Beyond a five-star experience! The room was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities were excellent. Bvlgari toiletries were provided, and they thoughtfully prepared earplugs, disposable bath towels, regular towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, facial cleanser, makeup remover pads, and even hydrating face masks! With both underfloor heating and radiators, the room was perfectly warm. Welcome snacks were provided in the room, and in the evening, they even delivered fruit wine, additional snacks, and warm milk! Outside, there was a charming small courtyard with two swings – one overlooking the valley, the other facing the expansive grassland. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Watching herds of horses slowly make their way home across the grassland at sunset was a truly delightful experience! What impressed me most was that the hotel contacted us in advance, provided a comprehensive travel guide, and enthusiastically helped with directions, answered all our questions about local attractions, and offered excellent suggestions. They even helped arrange a car for us to see the morning mist. Although the fog was too thick to see the river, the trip was still incredibly worthwhile. It's an absolute secluded paradise, truly living up to its 'hidden gem' reputation!

Finally found this hidden gem of a guesthouse in the Kanas Scenic Area! From the moment I stepped into the courtyard, I was awestruck by the fairytale-like wooden cabins and the distant snow-capped mountains. The owner was incredibly welcoming, the rooms were clean and cozy, and the disposable toiletries were reassuring. Looking at the snow-capped mountains from the window was simply too romantic! I've already recommended it to all my friends. You'll regret not staying here when you come to Kanas! I definitely want to come back next autumn to experience the breathtaking view from the balcony as the forests turn a vibrant red.

This was the most comfortable inn I stayed in during my recent trip. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the space and layout were great, and there was a washing machine with dryer. The hostess and owner were so welcoming, they even went out to meet us and helped with our luggage. As soon as we arrived at the cabin, we saw a rainbow. The hostess said it was a double rainbow, and they upgraded my room. Thank you. The breakfast was also very generous. I'll definitely stay at your place next winter.

The service was excellent. Our butler, Anna, contacted us in advance to inquire about our room preferences and promptly addressed our needs. The reception was welcoming, and the room was spotlessly clean with no unpleasant odors. The view was great, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel is conveniently located, only a 10-minute drive from the scenic area. The cable car station is right below the hotel, and a ride up provides views of the borders of three countries. Free parking is available right at the entrance, which was very convenient.

The location is excellent, extremely close to the shuttle bus bridge station for the scenic area; you can get there as soon as you alight. It's also slightly away from the busiest areas, providing a quiet environment perfect for resting. From the large window in my room, I could see the distant Haden Platform and mountain views. The hardware facilities and in-room amenities at Hemu Yijing are absolutely top-notch. The staff were dedicated, warm, and thoughtful. The breakfast and complimentary afternoon tea were exquisite and delicious, and they even delivered a warm sweet soup in the evening. Overall, the stay was a fantastic experience!

The room facilities were great, the bedding was comfortable, and everything was clean and hygienic. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the room had both floor heating and air conditioning. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was clean and tasty. The front desk staff were very friendly and the shuttle service was available on call, making it easy to get around.

The hotel's location is very convenient, and we received a free room upgrade. There's a food court a few hundred meters behind the hotel, and a bus stop right at the intersection. As we were about to drive out, the concierge kindly reminded us that we could leave our car at the hotel, as the visitor center had no parking available for the next two days. When we arrived at the visitor center and saw '0 parking spaces' everywhere, we were so glad we listened to the advice. The concierge also knew we missed breakfast and packed some pastries for us to take away. Thumbs up for the hotel's warm service!

They patiently introduced us to local attractions and activities. The overall experience for dining, accommodation, and touring was fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and I truly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is new and clean, with a separate wet and dry area. For Hemu, it's probably quite good value for money. The only downsides were the very weak water pressure for showering and the very simple breakfast. Hemu itself is a strange place; there's not much to do, yet it's so crowded and expensive – I don't quite understand why.

This is my second time visiting Hemu, and the scenery is just as enchanting and healing as ever – I can never get enough of it. This time I tried a different hotel, and the experience was much better than my last visit. The hygiene was impeccable, and the service was genuinely attentive. The owner even greeted me and asked how my trip was going whenever we met. Familiar beautiful scenery coupled with comfortable accommodation, I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.
