"I came to Jeju Island to watch a football match, and this hotel was my top pick after a lot of searching. Its location is great; you can take bus 600 directly there and it's just a few hundred meters walk. There are a lot of Western tourists, and the front desk service is excellent. The ocean view rooms have balconies with amazing views. The facilities are quite comprehensive, and it has a cozy vibe. There are also some coffee shops and small restaurants nearby. It's not far to walk to the city center or the Olle Market. The only downside is that the hills in Seogwipo can be a bit tiring to climb. Seobok Park is also right next door, and the beach isn't far either. The price is also fantastic value. Highly recommend this place when you're in Seogwipo."

"Very clean and new. Relatively cheap compared to others. The jacuzzi charge is too high especially if you booked but can’t use it due to bad weather. Not language friendly For international travel if you do not have Korean phone number. You have to rely on Trip.com message. Functional kitchen but not washer is a miss for a family suite like this."

"A wonderful family-friendly stay! Venga Stay offers clean, spacious rooms with two double beds and great distant views of the sea or mountains. It's tucked away from downtown next to a busy road, but the rooms and the communal area are surprisingly quiet. The amenities are great—featuring a free swimming pool, (paid) bike rentals, a convenience store, and an on-site café. Just note that breakfast requires a day-ahead reservation (with a few good options available). The highlight, however, was the incredible staff who were always friendly and helpful. We would gladly stay here again!"

"We stayed in Jeju for an 8-day, 7-night vacation, 5 nights at Parnas and 2 nights at Marriott. Our whole family preferred Parnas. The Parnas pool is huge, and breakfast is abundant with a rotating menu every three days, so even after five days, we didn't get tired of it. We booked a club suite, and the executive lounge food also had a rotating menu every three days, so our family loved going there every evening for some food and drinks. Parnas has plenty of public seating for guests to relax, and the staff are very professional and warm. After check-out, I quickly received an email from Parnas surveying satisfaction across various aspects, showing their dedication to service and focus on customer experience. Marriott, despite being the most expensive hotel in Jeju, was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was exactly the same every day with no variety. The brunch, while plentiful, was also identical on both days, which would definitely get monotonous if staying longer. Plus, the Marriott's layout is a bit complicated and involves a lot of walking around. If anyone is torn between Parnas and Marriott, I'd definitely recommend Parnas; it's more satisfying in all aspects. The welcome fruit and wine at Parnas felt much more thoughtful compared to Marriott's three oranges and a snack box."

The accommodation was really clean, and I had a very comfortable stay! It is close to the sea, and I got such great value for the price. Thank you to the owner for being so kind and attentive! I took a walk along the Olle Trail right by the sea in front of the accommodation and even picked up sea snails while walking. The weather was incredibly hot, but the air conditioning in the room was blasting and really cool, and the interior was impeccably clean! It is close to both Pyoseon Beach and Tosan Port, so after debating where to go, we ended up going to Pyoseon Beach to have fun! If you are a couple, I highly recommend the spa room!

This hotel is excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean, and they even have balconies. The pools are beautiful and plentiful. Most importantly, the service is outstanding, from the front desk to the late-night meal service (the fried chicken was also delicious). It's a stark contrast to the Shinhwa Hotel. The ocean view is stunning, and it's right next to the folk village. It was a very comfortable stay. If you're not planning on exploring the city, this hotel is definitely the top choice for a vacation.

My 2-night, 3-day stay at The Siena Primo was absolutely wonderful. Not only the customer service staff but all the employees greeted me with a welcoming smile. The hotel was clean throughout, the bed was comfortable, and the bedding was spotless, so I had a very relaxing time. The swimming pool was also very clean, and the lifeguards were kind. It was excellent with nothing to complain about. The breakfast was also superb. It is a hotel I definitely want to visit again, so I highly recommend it to my friends and acquaintances.

Quiet place with good restaurant and a small convenience store. Rooms are very nice. Outdoor jacuzzis were filthy. You have to wear a swimming cap to use the pool, even if you’re bald and have a beard (they’re very strict about that, like in most Korean hotels). This will never make sense to me. Hot springs are gender separated. Also important to know if you’re not from Asia: there is no „fun swimming“ culture. No running, jumping and splashing around. You wear a swimming cap and goggles and you swim laps. That’s it. If you’re from the western hemisphere and travel with your kids, this is new!

I've been back home for a week, and I finally have time to write a detailed review of this hotel, named after the ancient Silla kingdom. First, the good points, which are the only things I found worthwhile. The hotel is built into a cliff, boasting unique natural scenery. It cleverly integrates lush vegetation into one side of the hotel, creating a rich and layered temperate island characteristic. Strolling through it is incredibly relaxing. In the distance is the surging sea, and nearby are cliffs and a sandy beach – being there is truly enjoyable. Now that I've covered the good, here are the things I found intolerable and unacceptable: 1. The room the hotel provided was not the one I booked. I had reserved a mountain-view room with a balcony, but they gave me a room without a balcony, and the window overlooked a parking lot. 2. After I requested a change, the hotel moved me to another room. It did have a balcony, but it was still near the parking lot. 3. What made me even angrier was that the hotel clearly hadn't cleaned thoroughly. In the new room, I found uncleaned hair in the sink and water stains in the bathroom. The picture shows hair in the basin. 4. After communicating with the hotel again through Trip.com, the hotel staff at the front desk was expressionless throughout, with dull eyes and mechanical service, showing no apology whatsoever. They showed me another room that was even worse than the current one. I had no choice but to ask the hotel staff to clean it again, and I ended up waiting for nearly two extra hours because of this. 5. The hotel breakfast was terrible. The local specialty food was extremely unappetizing and hard to swallow. The coffee used low-quality beans. There was an area that seemed to be for Chinese food, which was completely unrecognizable. The fruit selection was basic, truly basic. The only edible options were the Western food and ice cream, which were actually good. Perhaps you might think my review is harsh, but given the room rate I paid, I feel I have the right to be this critical. And for breakfast, at nearly 300 RMB per person, honestly, 'basic' is the only word I can use, especially for the fruit. The entire staff at the Shilla Hotel seemed to have a grim, tense, and deliberately distant demeanor, which was genuinely off-putting. Overall, I'd say this hotel completely fails to meet expectations. Many areas need significant improvement. If I had to choose again, I definitely wouldn't stay here.

We stayed at Lotte Hotel Jeju in Seogwipo with our two kids for a family trip. The location is absolutely amazing, right in the heart of the Jungmun Tourist Complex. It's just a few minutes' walk to the beach, and taking the kids for a stroll along the coastline in the evening was incredibly pleasant. The Teddy Bear Museum is right next door, so the little ones could visit it easily. Cheonjeyeon Falls is also just a short taxi ride away. The hotel's family-friendly amenities are excellent, the grounds are beautiful, and the room was clean and comfortable, making it a very reassuring stay with kids. A quick chat about dining – what to avoid and what to recommend: The BHC fried chicken downstairs was just average and a bit overpriced, so I wouldn't recommend it. Definitely seek out Woonchi for authentic Jeju black pork; the meat is firm and tender, making for a fantastic BBQ experience. Also, try the long-standing Snail Noodle Soup; the broth is fresh and delicious, the snails are plentiful, and it's a dish that everyone, young and old, will enjoy.

The overall service was good, and the rooms were marked with nationality, so Chinese-speaking assistance was available by phone. We could also request a child toilet seat. However, the overall facilities for families were a bit lacking compared to domestic parent-child hotels. There were no complimentary toothbrushes or toothpaste, so we had to bring our own or buy them from a vending machine. Only two bottles of mineral water were provided per day, and anything extra had to be purchased. Seogwipo City felt better for exploring than Jeju City, and both were about the same distance. Hyeopjae Beach is highly recommended. There was a sashimi place in the complex that was delicious, but Mom's fried chicken was just okay. For BHC fried chicken, the front desk could help order delivery, and it was a 15-minute walk away.

If you need a relaxing trip, this is a suitable hotel which is next to the dolphin park. And there is also a bathtub in the room, so you can watch the sea when you take a bath. The only problem is that there is a building in front of the hotel now, so the view is not the most perfect. BTW, host is very kindly, even you aren't korean speaker, he will try to use translate APP to communicate to you.
