Well designed hostel, spacious and the luggage storage is the best in size and design. The shoe area where guests should change into indoor slippers is a good idea and most follow but there are still many who walk around in their outside shoes. Not good. The place is supposed to be smoke free but the stink of spent cigarette smoke is strong around the toilets, showers even the women's. Some of the staff smoke in their room (near the common area/'kitchen' ). There is a plastic curtain that separates the veranda area from the inside of the building however smoke can still waft in especially the back veranda where a whole pane of the curtain has broken off. The cleaning staff worked super hard clearing the trash, hair , water and footprints . It gets cleaner outside the weekend.

You have to change your shoes outside before entering the room. The disinfected slippers are prepared in advance. The texture is also good. Everyone has a special shoe cabinet. There are also large cabinets with card locks in the room for luggage. The room is very clean, and the auntie often maintains it. The sink and toilet toilet are very clean, the floor is fresh and not soaked in water without black footprints, and the mood is pleasant during use. I've tried many hostels since I'm traveling and this one is probably amoung the best I've been to. The place is very friendly and warm and there is many things to do (instruments, board games, TV...). The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is perfect (best shower room I had in 3 month of different hostels !). Overall, I really liked staying in this hostel. Thank you for the staff to make this place that welcoming ! If I come back to Hangzhou I will definitely come back here :)

The luckiest thing about this trip was staying in this youth hostel! The location is excellent, and the surrounding transportation hubs are close at hand, so you can easily go wherever you want to go. The room is clean and bright, the bed is neat and odorless, and the public area facilities are also complete. The atmosphere here is great. Every night everyone sits together to share travel stories, with constant laughter. There are a lot of social activities, organizing board games and watching movies together, which quickly brings people closer together and makes traveling alone not lonely. The staff is warm and considerate, and they are always responsive, helping to plan routes and answer various questions. Living here not only has a comfortable experience, but also makes a group of like-minded friends. Next time I come to this city, I will definitely choose it again!

The hostel was conveniently located in downtown near the West Lake. The West Lake was only a 20 minute walk away. The staff was friendly and helpful. I accidentally left behind some photos after checking out, so and they said they would hold them for me until my friend can pick them up. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that the shower water would randomly change temperatures from cold to very hot. Overall, I would stay here again. The price is great and the hostel is welcoming.

The environment of the youth hostel is very comfortable, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the beds are soft and comfortable, making me feel at home. The public area is spacious and bright, and provides free Wi-Fi, allowing me to check travel information online at any time. The staff was friendly and helpful, not only providing detailed travel advice during my stay, but also helping me with some unexpected events.

The location is convenient with subway station nearby. Theres a good space in the reception area and a tv. The bathroom is outside in a corridor and it would be very very messy at night, I suggest increasing the cleaning. You have to buy or bring paper to the toilet, which can be not convenient. The beds were good and the locker was big, but theres not much space for luggage. The staff was helpful. I recommend and would come back.

The bed is comfortable, the mattress is Simmons with moderate firmness, and the quilt is warm. I didn't know the hostel was under renovation when I made the reservation. When I arrived, I saw the public areas were a mess. I thought as long as the room and bathroom were clean, it would be acceptable. It's ok if the toilet didn't provide toilet paper. I don't know if it was a clogged toilet or a problem with the personal quality of the guests. They didn't flush the toilet after defecation, which was disgusting 🤮. The only thing that was heartwarming was the corner of the study room, the free drinking water supply, and the fact that everyone came on the fifth day of the Chinese New Year. The laundry and drying services were also good.
