【Muye Shiguang · Guanyue Kanas Scenic Area Branch】 This guesthouse was the most delightful surprise of my Kanas trip! After booking, I was added to a dedicated service group, where they provided thoughtful information and responded quickly throughout. Because I arrived early to see the Three Bays, the underfloor heating was already on, making the room cozy and warm. The staff even proactively helped me with my luggage at the door. When I wanted to ride horses, they directly contacted the local herders' horse team, which was incredibly convenient. The herder in the courtyard was very kind; after my horse ride, he took many videos and photos for me. The two staff members at the guesthouse also documented my travel moments throughout. Even the clothes I hung out to dry in the courtyard were carefully brought in that evening – the attention to detail was remarkable. The room facilities, cleanliness, and environment were impeccable, and the service was both attentive and warm. Next time I'm in Kanas, I'll definitely stay here again!

Although the hotel’s first floor is very basic with little more than the check-in counter, I really enjoy the second floor. It offers a variety of useful facilities, including clean restrooms, a laundry room, a small fitness room, comfortable seating areas and a complimentary afternoon tea service. The room was in excellent condition, felt modern and well-maintained, and was completely free of any cigarette smell. The only drawbacks were: - There are not enough elevators and waiting times can be very long, especially when large tour groups are checking in and out. - Breakfast is served in a separate building which requires taking stairs to access. The food selection was quite limited, and the quality was underwhelming. Only black coffee was available, and there was often a long queue for the coffee machine. Overall, I had a pleasure stay and particularity appreciated the facilities on the second floor and the clean, comfortable room.

Perfect stay for a visit to Kanasi National Park. Beautiful B&B at the end of the tourist village, across a stop of the free public bus bringing tourist to the parks entrance. The owner directly welcomed us, our luggage was put in front of our room while we did the check in. No problem for me as a foreigner. Room was spacious, tidy and well equipped. No A/C, but temperatures at night drop low enough for a comfortable sleep (late June). Breakfast was basic Chinese, coffee available. We had to shorten our stay due to a personal matter. Despite no free cancelation policy, the owner agreed to shorten our stay by 1 night and refund us the money. Everything handled over the Trip App in English.

Facilities: The house is new, the quilts are changed after each guest, and the beds are comfortable to sleep on. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Beautiful, you can even swing at the door. Service: The lady boss is very nice, and she also gave us breakfast. The food was delicious. We had 4 meals in a row, and we finished every meal. There is a pick-up service. It is close to Xincun Station, so it is very convenient to take the bus.

Xiao Wang, the housekeeper at the B&B, was very responsible and enthusiastic, gave me a lot of travel suggestions, and was also very concerned about personal safety. He took the initiative to ask me when he didn't come back after 10 o'clock after hiking. Thank you, handsome guy Xiao Wang! The location of the B&B is convenient and clean. It is more convenient to stay in the old village. Moreover, his chef is also very good at cooking. I had dinner at his house all the time. The room is not big but very cozy. The towels and bath towels are all disposable, there is a smart toilet, and the floor is heated with constant temperature. There is also a fat dog who is very good. I left wonderful memories in Kanas, see you next time!

Five-star recommendation! M hotel is my dream hotel for skiing in Gyekplien. I chose M hotel because of its ski-in/ski-out access, and it definitely didn't disappoint! The hotel is right in the west area of Gyekplien Ski Resort, with a ski trail leading directly to the hotel entrance. After skiing, you can just ski straight back to your room – no more lugging heavy gear around unnecessarily. It's perfect for lazy skiers like me! The breakfast buffet deserves a special shout-out. There are so many options it's hard to choose, with hot congee, freshly fried eggs, crispy pastries, and local specialties. The ingredients are fresh, and the food tastes great. Eating a hearty breakfast gives you the energy to shred the slopes all day long. The service is also impeccable, attentive from check-in to check-out. The staff proactively helped us with our ski equipment and gave us information about the ski trails. When we returned late in the evening, the front desk even kindly reminded us about the next day's weather and snow conditions. Any request was handled super quickly, making us feel incredibly welcome and well-cared for. The room was clean and tidy, and the underfloor heating was excellent. Coming back after skiing to a warm room was wonderful, and the bedding was comfortable – I fell asleep instantly. I've already recommended this hotel to all my friends in the skiing community, and I'll definitely be staying here again next time I come to Gyekplien to ski!

This hotel is really great! 👍👍 We arrived a bit late, but the front desk lady was still super enthusiastic and helpful. She arranged a shuttle bus for us, which made getting around very convenient. The hotel's decor is very cozy, and the facilities are complete and new, they even have a gym! 💪💪 I checked out the menu, and there are many options like hot pot, BBQ, stir-fries, and they can even make birthday cakes. It's really good value for money! 👏👏👏 This time we also got a special rate, which was super affordable. We'll definitely come back next time, hoping for an even better experience!

I stayed two nights, trying both a triple room and a family room. I found the family room to be larger and more comfortable, with a larger bathroom and washroom. The family room was clean, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable. The surroundings were quiet and noise-free, parking was convenient, and the hostess was welcoming and attentive. It was a truly wonderful experience.

The hotel is ideally located right next to the Hemu Scenic Area. We arrived quite late on May 13th and opted to stay at this well-known hotel just outside the scenic area. Their service was incredibly attentive. That evening, we were checked in by a tall, handsome male manager (I regret not asking for his name). He was exceptionally helpful and provided us with a lot of assistance, for which we are very grateful. It was wonderful to meet such a friendly, warm-hearted, professional, and responsible manager so far from Shanghai, 3500 kilometers away in the Northwest. The hotel rooms were very comfortable, and from our balcony, we had a view of the Jikepulin International Ski Resort. We were extremely satisfied with our stay.

Since it was the low season, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, our stay was comfortable and satisfactory. However, one aspect that could be improved is the room lighting. While the bathroom and vanity area were adequately lit, the main room relied on only a few small lamps, making it feel quite dim, especially in the evening. Better lighting would significantly enhance the guest experience. The hotel's location is very convenient, situated close to the bus station, also known as the second entrance to Kanas. One of the highlights was the beautiful view right in front of the hotel, featuring open grasslands, colorful wildflowers, and stunning mountain scenery. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a great location and friendly service.
