Fuzhou Changle Four Points by Sheraton Hotel

On our road trip through Fuzhou, this Four Points by Sheraton was, overall, quite satisfying. The room was impeccably clean, and the bedding was dry and soft. The soundproofing was excellent; we couldn't hear any outside noise. What really pleasantly surprised me was the 24-hour self-service laundry room, which is incredibly convenient for those of us who have been on the road for several days. As for the price, 600 RMB including double breakfast, I think the value for money is exceptional. Just a small suggestion: it would be even better if the underground parking lot could be opened sooner, as parking can get a bit tight during peak dining hours at the adjacent restaurant.

When I asked about parking and room types, her answers were detailed and professional, without any perfunctory responses. The hotel lobby is spacious and tidy, the guest rooms are clean and odor-free, the bedding is soft, and the soundproofing is good. The amenities are new and complete, and the breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of options. It’s excellent value for money. The entire service team is highly professional, and Max's attentive service made my trip particularly comfortable. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip or vacation to Changle. Highly recommended!

Booked a lake view room, the view was excellent. The hotel is very new, and the service was great. I told my wife it was absolutely worth every penny! 😄😄 The restaurant quality was also good, and Miles and Max were always smiling.

The location is superb, within walking distance of Hangcheng Metro Station and a commercial area. Changle High-Speed Rail is just 2 km away. Upon entering the lobby, I was offered welcome tea. The front desk was efficient with check-in and even proactively arranged a high-floor lake view room for me. Room: Spacious (standard room 40㎡+), with floor-to-ceiling windows offering great city/lake views. The branded mattress was just right, offering excellent support, and the bedding from a well-known brand was very comfortable. Soundproofing was excellent. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toilet room was independent and odor-free. The toiletries had a pleasant fragrance. Breakfast: The buffet offered both Chinese and Western options. There was a Fuzhou specialty station for 'lao mian'/'lao fen', freshly cooked eggs, and a rich selection of fresh fruits and desserts. Replenishments were prompt. Service: Staff members proactively smiled and greeted guests, and their response time was quick. Overall, it's standard five-star quality. I would definitely choose this hotel again for both business trips and vacations!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to both Fuzhou city center and Changle downtown. The hotel itself has a beautiful environment, and the rooms are spacious and bright. The decor is new with no unpleasant smells, and the electronic facilities are very convenient. The breakfast is particularly good. The hotel staff are warm and helpful; when we forgot something in our room, they proactively extended our check-out time until 4 PM, which was very thoughtful. This hotel offers incredible value for money, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.
