enjoyed the stay very much, beautiful caravan with windows to see stars at night. has ample space and mini refrigerator. warm and comfortable. has fruits and snacks. surrounding is also beautiful and quiet. we were not very familiar with the location and transport options to the hotel, and since it was pretty late, there were no more buses and taxis available, hotel was not able to give clear directions and provide help to get to hotel, no pick up service. we had to walk very far to reach hotel. the bus stops in front of the hotel entrance but it is still quite far from the caravan place. not advisable for ppl with alot of luggage.

If they took it hard, how can they drag two boxes? Can't they take the initiative to call someone or help directly? I was embarrassed to see it next to me. Subjectively hope to be very polite, but in reality there is no such service awareness, which is terrible. At the service level, I feel that they are very hard-working, but I always feel weird and don't know how to provide good service.
