"The Fuzhou Shangri-La continues to uphold the service standards expected of a long-standing five-star hotel. The service was very warm and attentive. Annie proactively arranged my room extension, reminded me to refresh my key card, scheduled housekeeping, and ensured fresh fruit was provided. When there was a minor issue with the air conditioning in the middle of my stay, they immediately arranged a room change to ensure my comfort. Yoyo kindly extended a special courtesy for the children, making it easier for us to dine together. Overall, the experience was excellent."

"What I liked: The main reasons we chose this hotel were its proximity to the airport and the airport shuttle service. The facilities were decent, clean, and well-equipped. What I didn't like: We had arranged our shuttle time for the next morning when we checked in the day before. However, half an hour before our scheduled departure, we were told there were too many people needing a ride at the same time and not enough cars, and that we needed to come downstairs immediately. We explained that we still had half an hour until our original scheduled time and might not be ready, to which they responded, 'Okay, just come down as soon as you can.' Since we had planned our wake-up and packing time accordingly, we came downstairs only slightly earlier than our original scheduled time (still before the new requested time). As a result, the driver kept complaining to us. This left a really bad impression. We had pre-arranged our time the day before, then the hotel's car arrangement issues caused us to be notified at the last minute to leave earlier. We even told them we couldn't make it, and yet we were still lectured, as if it was our fault."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right in Sanfang Qixiang's Wenrufang, and it's a short walk from the museum car park opposite. It's pet-friendly and the rooms are large and very unique. Sanfang Qixiang is truly wonderful, very clean, with endless former residences to explore. It's close to the popular 'Love Tree' and dining is very convenient with many special restaurants nearby. The breakfast service was also great; even though we were late, the staff were not impatient at all and helped us get food. Excellent service! We'll definitely come again~"

"My stay at Fuzhou Siji Yuecheng Hotel exceeded expectations. The hotel environment was elegant, the room facilities were comprehensive, and the cleanliness was impeccable. What truly touched me was a small incident after check-out: I was rushing and accidentally left behind a personal item, completely unaware. The front desk team discovered it and proactively contacted me. Even though I had already left Fuzhou, the staff patiently verified my information, carefully packed my item, and helped arrange for it to be couriered. The entire process involved smooth communication and quick responses. I genuinely appreciate the front desk team's attentiveness and responsibility; they demonstrated excellent service through these details. "The Kempinski Hotel Nanjing's lobby features several of Kempinski's iconic 'Red Ladies' who guide and assist guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In contrast, the Kempinski Hotel Fuzhou lacks these signature Red Ladies to assist guests. At the Kempinski Hotel Nanjing's breakfast restaurant, several foreign managers are diligently present every day, and the chefs are focused on their work without idle chatter. However, at the Kempinski Hotel Fuzhou, I didn't see any foreign managers, and the restaurant chefs were boasting and chatting. Some of the purple sweet potatoes were spoiled and inedible, indicating that the management is somewhat lacking. The outdoor area of the Kempinski Hotel Fuzhou's breakfast restaurant, however, is quite nicely designed."

"Facilities: The apartment is well-equipped, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. Cleanliness: The room was clean and hygienic, with no strange odors. Environment: The apartment is very close to the airport, just a few minutes' drive away. Taxis are also very convenient, and there's a shopping mall nearby, so food and drinks are easily accessible. Service: The service was excellent, and the airport pick-up service was great; just contact the owner in advance. They also responded promptly to any issues. The room was very spacious and offered great value for money."

The front desk was responsive, handling inquiries and assistance efficiently and reliably, with patient and thorough service throughout. Overall, the environment, cleanliness, facilities, and service are all impeccable. It's an excellent accommodation choice in the Cangshan area, highly recommended."

"Among the many five-star hotels in Fuzhou, I ultimately chose the C&D Hotel, and it proved to be the right decision. From the initial phone call to discuss my needs, where I requested a bed rail, it was already installed on the bed when I checked into the room. From check-in to check-out, every staff member at every touchpoint was incredibly friendly and polite, proactively asking about my needs and providing excellent service. The hotel's facilities are all very well-designed and convenient, and the surrounding area is also great. There's a Hengli Mall right opposite, and you can walk to Sanfang Qixiang in about 25 minutes. There are many restaurants along the way, making for a very worthwhile city walk. Fuzhou is full of banyan trees, lush and vibrant, truly feeling like spring. This May Day holiday, visiting Fuzhou (the 'Blessed City') was an excellent choice."

"My experience was absolutely top-notch! The moment I stepped into the hotel, I was captivated by its warm yet grand decor. The hotel staff (or ”cheese service” which is an interesting literal translation, usually it's just 'staff' or 'service') were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. Check-in was quick and seamless, and they thoughtfully detailed all the hotel's facilities, which immediately boosted my impression. The bedding was soft and comfortable, significantly improving my sleep quality. The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel boasted excellent entertainment facilities. The location is also superb, being close to the airport makes getting around super convenient. I wholeheartedly recommend this gem of a hotel, and I'll definitely choose it again for my next trip!"
