Finally found this hidden gem of a guesthouse in the Kanas Scenic Area! From the moment I stepped into the courtyard, I was awestruck by the fairytale-like wooden cabins and the distant snow-capped mountains. The owner was incredibly welcoming, the rooms were clean and cozy, and the disposable toiletries were reassuring. Looking at the snow-capped mountains from the window was simply too romantic! I've already recommended it to all my friends. You'll regret not staying here when you come to Kanas! I definitely want to come back next autumn to experience the breathtaking view from the balcony as the forests turn a vibrant red.

This was the most comfortable inn I stayed in during my recent trip. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the space and layout were great, and there was a washing machine with dryer. The hostess and owner were so welcoming, they even went out to meet us and helped with our luggage. As soon as we arrived at the cabin, we saw a rainbow. The hostess said it was a double rainbow, and they upgraded my room. Thank you. The breakfast was also very generous. I'll definitely stay at your place next winter.

The service was excellent. Our butler, Anna, contacted us in advance to inquire about our room preferences and promptly addressed our needs. The reception was welcoming, and the room was spotlessly clean with no unpleasant odors. The view was great, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel is conveniently located, only a 10-minute drive from the scenic area. The cable car station is right below the hotel, and a ride up provides views of the borders of three countries. Free parking is available right at the entrance, which was very convenient.

This hotel really exceeded all expectations! The location is absolutely stunning, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread offers a wide variety of choices, and the price is very reasonable. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the front desk staff, particularly the lovely Miss Jiang Xue, even upgraded us to a room overlooking the popular scenic bridge – it was truly beautiful! She was so patient and thoughtful. The afternoon tea here is also quite good. The hotel is super close to the scenic bridge, just a 5-minute walk, and there's a musical fountain nearby too. It's also not far from Wucai Beach, perfect for catching the sunset a bit later. This hotel added such a wonderful surprise to our trip, we're so happy! Thank you so much! 🙏

Facilities: The house is new, the quilts are changed after each guest, and the beds are comfortable to sleep on. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Beautiful, you can even swing at the door. Service: The lady boss is very nice, and she also gave us breakfast. The food was delicious. We had 4 meals in a row, and we finished every meal. There is a pick-up service. It is close to Xincun Station, so it is very convenient to take the bus.

The hotel's location is very convenient, and we received a free room upgrade. There's a food court a few hundred meters behind the hotel, and a bus stop right at the intersection. As we were about to drive out, the concierge kindly reminded us that we could leave our car at the hotel, as the visitor center had no parking available for the next two days. When we arrived at the visitor center and saw '0 parking spaces' everywhere, we were so glad we listened to the advice. The concierge also knew we missed breakfast and packed some pastries for us to take away. Thumbs up for the hotel's warm service!

Tunik at the front desk was so thoughtful! They sent us a detailed map of the area in advance because there was construction nearby. We arrived after midnight, and the hotel's service was truly exceptional! The front desk staff even came running out late at night to help us unload our luggage and brought it right to our room door. Despite the nearby construction, we weren't woken up in the morning, and the room was very spacious. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for 2 nights. I booked this accomodation because trip.com indicated this is a non smoking room. When we got into the room we can noticed straight away strong cigarette smell. I saw an Ash tray in the room that was just used. To reduce the cigarette smell I opened the door and windows and put the Ash tray into a plastic bag and tightly sealed it. Prior to check in we had a problem caused by the luggage transfer staff at Kanas Lake and the lady boss was kind enough to fetch one of us again to the luggage release point at Jiadengyu car park station. Fresh fruits were supplied daily to our room. We are happy with that. The location of the accommodation was not near to the shuttle bus stop as compared to many hotels in the vicinity. The bathroom has no wall hook and towel rails for hanging clothes and towels. This makes bathing not easy especially in the cold autumn weather. Disposable paper bath towels was provided and it was uncomfortable to use besides being inefficient to remove water and moisture from the body. One of the lamps on the ceiling was not working. The curtain has a part that was dislocated and not fixed. Glass with no handle was provided and when it's filled with hot water it's difficult and dangerous to hold as you can drop the glass easily if you are not very careful. The elderly lady at the accommodation was very helpful and told us to use the common area chairs to put our bag as no luggage rack was provided in the room. The shower head in the bathroom was made of metal of inferior design and one of us burned our hand when bathing.

I stumbled upon this place while walking around and noticed it was very close to the transfer center. I checked out a room and thought it would be convenient for getting to various attractions, plus it was quiet – perfect for a traveler looking for a temporary rest. It was quite clean and tidy, with a cozy decoration, and the price was friendly. There wasn't much noise; the soundproofing in the rooms was excellent, and there was hardly any noise at night, so I could rest peacefully. The service here was attentive, and the staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. As an out-of-towner, I can definitely recommend staying here; it's worth experiencing!

The room size was decent. There's no air conditioning, but they provide a cooling fan. It was a bit warm in the early part of the night, but it cooled down later. I wanted to watch CCTV live on the TV, but the operation was too complicated, so I gave up. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, but you can go to another hotel nearby for breakfast, which is open to the public. If you walk a few more minutes, there's also a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offering noodles and stir-fries at reasonable prices. About 500 meters away are the Grand Bazaar and a dining center with many shops. You can take the free No. 2 express bus near the hotel, but be aware that the stops for going and coming back are different, so don't get confused.
