JW Marriott Jeju Resort & Spa

It's about an hour's drive from the airport, which is pretty good. Check-in was very welcoming and detailed. Our room rate included both breakfast and brunch. Besides that, I highly recommend their room service; I personally found it even tastier than the restaurant food. In addition to Island Kitchen, there's also the famous Flying Hog Grill restaurant in Jeju, both of which offer excellent food and are worth trying. The hotel also has a bakery house where you can enjoy afternoon tea. Our room faced the ocean, and the weather this season wasn't too hot, with no typhoons. Sitting on the balcony with a coffee and a book was incredibly relaxing. We could also see Jeju Olle Trail Route 7, and from the hotel's back garden, you can easily walk a short distance to Oedolgae Rock. The room cleaning service was exceptionally fast and very clean, highly praised!

The location is fantastic! To the left, it leads to Oedolgae Rock, and to the right, to another section of Route 7 of the Olle Trail. On the first day, the weather was beautiful, and the sea looked stunning with its distinct colors. On the second day, it rained, but even walking a bit in the rain was lovely. When returning by bus, just walk up from the hotel entrance, turn right at the intersection (make sure not to go the wrong way, as the old bus stop is closed), and you'll find the bus stop. It's very convenient to get to Olle Market from there. During my stay, I met Alesha, a wonderful lady who spoke Chinese, which made ordering food incredibly smooth. Thank you for all your help! The brunch was quite good and varied, with a decent selection of seafood, and the taste was fine. However, it only runs until 2:30 PM, so if you have plans to go out, you might want to skip lunch. We stayed for three days but never made it to the bonfire party. Maybe next time! It seems to rain quite frequently in Seogwipo, usually alternating between sunny and rainy days. The island is abundant with tangerines; there are orange trees everywhere, which is very beautiful. I truly believe Olle Route 07 is one of the most beautiful trails. If you get the chance, you should definitely experience it. I've always thought that a hotel's price isn't just about the room, but more importantly, about the surrounding environment and the people you encounter there. The bathtub in the bathroom was very comfortable. They provided bath bombs and bath salts every day, and the water felt so smooth, as if it was the same water used in the hot springs downstairs. Breakfast was a set menu; the bread and yogurt were delicious. For other meals, we mostly chose seafood noodles and abalone porridge. Looking forward to visiting again!

The breakfast was truly excellent, something to look forward to every day. Sunny days were delightful, and even rainy days were far from boring. Absolutely loved the abalone porridge from ISLAND KITCHEN's rotating menu! V Strolling the Olle Trail, I spotted red camellias along the way. V Bonfire time included hot chocolate and roasted sweet potatoes (though I wish there had been marshmallows). V The kids' club clay DIY was a big hit with my little one. V Enjoyed a facial at SPA by JW. V Ordered room service twice – the bento box was adorable, the garlic fried chicken delicious, and my child loved the cheese pork cutlet rice. V Spent some quality time with my child drawing in the Library, and even managed to squeeze in a video call. V The vanity mirror had a 'beautifying effect' and was different from the mirrors in the bathroom and washbasin area. V Another huge plus: Our room was upgraded to one with bunk beds, which my child adored. It was incredibly family-friendly, and my little one was so happy, hehe.

This JW Marriott Resort in Jeju Island is absolutely fantastic, from its design style to its facilities! 👍👍👍 The volcanic rock design exudes luxury, and it's a perfect spot for photos 📷 with no bad angles. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets are meticulously prepared and elegantly presented, making every meal a comfortable and enjoyable experience 😊😊😊. The infinity pool connects seamlessly with the blue sky and sea, and its heated temperature makes it comfortable for swimming even in winter. The evening bonfire party was enchanting and unforgettable. The pure-tasting rice wine paired with sweet, soft, and glutinous roasted sweet potatoes was simply delicious. Although we never met her in person, our Chinese-speaking concierge, Jessica, left a deep impression with her thoughtful care and enthusiastic service. In short, this resort offered us an experience of luxury, warmth, thoughtfulness, and relaxation! With its luxurious ambiance and heavenly experience, this hotel is a definite must-book – you won't regret staying here multiple times! 💥 Giving it a five-star rating! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The public areas are great, and the room itself is pretty standard.

Our butler, Alesha, was enthusiastic and professional. The hotel offers a wide variety of dining options, and trail #7 in the garden leads directly to Inspiration Point. It's a great place for families with children.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! I was initially worried about the language barrier, but Alesha, a lovely lady from Jiangsu, was amazing. Thanks to her, everything became so easy. She helped us a lot and was truly wonderful 👍. For that alone, I'd definitely come back! We only stayed one night this time, so we didn't get to properly experience everything, but we'll be back for sure next time!

This is one of the most expensive and largest hotels in the area, and the facilities are quite good. The staff, dressed in white uniforms, are very professional and provide excellent service. Perhaps because it was winter, there were limited places to visit nearby, and it's also quite far from the airport.

Staying at the Marriott Jeju was an experience beyond my expectations. The comfortable environment and stunning ocean views were instantly relaxing, and Alesha's warm service made this trip even more memorable. She not only professionally introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding area but also, when we couldn't enjoy brunch due to a tight flight schedule, proactively coordinated with the kitchen to quickly prepare an exquisite packed breakfast for us. This timely and meticulous assistance made us feel incredibly touched. The hotel's excellent facilities are further enhanced by such considerate and attentive staff, truly giving it a warm atmosphere. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and look forward to my next visit!
