The front desk staff, restaurant crew, cleaning team, and everyone else were all incredibly friendly! The hotel has an old-money vibe, with sculptures and marble floors/walls that are exceptionally well-maintained. The greenery is abundant, and there's a path leading down to a hiking trail and the beach. The breakfast is incredibly rich and high-quality, and in the evenings, there's a live band by the pool. If I visit Jeju again, I'd definitely choose this hotel. (You can swap your breakfast reservation for the lunch buffet, which is also excellent, but you need to inform the front desk in advance to make the change.)

This hotel offers impeccable service! We loved everything about it. The location is great, within walking distance to the beach and cafes. Inside the hotel, there's a 24-hour Cu convenience store and a Starbucks... plus many pools, including an adults-only rooftop pool! On rainy days, everyone swims in the pools because the water is very warm. There's also a self-service laundry, which is super convenient. The rooms are restocked with tea, capsule coffee, and toiletries as needed. The only downside was the very expensive breakfast, so we didn't try it.

YujianyingkaiLocated within the resort area, it's incredibly convenient, similar to hotels in Macau with shopping malls, though on a smaller scale. It's very easy to get to Shinhwa Theme Park and Water Park. Shinhwa Theme Park tickets are complimentary, and Water Park tickets can be purchased at the front desk for a discount. The hotel lobby leads directly down to a shopping street with a wide variety of restaurants across different price points. The hotel amenities are just average, and the scent isn't very pleasant; they're made in Guangdong. Everything else was quite satisfactory. The picture shows a restaurant in the atrium downstairs from the hotel, where there are performances.

Guest UserFirst, my initial thoughts: I was prepared for a 'prison-like' room before checking in, but staying here, I actually found the room small but cozy! Coupled with other advantages, the actual experience exceeded my expectations.
Now, for the pros:
1. **Rich Community Facilities:** Besides the accommodation buildings, there's a standalone coffee shop, a standalone small bar (received a free beer voucher upon check-in), a GS25 convenience store (the female staff member was very friendly), a gift shop (at the front desk), and a breakfast/lunch restaurant (you can get a discount if you purchase breakfast at the front desk a day in advance).
2. **Excellent Location for Olle Trail 1:** It's very convenient for those doing Olle Trail Route 1. You can walk to Gwangchigi Beach, the starting point of Route 1, in about 10 minutes.
3. **Friendly Staff:** All the service staff were very friendly and could communicate well in English.
4. **Spacious Bathroom:** Although the room itself was small, the bathroom and shower area were quite spacious.
5. **Free Airport Shuttle:** This was an incredibly valuable service. I took the 10:30 AM shuttle to the airport. No reservation was needed, the bus arrived on time, and it took about an hour to reach the airport.
Areas for improvement:
1. **Lack of Hooks in Room:** My room had no hooks, except for two small ones in the toilet. I suggest adding one more in the main room without taking up extra space (I saw some other smaller room types had them).
2. **Soap Dispenser Design:** The hand soap dispenser had a short pump, which was inconvenient to use when my hands were dirty. A longer nozzle would be much better.
Overall, it was a very good stay. I would consider staying here again if I plan to do other Olle trails on the Seongsan side.

Tianle1219I booked the Executive Suite without breakfast. When I booked, the room rate with breakfast was over 4000 won more expensive than without, so what did I do? The brunch spot next door perfectly solved that problem; while the menu wasn't extensive, everything tasted great and is worth a try. There's also a supermarket nearby, which easily meets basic needs, even selling cigarettes and alcohol.
The suite was incredibly convenient for our family of four, featuring a small living room in the middle and two bedrooms, both with attached bathrooms. When checking in, I told the front desk I hoped to have a sea view, and the lovely lady said she gave me a 'full view' suite. And she was right! From the room, you could see the parking lot (mountain view) and also the sea. Exiting the hotel and turning right, you'll find the 600/601 bus stop. This bus is essential for getting around, and it's no problem to get to the Olle Market. If you turn right at the bus stop and walk down, you can reach the beach, where many people are surfing 🏄🏻♀️.
I think the hotel's service attitude is quite good, with a pure resort vibe. Since I stayed at the Marriott when I came in April, I wasn't particularly amazed by Parnas this time, but it's still a very good hotel. The Marriott is closer to the city and more convenient, but it doesn't have a beach.
Overall, Seogwipo is a great place for a holiday. If possible, it's best to come in spring; summer is too sunny and humid.

Renate KatrineThe hotel is incredibly clean and the service is top notch. The direct view to the beach is absolutely unique and the pool area is super delicious.
The breakfast was excellent with a large selection and it was a huge plus to have free parking right at the door. Highly recommended!

Guest UserWe were quite disappointed upon arrival. We had specifically booked a mountain view room, but were given a city view room with mountains in the distant background—a view that looked nothing like what was advertised in the hotel’s room listing.
When we raised this with the front desk and showed them the discrepancy using a photo comparison (our view vs. the advertised one), we were told that the building had been constructed recently and the room photos hadn’t been updated. However, the buildings obstructing our view clearly appeared not to be new, making that explanation unconvincing.
What was even more disappointing was the lack of any effort to rectify the situation. The hotel could have at least offered us an alternative room, even a cheaper one with partial sea and mountain views, but this wasn’t done. We ended up paying a premium for a view that didn’t meet expectations, and left feeling misled.
Parking
The listing stated free parking, but both nights, the hotel car park was full. We had to park in public areas, and one night, we ended up parking at the roadside due to a lack of space. As foreigners unfamiliar with Korean parking regulations, this caused unnecessary stress—we were worried about the risk of parking fines for potentially illegal parking.
Other Concerns
There seemed to be extra charges for everything. Only two complimentary bottles of water were provided each night. When we went to the lobby to ask for two paper cups, we were told we had to pay for them. Fortunately, this charge was waived—possibly because they were aware of our parking issue—but it still left a negative impression.

I went to ICC Jeju for GCIM 2025 conference. This hotel is just 10 minutes walking distance from the ICC. The staff is very cooperative and kind. He can also speak English. The room service and cleaning fascilities are best 👍.

Guest UserSuper, super convenient! There's a bus stop right outside, it's very close to the starting point of Route 7, and the Olle Market is also nearby. The room was quite clean and offered great value for money. It's a good choice.

Guest UserThis is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Seogwipo. This time, I was assigned a room on the 11th floor, but as soon as I got off the elevator, the entire hallway reeked of body odor, which made me feel nauseous. The smell did eventually dissipate, but it was quite unpleasant. I hope they improve the ventilation in the hallways on each floor next time. On another note, the breakfast buffet seemed much more simplified than my previous stays, which was a bit disappointing.
