I stayed here for two days from July 4th. As a Japanese woman in my 30s who was generally looking for a place to sleep and take a shower, please see the following impressions. The location is very good. There is a public bus stop right in front of the hotel, and there are several bus stops for other routes within a 5-minute walk. If you are going to visit the West Lake Scenic Area, it is very convenient to use the bus, so the location of the hotel is very good. In particular, it is about an 8-minute walk to the West Lake, so you can enjoy the West Lake from early in the morning until late at night. Actually, when I told them about my stay, I arrived at the hotel a little earlier than the check-in time, but the room was ready, so I was able to leave my luggage there. I was also able to complete the check-in procedure. The owner of the hotel helped me with the app when he found out that my Chinese was halting. When foreigners stay in some countries, they are required to register with the police, but when I told him that I had never ridden an electric motorcycle, the owner of the hotel let me ride on the back of his motorcycle and went to the police station with him. The owner and another woman work at the inn, and they were really supportive of laundry, water server, and room cleaning during my stay. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. The maximum temperature was 39 degrees every day during my stay, so it was a relief to return to a room that was well cooled by the air conditioner. The shower booth was really small, but the water pressure and temperature of the shower were just right, so I was able to stay comfortably. My room was on the main road, but thanks to the comfortable room environment, I was able to sleep well, although the traffic noise was a bit bothersome. There was also a row of large plane trees along the main road, and the sunlight filtering through the trees in the morning was beautiful. For people like me who are looking for a place to sleep and take a shower, this inn is perfect. This time I stayed in the summer, so I would like to visit in the winter next time. Of course, I will definitely stay at this inn next time. The owner's true enthusiasm for entertaining me was so strong. I'm so excited. I want to go to your trip to blue again.

I chose this hostel for the Dawn concert on September 13th. It's about a ten-minute walk to Xiaolianhua. The front desk staff, both male and female, were polite and enthusiastic. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, with the shower on the left and the vanity on the right as you enter. The shower pressure was great, and the bed was clean. One of my roommates was smoking, but they stopped after I opened the window to air out the room. Overall, everyone was well-behaved and quiet. Everyone also gets an individual locker with a password lock. Other than a roommate's slightly messy suitcase and a few occasionally using instant noodle cups as ashtrays on the floor, everything else was really good.

The front desk staff were incredibly patient and gentle, just absolutely wonderful! 👍👍👍👍👍👍 Choosing this hostel for my trip was definitely the right decision; the overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I'm extremely satisfied. The location is excellent, not far from the subway station and tourist attractions, making it very convenient for getting around and finding food. It's also easy to locate. The hostel itself is clean and cozy, with public areas that are simply and comfortably furnished, creating a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Everything is thoroughly cleaned, the beds are tidy, and there's plenty of storage space. The bathroom areas are dry-wet separated and impeccably clean, with no unpleasant odors. The staff are warm, friendly, and approachable, always patiently answering any questions. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time and wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers!

Close to the station, more convenient

I stayed at this hostel during my backpacking trip, and the atmosphere was incredibly cozy and welcoming. The common lounge is beautifully decorated – a great spot to read or swap travel stories with fellow travelers from around the world. The cleanliness was impeccable; even often-overlooked spots like corners and shelves were spotless. It's super convenient for transport, with taxis, bus stops, and the metro all nearby. The owner was really helpful with all my travel questions, and the price is budget-friendly. Perfect for young solo travelers!

This hostel offers incredible value for money, making it my top choice for accommodation when traveling! The location is excellent, right near the subway station, so it's convenient to get anywhere, and all the essential amenities are close by. The rooms are simply furnished and practical, with plenty of space for each bed. The bed curtains provide great blackout and sound insulation, ensuring good privacy. The cleanliness is outstanding; the rooms, common areas, and bathrooms are all spotless and tidied meticulously every day, which really put my mind at ease. The common areas are perfect for socializing, where you can meet backpackers from all over and share travel stories in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The facilities are comprehensive, including self-service laundry and luggage storage, and the 24-hour front desk is a huge comfort. It's affordable and offers a fantastic experience—I wholeheartedly recommend it to every traveler!

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. They have a very strange visitor policy, specifically a complete ban on room entry without a passport (which requires an additional fee). My friend wanted to help me carry my things into the room, but the staff only allowed her in for 15 minutes. Afterward, we watched as the staff flatly refused to let other guests in (whose friends also wanted to help them carry their things). I have asthma and was extremely unhappy with the smoke-filled room and bedroom. I had several asthma attacks during the night, and I couldn't sleep well.

The location is reachable by walk from metro station. The support from hotel staff surely supportive. Thanks for the hospitality and i do not mind to retry again next time. Hopefully there is a new curtain and no molds.

The hostel's location is incredibly convenient, less than 100 meters from Exit B of Changhe Metro Station, making it easily accessible by metro and bus. The staff were very welcoming and provided excellent service, explaining all the necessary precautions in detail. The room had a wide view from the window, overlooking the Qiantang River – a truly breathtaking vista. The common areas outside the rooms were also very well-designed, catering to the diverse needs of modern young travelers. Most importantly, it offered excellent value for money! I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Hangzhou!
