"Choosing Atour Hotel Changbaishan North Slope Erdaobaihe Collection Center for our trip to the Changbai Mountain North Slope was an excellent decision. Its location is a major plus. The hotel is very close to the North Slope collection center, just a few minutes' drive away, so there's no rush to get to the mountain early in the morning. Wetland parks and deer parks are within walking distance, making leisure and dining incredibly convenient. It's also very close to the town's food street and market, making getting around hassle-free. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, allowing us to rest well after a tiring hike. The smart facilities were complete, the bathroom had a wet/dry separation, hot water was stable, and the humidifier helped with the dry climate of Changbai Mountain. The front desk service was warm and attentive, patiently explaining hiking注意事项 (precautions) and routes. The lobby thoughtfully provided fruit tea, and the self-service laundry and drying facilities were complete, making it easy to wash clothes during our trip. Breakfast offered a rich variety of nutritious options, ensuring we were full and energized for the mountain. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, with complete amenities and great value for money. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the Changbai Mountain North Slope, and I would choose to stay here again on my next trip! Five-star recommendation!"

"The room facilities were decent, though the room itself wasn't very big. I received a free upgrade to a room with a bathtub, which I didn't actually use, but it was worth about 200 yuan more. The shower water pressure was very low, and it was too hot, making temperature adjustment difficult. The service, however, was excellent. Responses were prompt and efficient, and the butler was very patient, answering all my questions. The complimentary transfers to the scenic area and high-speed rail station were very convenient. The hot springs were also great, with many pools and a nice environment, and unlimited access. It's less than a five-minute drive from the North Slope entrance of Tianchi, which is incredibly convenient. The only area that could use improvement is breakfast. There wasn't much variety, and it ended at 10 AM; extending it to 10:30 AM would be better. When I went at 9:30 AM, most items weren't being refilled. There was no chicken soup, and very few hot dishes. The tofu pudding was too soft and shapeless, and the braised sauce lacked flavor. There were no desserts like cream cakes or even packaged yogurt. For a hotel of this price and caliber, it was a bit disappointing. This might be due to the hotel's remote location (about a 40-minute drive from Changbaishan Station), making ingredient sourcing difficult. The hotel's bunnies were incredibly cute and would chase you for food. I didn't have time to try the complimentary溯溪 (stream tracing), but I saw other guests wearing the gear, and it looked quite professional. I'd suggest adding more activities like rafting or ginseng digging, as the location is quite remote, and staying for several days could get boring. Overall, I still recommend it!"

The hotel is also very quiet at night; you can hear the sounds of insects and enjoy the night view, yet the streetlights are bright, so there's no concern for safety. I would choose this hotel again next time."

"The bedding was good, and even though the pillow was a bit high, I slept very comfortably. For some reason, there was a constant ventilation noise in our room at night, which wasn't ideal for light sleepers. It's a ten-minute drive from Changbaishan Station, and the hotel offers shuttle service to and from the station, which is very convenient. There's a hot spring within the hotel, but the area is quite small. Breakfast wasn't great; it might have been because we went late. When I booked, it said breakfast was until 11 AM, so we went to eat at 9:30 AM, but they actually closed at 10 AM. One good thing, though, is that if you can't hail a taxi, the hotel will provide paid transportation to your destination, which is very helpful. It's about a fifteen-minute drive from Changbaishan Chibei Distribution Center and about ten minutes from Yunding Market."

"Staying at Huansen was a spur-of-the-moment decision while on the train, drawn in by the rustic decor and impressive architecture in the photos. Although the price wasn't low, the guesthouse staff provided excellent service. On our first day, we wanted to try some local food, and a staff member, even before finishing their own meal, offered to drive us there, mentioning potential issues with rain and traffic control on the way down the mountain. We also enjoyed many delicious meals in Enduli. So, we decided to extend our stay for another night. This second night was even more heartwarming. We had originally booked a king-sized room, but on the first night, they upgraded us to a twin room because we had a child with us. For the second night, since all three of us are quite tall and they were concerned we wouldn't fit comfortably on one bed, they even opened up an additional empty room for us. Their thoughtfulness was truly exceptional, and there are just too many details to mention. They drove us to Deer Park, provided disposable raincoats when we went to see Tianchi Lake on the north slope, and constantly checked on the water temperature while we were at the hot springs. If I ever visit again, I would definitely choose Huansen; it truly feels like being treated by friends."

Otherwise, asking current guests to vacate their rooms can be quite awkward. Furthermore, business thrives on sincerity; falsely claiming an upgraded room is better when it's actually worse is really unacceptable."

I suggest adding instructions and an estimated drying time. 3. **Breakfast:** It's a very simple Chinese breakfast, without things like bread or jam. They offer boiled eggs, fried eggs, pickles, two types of porridge, soy milk, regular milk, a few stir-fried dishes, sweet potato, pumpkin, steamed rolls, and buns. It costs 20 RMB per person, and children over 1.2 meters also pay 20 RMB. 4. **Lobby:** There's a free coffee machine in the lobby. 5. **Location:** It's relatively close to the Chibei distribution center. It's not particularly close to dining options, but a taxi ride is usually around 6 RMB, which is quite convenient. 6. **Cleanliness:** Generally good. The toilet and sink were clean, and there wasn't any hair on the floor. However, one of the three beds had a short hair on the pillowcase. 7. **Pick-up Service:** They offer a pick-up service from the station. Even though we booked it on the same day, it was successful, and the front desk staff were very friendly. A highlight of the hotel is its hot springs. Besides being free for guests, they also welcome external visitors, so there's a fair amount of foot traffic. The hot springs feature indoor pools on the first and second floors. On the third or fourth floor (I can't recall which), there are many saunas and various themed relaxation rooms, including stone, mugwort, and traditional Chinese medicine saunas with different temperatures. The fifth floor has an outdoor swimming pool area. The management is quite mature; the whole process of getting a hand tag, changing shoes, changing clothes, and returning the tag is very smooth and convenient. Visually, the hygiene also seems good. There are several attentive aunties in the changing rooms who actively guide you. There are small spin dryers in the changing rooms, which are handy. If you rinse your swimsuit and use the dryer, it will dry much faster. Overall, the experience was very good. If you choose to stay in Erdaobaihe, this place offers good facilities and hot springs to enjoy."
