1. The room had a fridge and a washing machine, which was very convenient. I tried them myself and they worked great. 2. There are plenty of parking spaces in the underground garage, and the elevator goes directly to the hotel. The first time you enter, you need to tell the security guard on the ground floor to swipe your card, which gives a great sense of security. The free parking is unbeatable at this price point, so self-driving travelers shouldn't miss it. 3. The subway is only 20 meters downstairs, making it very convenient to take the family out. The surrounding commercial street has plenty of shopping and dining options, as it's already a 'Gold and Silver Block' (referring to a prime commercial area). Furthermore, Xia Sha Tianjie is only 500 meters away, which is closer to Jinsha Lake and tends to be livelier. 4. Because it was such a great stay, I ended up staying for several days. More details to come in the next update, just in case I run out of things to write about later.

The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the subway station and shopping areas, making it super convenient for exploring, dining, and entertainment. Parking is also a breeze. Mary, at the front desk, was incredibly warm and polite, answering all my questions in detail. The room comes with a washer-dryer combo, and there's even a small kitchen for cooking, which made it feel just like home – so convenient!

After comparing several hotels, I finally settled on this one and it was a fantastic choice, no regrets at all! The overall cleanliness is impeccable; even the corners are spotless. All the facilities are complete and in great working order. The staff were polite throughout, and the check-in/check-out process was efficient and smooth. The room's soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbances. It offers great value for money, perfect for both tourists and those on short business trips. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

pros: great location, right opposite of a daily night market but not too noisy. friendly and helpful staff. near to westlake, shopping mall, restaurants and shopping street by walking or cab. cons: better to contact the owner before check-in as we initially go to the wrong place with the same hotel name. this room is very small for a 4pax family with all adults. the room itself was a studio size but put two double beds inside. plus, there's a building pillar inside the room which make the room much more smaller.

Same as feedback from other guests, this hotel (technically not a hotel but condo units converted into hotel rooms) has the best location. It is located along Yingtai walking street, and just 100m away from west lake as well as the jetty. It is also very near to subway. Location wise is a full score. But it is very difficult to locate the hotel since Jinbailan only operates L5 and L9 of that condo as their hotel rooms. So, you will not find big signage ”金柏澜” on building exterior. Please see my attached pictures for the building exterior and the doorway to get to the lifts and go to L9 to find their reg counter. Since it is not a full fledge hotel, the room's facilities is really nothing to shout about. You will feel like going back home. That said, because of its superb location, unless I can find better alternative with better value-for-money, I will stay here again on my next return trip.

This stay was such a pleasant surprise! The location is fantastic, high up in the Hangzhou Yin building with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Qiantang River. The misty river view on a rainy day created a really special atmosphere. Downstairs, you have direct access to the Starlight Avenue shopping area, and it's also very close to Jiangling Road subway station, making it super convenient for getting around and dining out. The room was spotlessly clean, no strange odors when we walked in, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The open-plan kitchen and washing machine were also immaculate, making us feel very at ease using them. The soundproofing exceeded our expectations; we barely heard any traffic from outside or activity from the river, so we slept incredibly soundly at night. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, responding quickly to any questions we had – the service was excellent. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Hangzhou!

The room had a small balcony with direct views of West Lake at night. The evening lights were beautiful, and you could see the mountains in the distance and Leifeng Pagoda up close. It's a top choice for getting around; it's very convenient to walk to the bus stop and take a bus for 5 yuan directly to Lingyin Temple.

Location was difficult to find, the service at the desk can be considered fair, not so good enough, the toilet drainage quite slow after taking a shower, but anyways the room was worth with the price, loved the city view.

It was a bit tricky to find, as the navigation led me to a street behind the hotel. The bathroom could have been cleaner; there was a slight odor. However, it's conveniently located near Kuiyuan Restaurant, Intime department store, West Lake, and the subway station, making getting around very easy. The service was good, with staff ready to answer any questions. They also offered complimentary luggage storage after check-out for the day.

I have stayed in this hotel many times and always feel good. The transportation is convenient, there are many restaurants and a large supermarket around, which makes eating and shopping very convenient.
