Guest UserHighly, highly recommend! This was absolutely the best hotel we stayed at during our half-month trip in Xinjiang. It was such a cozy and comfortable retreat, and incredible value for money. The hotel has a huge courtyard with beautiful lawns and flowers, and even a lovely little calf. It's fantastic for photos! What really stood out was their tri-color cat – so gentle, friendly, and gorgeous. She's incredibly well-behaved, and just gave birth to the cutest kittens a couple of days ago. The hotel rooms are super spacious with excellent amenities, including an 'Xiao Du' smart system and a mini-fridge, making our stay very comfortable. The view from the window was absolutely stunning – highly recommend! Most importantly, the hotel hostess was truly amazing. We had booked a twin room, but she upgraded us to a triple room. Before we even arrived, she contacted us to share important tips for visiting the scenic area. She also picked us up from the station when we got off the bus. Once we were at the hotel, she brought us a ton of snacks, drinks, and a huge platter of watermelon, which was incredibly thoughtful. Friends traveling to Kanas, if you have the chance, you absolutely must stay at this hotel!

Guest UserFinally found this hidden gem of a guesthouse in the Kanas Scenic Area! From the moment I stepped into the courtyard, I was awestruck by the fairytale-like wooden cabins and the distant snow-capped mountains. The owner was incredibly welcoming, the rooms were clean and cozy, and the disposable toiletries were reassuring. Looking at the snow-capped mountains from the window was simply too romantic!
I've already recommended it to all my friends. You'll regret not staying here when you come to Kanas! I definitely want to come back next autumn to experience the breathtaking view from the balcony as the forests turn a vibrant red.

Guest UserThis was the most comfortable inn I stayed in during my recent trip. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the space and layout were great, and there was a washing machine with dryer. The hostess and owner were so welcoming, they even went out to meet us and helped with our luggage. As soon as we arrived at the cabin, we saw a rainbow. The hostess said it was a double rainbow, and they upgraded my room. Thank you. The breakfast was also very generous. I'll definitely stay at your place next winter.

NelsonChengAs a traveler using Burqin as a transit point, this hotel is very convenient. It's easy to get to the Colorful Beach and the internet-famous bridge. The small county town isn't large, and the hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious, and there are public facilities like washing machines. The front desk staff are dedicated and responsible, and they even provided breakfast. The breakfast was plentiful, but the quality was just average.

Guest UserMy stay at Hemu Hilton was very comfortable, and the facilities were top-notch. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Yiyi at the front desk. She was incredibly warm and friendly, processed my check-in efficiently, and even thoughtfully provided information about local attractions. The only minor drawback is that the hotel doesn't offer a shuttle service to and from the Hemu Tourist Center, which is a bit inconvenient for solo travelers. It would be perfect if they could add a shuttle service in the future. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights. I booked this accomodation because trip.com indicated this is a non smoking room. When we got into the room we can noticed straight away strong cigarette smell. I saw an Ash tray in the room that was just used. To reduce the cigarette smell I opened the door and windows and put the Ash tray into a plastic bag and tightly sealed it.
Prior to check in we had a problem caused by the luggage transfer staff at Kanas Lake and the lady boss was kind enough to fetch one of us again to the luggage release point at Jiadengyu car park station.
Fresh fruits were supplied daily to our room. We are happy with that. The location of the accommodation was not near to the shuttle bus stop as compared to many hotels in the vicinity. The bathroom has no wall hook and towel rails for hanging clothes and towels. This makes bathing not easy especially in the cold autumn weather. Disposable paper bath towels was provided and it was uncomfortable to use besides being inefficient to remove water and moisture from the body. One of the lamps on the ceiling was not working. The curtain has a part that was dislocated and not fixed. Glass with no handle was provided and when it's filled with hot water it's difficult and dangerous to hold as you can drop the glass easily if you are not very careful. The elderly lady at the accommodation was very helpful and told us to use the common area chairs to put our bag as no luggage rack was provided in the room. The shower head in the bathroom was made of metal of inferior design and one of us burned our hand when bathing.

Guest UserTraveling by car, parking was very convenient, and the hotel grounds were spacious. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient with check-in and check-out. They also patiently answered all my questions. The room was adequately sized, and the hot water in the bathroom was consistent. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. Five stars!

Guest UserI arrived a bit late and was worried I wouldn't be able to enter the scenic area. I called the front desk several times, and they all reassured me that everything would be fine, without any hint of impatience. The young ladies at the front desk had excellent service attitudes, and the room was exceptionally clean. I was really surprised to find such a clean hotel inside a scenic area, and it even has an elevator – a truly pleasant surprise! It's very suitable for families with children and elderly people. If I come to Hemu again in the future, I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

Anonymous UserThe room is quite nice, and the location is excellent, right opposite the Jiadengyu Tourist Service Center. It's very convenient to catch a bus to the Kanas scenic area in the morning. There are also dining options inside the tourist service center, and small shops selling food and other items downstairs from the hotel.
However, the lack of air conditioning was a significant drawback for me, though I'm not sure if it bothers other guests. We stayed on the second floor, and it was noisy if we kept the windows open. If we closed them, it got stuffy. Even though we asked the front desk for a fan, it wasn't very effective, and it was still too hot to sleep comfortably. Before leaving in the morning, I noticed two puddles on the floor in front of the wardrobe and saw water stains above both light fixtures, indicating a leak. I was in a rush to catch the bus, so I didn't take any pictures.
Also, the welcome fruit that was promised when I booked the room was never delivered. All the other hotels we stayed at brought it directly to our room.

Guest UserThe hygiene and environment are great, full marks. It's also very close to the visitor center, less than 4 kilometers away. The only downside is the lack of charging piles. Friends with charging needs should be cautious when booking (many hotels here have charging piles, which you can usually find online, but they are often reserved for guests of that specific hotel). Although there's a bus stop right next to the hotel where you can take a free shuttle to the visitor center, the services are infrequent, so self-driving is still recommended.
