This is a superb hotel. They will always try their best to communicate effectively with me so that I get the best they can offer.
I asked them to change the room, as it had some cigarette smell, and they changed it immediately.
They also have a large parking lot, which is very convenient. Needless to mention that it is free of charge.
If you have to order food, now they have a robot that brings the food to the front of your door!
I strongly recommend this hotel for the service and cleaning of the room.

I have stayed here every year for last 7 years and have noticed a steady decline in services in last 2 years. I am really disappointed in what I have experienced this time and it will probably be the last time I stay. From limited food selection to an aircon that doesn’t work, the problems are too many. I hope that they can fix the problems in the future. 😔

This is an excellent hotel, that was when I left late, they cleaned my room without any requests or objections.
They helped me to get a taxi, and also the place is clean and well-maintained.

This is a great hotel, they even let me book in before 12m, and they always provide the best suit.
The ladies at the front desk will do everything on their hands to make your stay pleasurable.
The room is spacious and very comfortable.
I always feel very welcomed, and I also appreciate the excellent service they consistently offer.
