Shinhwa Jeju Shinhwa World Hotels & Resorts
"This was our first time to Jeju and we and the kids (1 & 3) enjoyed our stay in the resort. One has everything necessary in one place. Entertainment, shopping and dining. It would have helped us if the kids club offer would support a flexible program for younger children. This way we were not able to leave our children and have some quality time. The main slides and some other parts of the water park were under construction, which was a pity as those weren’t able to be experienced. I don’t know whether this is a seasonal topic only but would have been good to know ahead of arrival. The price policy for hotel guests inside the water park is quite expensive. 25€ for a bench inside or out on top of the hotel fee is special, even though it is understandable that the water park is open for outside guests as well."
Casaloma Hotel
"Customer Service is really very good, helped us to handle luggage transfer from seogwipo to Jeju City. In addition, the service crew even manage to help us with a lost and found item and sent it over to our next hotel."
Grand Josun Jeju

The Grand Sumorum
"The hotel is incredibly clean and the service is top notch. The direct view to the beach is absolutely unique and the pool area is super delicious. The breakfast was excellent with a large selection and it was a huge plus to have free parking right at the door. Highly recommended!"
Hotel Bridge Seogwipo
"I highly recommend staying in the Seogwipo area; hotels there offer much better value for money. Although this hotel is a bit old-fashioned in its decor, it's well-maintained and clean overall. The room has a balcony with a sea view, and for the price, it definitely exceeded my expectations. Due to personal reasons, I had to postpone my trip by a day, and the Ctrip customer service helped me change the dates for free, which was fantastic service! 👍"
JW Marriott Jeju Resort & Spa
"Staying at the Marriott Jeju was an experience beyond my expectations. The comfortable environment and stunning ocean views were instantly relaxing, and Alesha's warm service made this trip even more memorable. She not only professionally introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding area but also, when we couldn't enjoy brunch due to a tight flight schedule, proactively coordinated with the kitchen to quickly prepare an exquisite packed breakfast for us. This timely and meticulous assistance made us feel incredibly touched. The hotel's excellent facilities are further enhanced by such considerate and attentive staff, truly giving it a warm atmosphere. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and look forward to my next visit!"
Sono Calm Jeju
"Comfortable stay for a business trip."
Jeju Booyoung Hotel
