Strategically located near the main transport hubs. • The metro station (coming from the airport) is very close.  • Tram stops are on the corner, and the main bus/train station is just a couple of blocks away.  • The city center is about 1.5 km away.  • Price Range: 79€/d. 🛏️ The Room Experience • Room Type: Twin room on the 11th floor.  • Size & Cleanliness: Adequate size and clean.  • Bed: 110cm firm mattress, reported to be very comfortable, with two soft pillows.  • Amenities: Flat-screen TV, coffee maker, fridge, and hairdryer included.  • Drawbacks: No major issues mentioned. 🚽 Bathroom Details • Cleanliness & Setup: The bathroom was clean.  • Shower/Bath: High and slippery bathtub. Water pressure was very good.  • Products & Towels: Basic amenities were provided. Some towels showed signs of wear with frayed edges.  🍳 Food & Beverage • Included: Yes, breakfast was included.  • Variety & Quality: A very complete breakfast buffet, offering both hot and cold, sweet and savory options, including some local specialties.  • Negative Point: The only drawback was the juice, which tasted artificial, like a powdered mix.  🏊 Common Areas & Facilities • Facilities: The hotel features a spa, sauna, indoor pool, a restaurant, a cocktail bar, and a ******.  👨💼 Service Evaluation • Reception: Morning staff was serious. Evening staff seemed bothered by questions regarding the spa.  • Cocktail Bar: Staff here was very kind and friendly.  • Spa Staff: Described as serious, speaking only the bare minimum of words.  • Daily Housekeeping: Room cleaning was minimal; they only straightened the duvet, leaving the pillows as they were. Coffee and tea amenities were not replenished.  🚗 Transport & Access • Public Transport: Excellent connection. Very close to the metro line from the airport, with tram stops nearby and the main stations within walking distance.  🔐 Security • Access Control: Access is managed via a key card.  • Safe: There is no safe deposit box in the room.  Final Verdict: ✔ Top Strength: The super comfortable bed combined with the excellent location near major transport links (metro, bus, train). ❌ Main Drawback: The service was inconsistent, particularly the minimal housekeeping (no coffee/tea refill) and the unenthusiastic staff at reception and the spa."

"As the poster on arrival says - you didn't come all this way to explore the hotel! The EasyHotel is basic but fulfills all needs - the bed is comfortable, the heating system is HOT (and the window opens). The shower was small but effective (although struggled to get warm in the morning), and that's about it for conveniences; there some luggage storage under the bed, a pair of coat hangers fixed to the wall and light switches/charging station next to the bed. The hotel is basic but clean and serviceable and absolutely all you need for the price."

"Superb location. In the city centre. Historical palace. Modern interior designs of the rooms. Soft & fresh bed sheets/towels. Big rooms. Spotless clean. Great amenities with gym. Delicious with big variations of breakfast. Helpful and great staff. Fast check in & out. Walking distance to all landmarks of the capital. Public transportation is only 1-2 min walk. The only thing that miss were the absence of extra tooth paste and tooth brush. The rest were ok. Highly recommend. Definitely comeback here soon."

"The hotel was fine for the price. Staff were very helpful, the view of the city was amazing. The bed was okay, there was no overhead lighting. One had to use lamps. The fridge in the room was nice to have but noisy. I unplugged it at night. It kept the contents cold by the next morning. Daily house keeping, metro just outside and a shopping mall across the road. There is Burger King, KFC, Subway if you are craving Western food. Basic amenities but clean and comfortable."

"The boss is super diligent and does hygiene three times a day. Very clean and tidy, the traffic is very convenient, the subway to the bus station entrance, walk six minutes to the hotel, bus 80 meters to the hotel, suitable for people with a lot of luggage, no need to go at all, the bus from the hotel to the airport, you can 213, 305 to 84, take bus 2 Lev, subway 1.6 Lev. Go to all scenic spots, you can walk, no need to take a car, it is half an hour away, there is a market next to the scenic spot, selling vegetables and fruits is much cheaper than supermarkets. I love Trip.com , the convenient homestay is suitable for poor travel, in addition to living, the average day spent 50 yuan a day abroad, it is not too proud. You can cook, there are many big supermarkets in the scenic area."

"The location is fantastic, right in the center of Sofia, making it very convenient for getting around. It's about a 25-minute drive to the airport. However, the facilities are a bit old, and the breakfast selection isn't very extensive. The soundproofing in the room was poor; there was a constant whooshing sound – I couldn't tell if it was the elevator, the metro, or the trams outside."

"I enjoyed staying in Bla-bla hostel. The hostel is located in a very convenient place: close to subway, cafes, parks, monuments and wide boulevards. It is kept clean and tidy. Receptionists are nice and cleate welcoming atmosphere. There were a few hiccups during my check-in, but they all were resolved in my favor by the receptionist. I think it is very important The only problem for me was that the kitchen is closed in the early mornings. And opens only at 8.00"

"The hotel is actually 🈶**. So the parking fee is expensive. About RMB 100 per night. The hotel is cost-effective, so we can actually ignore the old facilities. When checking in, the front desk gave me the second floor. I said I want a higher floor. There should be a manager next to me and said that you have to make a request. I said I have a request. I showed them the request I wrote. Because of the word count requirement, I wrote it in Chinese on Ctrip. The other party immediately said that we can't understand. I immediately responded, don't you have a translator? Then reluctantly gave me the sixth floor. 👌. When checking out, I especially want to praise the front desk lady with long brown hair. The service attitude is very good. I want to print the car insurance policy. She helped me one by one."

"I stayed here four nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The hotel is an older, classy, clean, establishment with spacious rooms, a wonderful breakfast buffet with numerous choices, as well as coffee’s, cappuccino, espresso. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The shower had the best water pressure of any hotel I’ve been in. It is perfectly situated with local shopping, restaurants, and the numerous top sites of Sofia within walking distance. It is absolutely a great value for the service they provide. My thanks to the staff for a wonderful four-day day here and beautiful Sofia, Bulgaria."
