"The hygiene and environment are both great, and the service attitude is especially wonderful! I'd like to give a shout-out to the lady at the front desk who helped with check-in; she was very thoughtful and helped us upgrade to a room with a balcony. The facilities are also very complete. You can even access the mall across the street directly from the hotel's second floor via a sky bridge – the view of Qinhu Lake is really nice! The only minor drawback is that the room door isn't very soundproof. You can hear conversations in the corridor crystal clear, especially in the morning. If you happen to have kids staying next door, their chattering, and the constant opening and closing of doors make it impossible to sleep in."

The room had plenty of natural light and was spotlessly clean. The bathroom facilities were complete, and the mattress was just right – I slept incredibly well. "I had a very satisfying stay, and overall, it was excellent value for money. Every evening, there was a late-night snack bar offering chicken soup noodles and either sweet fermented rice balls or tremella soup for dessert. The room was comfortable, clean, and hygienic, with great natural light. It also had a recliner and a desk, perfect for business travelers. The location was easy to find, with free parking spaces and charging stations on the ground floor. Across the street, Wanda Plaza on the fourth floor offered a wide variety of dining options. Plus, you could have food deliveries brought to your room by a robot, which was very convenient!"

"Exceptional hotel, bordering on luxurious. Comfortable bed, decent views, wide TV, big shower, smart toilet and a bath... The room has everything you will need for a short stay! The staff are some of the friendliest and most professional people I have met. The valet/doormen were fantastic and their manner really stood out. The decor is gorgeous, throughout the hotel and the restaurants are very fancy. They were a little overpriced for me, but for people who don't mind splashing the cash a bit, the restaurants are fine The breakfast had a very respectable range of sweet, savoury, hot, cold and cosmopolitan options, all of which were delicious and welcome! The facilities were a standout feature, and my little boy loved the pools and play area. The japanese hot pool was so incredibly relaxing, we didn't want to leave! The location wasn't the greatest, but I have no complaints about the area itself. The main city centre of Changshu is definitely worth a visit but is a good 25 minutes from the hotel. The wetland is nearby, but it was too cold and wet to visit this time. There aren't many shops or parks near the hotel, but for a relaxing break inside, this hotel is perfect! I would definitely stay here again and my son wants to too!!"

"The hotel location is perfect. Near the walking street. However, the hotel was very noisy and had bad security. I hope they can improve the security in the future. (Only the hotel customer can access to the floor who is staying.."

"The Pullman Changshu far exceeded my expectations; it's truly the benchmark for five-star hotels in Changshu! The room was spacious and airy. The twin bed setup was incredibly comfortable, with soft and clean bedding. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. The entire room featured a minimalist luxury business decor, with warm wood tones paired with sophisticated gray walls, giving it a high-end yet cozy feel. A full-length mirror by the entrance, a desk and workspace, and a mini-bar were all provided, making it suitable for both business trips and short getaways. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was exceptionally well-done. The marble countertop was spotless, the shower pressure was strong, and the toiletries were high-quality. The lighted mirror was a thoughtful and practical touch. The whole room was impeccably clean, with no unpleasant odors. The room came standard with a coffee machine, mineral water, and a hot water kettle, providing all the essential amenities for a hassle-free and convenient stay. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to hail a taxi, and the surrounding area is well-developed. The service was prompt and attentive, and the front desk staff were gentle and patient, making for a smooth and comfortable check-in and overall stay. The value for money is outstanding. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Changshu for business or leisure!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Mercure Changshu Riverside Hotel for 6 nights. We didn't feel lost though our Mandarin is super weak.Xiao Juan （小娟）is super helpful, assisting with the apps on booking ride hailing, recommending my wife on places of interest to visit while I am at work, and economy way to travel around. The room has beautiful views, rooms are big, and pretty modern technology with bidet seat, and voice command AI device provided in the room."

"I booked this hotel when I went to climb Yushan Mountain in Changshu. Considering it was during the Qingming holiday, the price was quite good. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, offering great value for money. Friends visiting Changshu should definitely consider it. There's also a fantastic restaurant near the hotel with amazing big meat buns and all-you-can-eat congee. The owner is very kind, and the food exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!"
