We had a lovely stay. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The hotel atmosphere is relaxing, with places to sit and enjoy the gardens as well. The room was clean, breakfast was simple and filling, and the bed was comfortable.

老宅院改成的民宿，環境清幽，出行方便卻寧靜，旅遊一天回到院子裏，就是住進了古色古香的蘇州園林，亭台曲徑，格外愜意。房間裏設施齊全，衞生整潔，特別感謝前台小妹妹，到的第一天比較晚了，跑進跑出的幫我們升級房間，拿東西。早上的早點是每人一盤套餐，很精緻。小妹妹服務貼心，很注重細節，有時一句無意中的對話，她都記在心裏，準備妥當。連住了三天，很滿意。

常熟市中心，鬧中取靜的地方，去虞山尚湖方塔園無論是打車還是公交車都很方便。民宿是老宅改建而成，曲徑通幽，體驗感還不錯。房間裏衞生總體來説還算過得去，每天都會打掃，算是民宿裏做的好的了。門口的縣南街據説一直在改造，以至於入口不太好找也不太好走。總之，對於節假日需要找個人少點地方度假的長三角民眾來説，是很不錯的縣選擇啦！

總體還不錯，古色古香，外古內新，住宿體驗還是很不錯的，服務也比較貼心，送的早餐挺不錯，床品和衞浴設施也OK. 另外院子的細節很值得好評，細細走走的話可以發現不少用心的角落。
扣分點有二，一是窗外就是垃圾桶和工地，實在不忍直視。二是洗澡水衹要一熱，就成了涓涓細流，小朋友都差點洗感冒。大夏天還算了，秋冬怎麼辦？

服務：房間沒有沐浴露，致電前台要求送沐浴露和浴巾後，半個小時無人響應，其間撥打前台電話催促，剛開始態度還可以，後來直接掛斷電話，態度十分惡劣。最後前台小姑娘終於姍姍來遲，但是衹送來了沐浴露卻沒有浴巾，經提醒後終於把東西送齊。本以為告一段落，結果半小時後我們已經休息，突然又有人按門鈴，送一雙（我們沒有要過的）拖鞋（？？？）
設施：房間內燒水壺有一股很重的酸味，不知道用來煮過什麼東西。
民宿的房費在別的地方不算貴，但在常熟也算數一數二，管理和服務卻如此堪憂讓人沒有想到。

位於：縣南街一家民宿家常菜
老宅翻建的民宿，可以看出園林風格突出，格局很明顯，每個角度拍出來都很好看，很適合休息的時候跟朋友一起來喝茶，聊天，在這裏還能吃飯，不想回去還能在這裏住一晚，酒店隔音不太好，説話大點聲外面就能聽到，我選了大床房，有浴缸累的時候可以泡澡休息休息，窗外就能看到院子，很適合放鬆身心，酒店裡麪的拖鞋很不錯，很厚實。以前縣南街人擠人，來來往往都是人羣，至今熱鬧的衹剩下南門壇，還保留着以前的一些建築！
