"My overall stay was really great. The hotel's surroundings are very quiet, and the public areas inside the hotel are well-maintained and comfortable. The room cleaning was meticulous, with no strange odors, and the bed was very comfortable – that's the main reason I choose Atour.
Speaking of breakfast, it exceeded my expectations. The variety of dishes was extensive, including various stir-fried dishes, steamed buns and mantou, multigrain porridge, refreshing cold appetizers, as well as fresh seasonal fruits and a variety of beverages. The balance of meat and vegetables was good, making it perfect whether you just want a quick bite or a proper breakfast.
Overall, the value for money is excellent. I didn't encounter any unpleasant issues throughout my stay and felt incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend it to friends traveling to this area."

"It was truly unexpected to find such a high-standard guesthouse in the ancient villages of Northern Xinjiang. The entire place was spotless, with meticulous attention to detail everywhere. The disposable amenities were incredibly comprehensive, even including disinfectant wipes. The toiletries were all from well-known brands, which clearly shows the owner's great sincerity. The soundproofing in our cabin was excellent. As the temperature drops sharply in the mountains at night, the guesthouse provides heating and extra thick quilts upon request. Although breakfast wasn't a buffet, it was rich in variety, and the small wontons were perfect for our Southern Chinese palate. You could also order a freshly made latte separately. The service was warm and attentive throughout our stay, with snacks and fresh fruit delivered daily. When a family member suddenly developed a fever during our trip, the owner proactively offered to drive us to the village clinic late at night. After we explored the ancient village, they also made a special effort to pick us up and bring us back to the guesthouse – such enthusiasm is truly rare and commendable. In the evenings, we could gather around a fire to watch movies or enjoy a charcoal barbecue, creating a wonderfully atmospheric and culturally rich experience. Upon check-out, we even received a thoughtfully prepared souvenir. The entire stay was flawless, truly sincere, and highly recommended."

Guest UserFinally found this hidden gem of a guesthouse in the Kanas Scenic Area! From the moment I stepped into the courtyard, I was awestruck by the fairytale-like wooden cabins and the distant snow-capped mountains. The owner was incredibly welcoming, the rooms were clean and cozy, and the disposable toiletries were reassuring. Looking at the snow-capped mountains from the window was simply too romantic!
I've already recommended it to all my friends. You'll regret not staying here when you come to Kanas! I definitely want to come back next autumn to experience the breathtaking view from the balcony as the forests turn a vibrant red.

The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the space and layout were great, and there was a washing machine with dryer. The hostess and owner were so welcoming, they even went out to meet us and helped with our luggage. As soon as we arrived at the cabin, we saw a rainbow. The hostess said it was a double rainbow, and they upgraded my room. Thank you. The breakfast was also very generous. I'll definitely stay at your place next winter.

Guest UserForgot to take pictures of the room, but it was a good size and clean. It didn't feel cramped at all for two adults and a teenager. The breakfast selection was also very rich. A special thanks to Ms. Yang at the front desk for upgrading our room and warmly giving us directions to Hemu and recommendations for local food there. She even messaged us in the morning when it was raining to remind us to dress warmly. This was the most heartwarming experience of our trip.

Guest UserI stayed in the starlit room, hoping to catch the Milky Way at midnight, but unfortunately, it was overcast and rainy that day. The location is excellent, right near the Hemu Mountain Villa stop for the scenic area shuttle bus, and there's even a small internal garden. The butler was incredibly warm and attentive, proactively offering information about local taxi drivers within the scenic area, which was convenient for heading up the mountain to see the sunrise and morning mist.

The guesthouse is in a superb location, right by Qiaotou Station, making it super convenient for dining and shopping, yet it's still quiet and peaceful. The room facilities are complete and exactly as pictured on the platform – it even had a Dyson hairdryer, a projector, and a Bluetooth speaker. The toiletries were plentiful, and the bedding was very comfortable. The staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. Highly recommended!

Guest UserWe had an incredible stay at Zarat Kanas Homestay. The host was incredibly personable and friendly. She went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and that we had an enjoyable stay. The location of the cabin is perfect in the New Village, right in front of the #5 bus stop. The cabin was roomy and spacious, comfortable, and clean. The radiant floor heating kept us warm when it was below freezing outside. We stayed here 2 nights with my family and couldn't ask for anything more. If you are considering a home stay in Kanas, I highly recommend staying with Zarat!

We stayed here for 2 nights. I booked this accomodation because trip.com indicated this is a non smoking room. When we got into the room we can noticed straight away strong cigarette smell. I saw an Ash tray in the room that was just used. To reduce the cigarette smell I opened the door and windows and put the Ash tray into a plastic bag and tightly sealed it.
Prior to check in we had a problem caused by the luggage transfer staff at Kanas Lake and the lady boss was kind enough to fetch one of us again to the luggage release point at Jiadengyu car park station.
Fresh fruits were supplied daily to our room. We are happy with that. The location of the accommodation was not near to the shuttle bus stop as compared to many hotels in the vicinity. The bathroom has no wall hook and towel rails for hanging clothes and towels. This makes bathing not easy especially in the cold autumn weather. Disposable paper bath towels was provided and it was uncomfortable to use besides being inefficient to remove water and moisture from the body. One of the lamps on the ceiling was not working. The curtain has a part that was dislocated and not fixed. Glass with no handle was provided and when it's filled with hot water it's difficult and dangerous to hold as you can drop the glass easily if you are not very careful. The elderly lady at the accommodation was very helpful and told us to use the common area chairs to put our bag as no luggage rack was provided in the room. The shower head in the bathroom was made of metal of inferior design and one of us burned our hand when bathing.
