Facilities: My room had a balcony. The hotel has a gym and a swimming pool, but you have to pay extra to use them. An outlet mall is right below the hotel, but it doesn't have many brands, though it does have Arc'teryx. Cleanliness: It was decent.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay this time! The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to transportation, and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in and check-out very efficient. The room was very clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I slept very well at night. The bathroom facilities were complete, with plenty of hot water, and everything was well-maintained. The hotel's public areas were also very clean, giving off a comfortable and relaxing vibe. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted good. The staff provided attentive service, making me feel right at home. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, from the service and cleanliness to the value for money. If I visit this city again in the future, I will definitely choose to stay here again and will recommend it to friends and family!

It's a one-stop-shop for dining, entertainment, and shopping, making everything incredibly convenient. The hotel staff are thoughtful and attentive, friendly and polite, and communication was smooth. Both check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient. The facilities are excellent, with a beautiful outdoor pool and lush green surroundings, creating a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The dining options are abundant, offering a wide variety of authentic Korean specialty dishes that were absolutely delicious. This hotel is perfect for couples, friends, or families, offering fantastic value for money and an exceptional stay. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Jeju.

Staying here with my mom for beauty treatments was super convenient! The beauty salon is just a quick elevator ride down and a right turn. I've been there many times, it's a top spot in Jeju. This hotel offers great value for money within Shinhwa World, especially since it includes amusement park tickets. The rooms, decor, and facilities across the hotels here are pretty much the same. If you don't need a pool or gym, this is a fantastic option. Plus, there's so much good food around – I ate Korean BBQ for five days straight!
