"I came to Jeju for a 3-day relaxing getaway, and this hotel exceeded all my expectations. My main criterion when choosing a hotel was having a swimming pool, as I really wanted to swim but wasn’t sure whether the sea would already be warm enough. The rooftop pool was perfect for both swimming and relaxing after my hike up Hallasan. The views of the ocean were stunning, and on my first evening I was even able to watch fireworks over Saeyeongyo Bridge directly from the pool. The location is excellent, especially for travelers without a car. I do not have a driver’s license and relied entirely on public transportation during my stay. The hotel is surrounded by bus stops, and I was able to reach Hallasan and Jeju Airport by limousine bus without transfers. The airport bus stop is almost right in front of the hotel entrance. My room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed, including slippers, towels, bathrobes, and toiletries. The view from the room was beautiful, overlooking the park, waterfalls, the ocean, and Saeseom Island. The hotel also has a CU convenience store, a yoga room, and a fitness center. Breakfast is available as a buffet with a mix of Korean and Western dishes. Even though I arrived close to the end of breakfast service, there was still plenty of food available and I was able to put together a well-balanced meal. What impressed me most was the kindness of the staff. I asked one of the receptionists for recommendations on beaches and seafood restaurants, and she kindly printed out a detailed list that the hotel staff had prepared specifically for guests. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Jeju."

"We had a wonderful stay at Shinhwa Jeju World Hotel and would highly recommend it, especially for families with children. The room was exceptionally spacious, giving our family plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Jeju. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. What truly stood out was the excellent service from the hotel staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel right at home throughout our stay. The hotel is also extremely child-friendly. There are plenty of family-oriented facilities and activities that kept the children entertained, making it a stress-free and enjoyable vacation for both parents and kids. Overall, Shinhwa Jeju World Hotel exceeded our expectations with its spacious rooms, cleanliness, attentive service, and family-friendly environment. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Jeju."

"This is the best hotel out of 3 hotel we stayed at when we were in Jeju. I love the location, the rooms were spacious, staff were very friendly, respectful and helpful. The view out to nature was amazing and calming. My kids enjoyed it. The pool is heated and was beautiful and it was perfect because the weather was cold. I love the idea of the DJ pool night time to just enjoy live music and chill time. Also very convenient with 7-11 store with other shops that are well affordable to buy necessities. The room service was also amazing. We ordered our food and it didn’t take long for them to be delivered. WE LOVE THIS HOTEL. A must to stay at if when we go again."

"This was my third time staying at Goldone Hotel during my Jeju trips. The first time was with my partner, the second with my spouse, and this time it was a family vacation. The swimming pool is heated, which was great for use even in winter. This time, the water temperature was around 30-35 degrees Celsius, which was warm and comfortable, so we didn't feel cold at all. My parents were very satisfied, and my child loved it too. Although there aren't a huge number of rooms and the front desk entrance isn't grand, the rooms themselves are comparable to a 5-star hotel. My whole family felt it was just as good as a 5-star, even wondering if it was a great value hotel! The king-sized bed was spacious, and the room was very clean and nice. For breakfast, during my previous visits, I had the room service breakfast, so this time I didn't opt for it. However, if you're traveling as a couple or with a partner, I think having breakfast would add to the ambiance and be even better."

"The hotel is situated next to a golf course, offering a peaceful and quiet environment even during the day. The room was spacious and well-appointed; however, it tended to be warm at night due to the centralized air conditioning being set to heating mode. Sliding open the balcony door provided a welcome flow of cool, natural air. There is a self-managed GS25 convenience store located in the lobby—perfect for grabbing snacks or daily necessities. The hotel also provides plenty of open-air parking spaces right in front of the building, which is convenient for guests with vehicles. While the location is ideal for sightseeing—close to the O’Sulloc Green Tea Museum, Innisfree Jeju House, and Jeju Premium Outlet adjacent to Shinhwa World Resort—it’s worth noting that the surrounding area within the hotel becomes quite dimly lit at night. Whether walking or driving, guests should exercise extra caution in the evenings due to the limited lighting. The hotel is also approximately a 35-minute drive from three of Jeju’s most iconic natural landmarks: Jeongbang Waterfall, Daepo Jusangjeolli Cliff, and Cheonjeyeon Waterfall."

"The hotel's overall environment is quite good, with a beautiful pool and most rooms facing the sea directly. The front desk staff were very friendly and even accommodated a half-hour late checkout. Other than that, I didn't really feel the 'luxury' in the 'luxury family room.' Check-in is at 3 PM, but at Grand Hyatt, you can check in as soon as a room is available. The room did have both a bathtub and a shower. However, the room cleaning wasn't very thorough, and the layout felt a bit cramped. I'm not sure if this was the best view available for the price, as the front desk mentioned rooms on the 5th, 6th, and 7th floors. After checking in, I realized there was a partition on the 5th floor that somewhat obstructed the sea view. Fried chicken room service takes 50 minutes, and prices in the lounge area are high, so it's best to inquire beforehand if that's a concern. The older lady at the GS25 convenience store downstairs was generally unfriendly and seemed unwelcoming to Chinese customers, which makes me wonder if she appreciates her job. There's a bakery next door with generous salad portions. Taxis are easy to catch right outside the hotel. Lotte Department Store is about a 20-minute walk, and the Castle Starbucks and OY are about a 30-minute walk. Overall, the experience was pretty average."

"This is an unconditional, completely self-funded review of the hotel I stayed at during my recent trip to Jeju. This is my honest experience, with absolutely no sponsorships or advertising. There are many existing resorts in Jeju, but honestly, this one couldn't compare. While the older resorts felt like crammed together, with rooms crammed together like chicken coops, this one felt like a spacious, free-flowing space, like sheep let loose in a vast pasture. The space itself was a stark difference. The interior design of the rooms may vary, but the materials are definitely luxurious. After spending some time with my own money, I was struck by the thought, ”Wow, they've used a lot of quality ingredients here.” I was impressed by the attention to detail. Even the hairdryer was a Dyson, a standard feature. I could feel the attention to detail. The bedding was so good, my skin thanked me in the morning. I was worried about the service after reading other reviews, but it was completely unfounded. The staff were all so friendly and attentive, I felt like I was being treated with respect, even though I paid for it myself. The food was also made with the highest quality ingredients, which was reassuring. The facilities were also top-notch. The pool and fitness center were both top-notch and well-maintained. The ample underground parking meant I never had to worry about door dings. The room amenities, even the robes, were top-notch, making me realize, ”This is why I pay for this.” The minibar was also reasonably priced, so I enjoyed it without any hesitation. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that room service only started at 7 p.m. Finally, the value for money. While the price might seem a bit high, I'd much rather pay 100,000 won more for a comfortable stay. Having paid my own way, I truly felt it was worth the money. In conclusion, I think it's rare to find a place in Jeju that offers such a level of satisfaction. If I were to go back, I would choose this place again without hesitation."

"This JW Marriott Resort in Jeju Island is absolutely fantastic, from its design style to its facilities! 👍👍👍 The volcanic rock design exudes luxury, and it's a perfect spot for photos 📷 with no bad angles. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets are meticulously prepared and elegantly presented, making every meal a comfortable and enjoyable experience 😊😊😊. The infinity pool connects seamlessly with the blue sky and sea, and its heated temperature makes it comfortable for swimming even in winter. The evening bonfire party was enchanting and unforgettable. The pure-tasting rice wine paired with sweet, soft, and glutinous roasted sweet potatoes was simply delicious. Although we never met her in person, our Chinese-speaking concierge, Jessica, left a deep impression with her thoughtful care and enthusiastic service. In short, this resort offered us an experience of luxury, warmth, thoughtfulness, and relaxation! With its luxurious ambiance and heavenly experience, this hotel is a definite must-book – you won't regret staying here multiple times! 💥 Giving it a five-star rating! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"
