In the morning, it's a quick 5-minute taxi ride to the North Slope Tourist Distribution Center, which is super convenient. All the staff are very friendly. When we checked out, they even gave us local handmade soap and ginseng as gifts. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit."

The hotel's hot spring is natural, with several indoor and outdoor pools, so it's definitely worth a visit if you have time. Overall, we were very satisfied."

"The hotel is newly opened, but the facilities are really not great. The air conditioning wasn't cooling at all, it was boiling hot. I reported it to the front desk, and they handled it very quickly. **Location:** There aren't many restaurants nearby, so you'll need to take a taxi to eat. Taxis are quite cheap, usually under 10 yuan. **Service:** Pretty good. The airport shuttle service was good, and the front desk was quick to resolve issues. Overall, it's not worth the price. The breakfast selection was limited, and there wasn't much to eat."

They offered free luggage storage and the shuttle driver was professional and punctual, providing excellent, worry-free service throughout. The location is superb, making travel stress-free. It's within walking distance to the North Slope Tourist Distribution Center and just a 5-minute taxi ride to the mountain gate, which is super convenient for catching the early view of Tianchi Lake. We were also right next to Edelweiss Park and the Wetland Flower Sea, and only 7.7 km from Changbaishan Station, with free shuttle service making things incredibly convenient!"

"This newly opened Ibis in the town has very striking decor and facilities. It's incredibly clean, and the style really caters to a younger crowd (even though we're not young anymore!). The rooms are exceptionally spacious, and the family room was very comfortable, with all facilities being clean and tidy 👍. However, a downside is that there's no refrigerator in the room. This is the first time I've encountered a foreign-brand hotel without a fridge in the room. Another drawback is the unstable water temperature in the shower. On our first night, the hot water only lasted about 10 seconds before turning cold, then back to hot a moment later, which made for a very unpleasant shower ☹️. It was a bit better on the second day, but still not particularly stable. The hotel's breakfast was quite good, though. Overall, I think there's a lot of room for improvement."

It's perfectly located in the center of Erdaobaihe Town, right next to Erdaobaihe River and Meiren Song Park, among other recreational spots. It's also very close to Changbaishan High-Speed Rail Station, which is super convenient. During my stay, I had a bit of a hiccup with a food delivery (it was a **-related issue), and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful in sorting it out. I genuinely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Changbaishan – you won't be disappointed! 👍🏻"

Right after check-in, a butler was assigned to us, ready to answer any questions and provide helpful reminders. There was even a dedicated shuttle service for the hot springs. Any issues we encountered were promptly resolved by the staff – their service-mindedness was truly impressive! The hotel's exclusive access to Changbai Mountain was very convenient. It's also around 500 meters from the Changbaishan North Slope Scenic Area Tourist Distribution Center (a roughly 10-minute walk), and public transport is readily available. The Chinese Merganser Park is about a 1-kilometer walk away. Finding local specialty food nearby is also very convenient. ② The rooms are clean, hygienic, and tidy, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom and smart home systems throughout. The front desk staff provided warm and thoughtful service. ③ I stayed in late May, which isn't peak season, so the value for money was excellent, prompting me to extend my stay for another night."

The itinerary for the Erdaobaihe small town, arranged by the travel butler, was also very interesting. With pick-up and drop-off services for every part of the trip, neither the elderly nor the children felt too tired, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the fun of the journey. The hotel's hot spring was also fantastic! 👍🏻 The service was excellent and greatly helped alleviate travel fatigue. The little fish in the fish therapy pool were also great companions for de-stressing during the trip. Both breakfast and dinner were quite delicious, with a wide selection for breakfast.
