' walk to the scenic area. Excellent 👍

The inn is very close to the hiking trail entrance, just a 6-7 minute walk away. There's an elevator, so bringing lots of luggage isn't a problem. The bed was quite comfortable to sleep in. The soundproofing isn't great though; I could hear the cleaning staff and other guests passing by in the morning. Since it was the off-season when I went, it wasn't fully booked, which was good, otherwise, it would have really affected my sleep.

Excellent! The hotel is clean and well-maintained with great facilities. The owner is incredibly warm and attentive. They offer free parking and it's very close to Fanjingshan Scenic Area. Great value for money! (Forgot to take pictures, but the interior looks exactly like the promotional photos).
