Convenient and spacious room, all amenities available at the hotel. It's within walking distance to all attractions and restaurants, and also close to supermarkets and the bus station if you're planning a trip to Plovdiv.

The location is fantastic – right in front of Serdika metro station and the tram stop, which made getting around incredibly convenient. There's also a large supermarket and a great bakery right nearby, which was a huge plus. And the self check-in process was super easy. Highly recommend!

The hotel boasts an excellent location near Serdica metro station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring all the landmarks within the old town. The fully self-service check-in and check-out process is a real convenience. Our room was clean, and having a balcony was a wonderful bonus. Stepping out, we could enjoy the changing streetscapes day and night, immersing ourselves in Sofia's ancient charm without even leaving the room.

The property is very close to Serdika metro station and to all the main attractions and Vitosha Boulevard. The property itself was disappointing – poor cleanliness, and in the lobby, they advertised coffee from 6 AM to 4 PM, but in the morning, it was never ready before 8:30 AM. The water in the dispenser wasn't always refilled, and there was never anyone at reception before 8 PM. There was a PlayStation available, but they never accommodated our requests to play. At 9 AM, they made us leave for cleaning. The property looks different from the photos!
