This was my first time in Changbaishan, and choosing a hot spring hotel was an incredibly smart decision 😁 The hotel is right by the North Gate (Old Gate), just a 3-minute walk away, which is super convenient. This gate is exclusively for hotel guests, so there are very few people. You need to book your tickets 7 days in advance via WeChat Mini Program. The hotel front desk will issue a paper voucher, and you can enter at your reserved time. The shuttle bus takes you directly to the transfer center. For the return journey, you'll go to the new North Gate, and the hotel provides a shuttle service there too. All in all, it's extremely convenient! The hotel lobby has direct access to the hot springs, and you can enter as many times as you like during your stay. Soaking in the hot springs after a hike is just incredibly comfortable 😜 The Garden Restaurant on the first floor offers a rich buffet breakfast. For dinner, they have hot pot sets that are great value for money. Coming back from hiking to a warm hot pot is simply delightful! The hotel's back garden has pets for viewing. The alpacas are plump, and the sika deer are very friendly and super cute! Our stay included two activity options: off-road vehicle and cable car sightseeing (at Heping Ski Resort) and adventure溪溯 (at Julong Volcanic Pumice Forest Cold Spring). Both were excellent! You need to book one day in advance, and the hotel provides a paper voucher and arranges transportation. The scenery was stunning, we had a fantastic time, and took many amazing photos 🤗 The hotel assigned us a dedicated butler who was responsible for our entire stay. They communicated with us in advance to arrange high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off, and reminded us of various important details. This made our stay effortless and worry-free, and the overall experience was superb!"

"I spent a long time looking at hotels before coming to Changbai Mountain, and honestly, I was a bit overwhelmed. I only booked this one on the high-speed train, and I must say, it was fantastic! The hotel is right behind the Chinese Merganser Park, and Eunduri is just a short walk away, both very close. Our butler, Xiao Yu and Xiao Zhou, provided excellent service. We missed the scheduled hotel shuttle to the distribution center, but they arranged a special car for us. They pretty much accommodated every request. We booked a duplex room in Building 6, and I was surprised to find a bathroom on the second floor too. The whole hotel felt so clean, and the environment was wonderful. There are even a few deer and alpacas that you can observe and feed up close. Breakfast is served in Building 3; although the variety isn't huge, they have all the essentials. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great today, and Heaven Lake was temporarily closed due to rain. We visited a few other spots, and my shoes got soaked, but it didn't dampen my spirits at all. The hotel even sent a space heater to our room. Everything was perfect!😍😍"

The owner is warm and thoughtful, with both the meticulousness and cleanliness you'd expect from Korean style, and the straightforward, hearty nature of a Northeastern guy. Friends, if you're coming to Changbai Mountain, choose this B&B! It's like a cup of coffee after a long day, warming your hands, refreshing your spirit, and softening time itself."

"Erdaobaihe Town is about 2 kilometers away from the bustling downtown area with many restaurants, making it convenient to get to Enduoli and Yunding Market. Food delivery is also easy to order, with robots delivering right to your door. Mermaid Pine Park is just across the street. The room facilities and decor are quite good, and the hygiene is excellent. The breakfast looks abundant, but in reality, the variety isn't particularly wide, though the taste is decent. A highlight of the hotel is its hot springs. Besides being free for guests, they also welcome external visitors, so there's a fair amount of foot traffic. The hot springs feature indoor pools on the first and second floors. On the third or fourth floor (I can't recall which), there are many saunas and various themed relaxation rooms, including stone, mugwort, and traditional Chinese medicine saunas with different temperatures. The fifth floor has an outdoor swimming pool area. The management is quite mature; the whole process of getting a hand tag, changing shoes, changing clothes, and returning the tag is very smooth and convenient. Visually, the hygiene also seems good. There are several attentive aunties in the changing rooms who actively guide you. There are small spin dryers in the changing rooms, which are handy. If you rinse your swimsuit and use the dryer, it will dry much faster. Overall, the experience was very good. If you choose to stay in Erdaobaihe, this place offers good facilities and hot springs to enjoy."

"My stay at the Lanjing Hotel exceeded all expectations! The hotel is just a hundred meters from the North Scenic Area gate. Our dedicated butler, Li, provided incredibly attentive service and responded super fast throughout our stay. There's a natural volcanic hot spring right within the hotel grounds, so you can just head downstairs for a soak. They also have an exclusive channel to the scenic area, which is both convenient and hassle-free. The breakfast was plentiful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Definitely great value for money, I highly recommend it!"

"I stayed for two days, and overall it was good, especially the butler service from Eric and Selina. They were excellent, seeing things through from start to finish, always ready to answer questions, and very thoughtful. They also helped us solve problems and arranged the pick-up and drop-off from the station perfectly! The pick-up and drop-off on the day we went to Tianchi Lake was also good! I'm very satisfied with the butler service. The hotel entrance has a small, quaint grove where you can take a walk! The hot springs are located within the hotel and are well-equipped. They weren't just a perfunctory internal hot spring. However, there were a bit too few pools. The biggest drawback of this hotel is the dining. Breakfast didn't match the hotel's star rating. While there were hot food, cold food, and pastry areas, the quality was poor, and there were very few options, though plenty of pickles! Dinner is on the second floor, and this was truly the biggest disappointment. The prices at this star-rated hotel truly don't match the dishes in the restaurant. The prices aren't low, which is acceptable, but then they should offer something high-quality! The first night we ordered à la carte. We planned to have barbecue on the second day, but after seeing the barbecue at a neighboring table, we decided against it! As for the bibimbap, when we asked about the portion size, the waitress said it was just enough for one person. We had already ordered other dishes, but hearing the portion wasn't large, we ordered two. It turned out that one portion was enough for two women, and we left a lot of food! The main thing is that it truly wasn't tasty; it wasn't as good as a certain chain restaurant's bibimbap! However, overall, I'm very satisfied with the butler service and the hotel room. I'm only dissatisfied with the lunch, dinner, and buffet restaurants."
