A very satisfying stay. The air conditioning worked well. Although the room was small, it was clean and tidy. The bathroom was also very clean. Free parking was convenient (the hotel parking lot costs 7 euros, so we parked on the street outside the hotel instead, but we were told the neighborhood was safe). It was easy to get to the city center by bus and then tram, and it took about 30 minutes. There was a large supermarket near the transfer station, so we were able to do some shopping. The receptionist was very friendly, and the shared facilities were very clean. However, some of the kitchen utensils (such as the knives) were quite worn out, so we felt a bit uncomfortable using them. Also, there was a small sharp nail or hook sticking out in the room — possibly for hanging towels. It looked quite dangerous, so I think that area should be checked.

Finally, I'd say it's pretty good. The luggage storage is convenient, and it's suitable for a solo traveler. It's close to the city center and the tram. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Milan Cathedral, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient.

My stay at the hotel was good. I looked for a quiet simple place close to the central station, the city center and a metro station, so it covered all my needs for a one-night stay. You can have breakfast there, cold or hot, which is a good option. Coffee and tea are also avalable.The staff at the reception is extremely helpful and friendly - thank you for support!

He receptionist a man is so helpful on the day I checked in I forgot to asked his name .but the lady receptionist seems not i wil say being a receptionist should be polite kind and helpful but I can rate her 0. The man on my check in is helpful I can rate him fabulous he even asked to the lady receptionist to put me on 1st floor bec of my age is 58 and my luggage .but he helped me and heanaged to put me on the 1st floor as there is no lift in this accommodation. I checked in sept. 25 2026 around 3pm beds are not ready I waited till the handsome man came and asked the lady receptionist to put me on the 1st floor .am glad that handsome man came to helped me my luggage he offered help I dont need to asked him to help me so I am giving him excellent rate of 10. The rooms are too crowded of beds for single room 3bunk beds in 1, and 2 single small beds with 1 top sheet .and winter wollen blankets seems not wash never been wash .and 1 pillow no towels not even bat mat o shower mat to wipe the floor after our shower nothing at all.

Dissatisfactory points: 1. The shower water is cold at night, and there is nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom. They can only be scattered on the floor. It is very inconvenient. 2. The first floor is a bar, not a place for hostel guests to eat buffet food. The self-service kitchen is on the top floor with few equipments, which is very inconvenient.

A very central hostel, 20min walk to the central station and 20 min walk to the dueomo, quiet area, where it is nice to have a walk, and discover the streets. Nice park nearby. The place is decent, and nice, had a bed in a 2 person dorm which is good and comfortable, and the big bathroom is in side the room. The employees are nice and friendly. Very good experience.

Parking is very convenient! The front desk is conscientious and responsible. I met two Iraqi dentists. They chatted and were very friendly to Chinese people. Then three children from the UK came. They took off their shoes and the smell was a bit strong. Alas! Young people are full of blood and there is nothing we can do.

For this kind of dormitory, you can get tabath towels, so you can buy or bring your own shampoo. It's a little underground, so it's damp, but it's a little so people who don't care don't care. City tax is taken in Italy. However, it is very good because it is close to Milan central station and the metro and supermarket are close, but it is okay if it is a little troublesome when entering the entrance by intercom and yay. I personally think that cospa is generally good. There weren't many people at my time, and I think it's okay to prepare my own meals because there are tableware in the common space.

The room is clean, the location is very convenient, but the minus point is that it will cost 5e/piece of luggage, check in after 9am and pay an additional 25e/room for 3 people.
