Hot Springs Hotels in Antu

This was the best hotel I stayed at during my ten-day trip to Northeast China. Even before we arrived, the hotel manager called to ask when we would be there. On both the arrival and check-out days, security guards helped with our luggage – the service was incredibly attentive and meticulous, and the environment was spotless! Thumbs up! 👍 Staying at the hotel also included free access to the hot springs, which would normally cost 268 yuan per person. The complimentary fruit selection was the most varied I've ever seen in a hotel. The breakfast was also plentiful, especially the beef soup – so flavorful and with plenty of meat, I could easily drink several bowls! Haha~ The hot springs were incredibly comfortable, with many indoor and outdoor pools, all very clean. As soon as I got in the water, a staff member helped me arrange my slippers, making me feel a little embarrassed to leave them lying around when I went to another pool! Although it's thousands of miles away, for truly amazing hot spring experience, you have to go to Changbai Mountain, and specifically, the Linxi Volcanic Hot Springs. The hotel has everything: food, accommodation, and entertainment. I definitely want to come back next time and stay for two more nights!

Hygiene: Hygiene is very clean and the environment is very good Facilities: Newly renovated, very new, automatic curtains, digital TV Service: The service is great. Xiaoyu at the front desk serves with a smile every time, making people feel like they are at home. She will also help recommend activities and contact vehicles.

2-hour rafting/skiing (choose one): The rafting was absolutely beautiful, and the rime ice was stunning. Plus, the location is super convenient, just a ten-minute walk from the guesthouse. The guesthouse also has alpacas, deer, and rabbits that are very friendly and cute. The room was comfortable and clean. While the location is a bit out of the way, that's exactly the quiet environment we were looking for. The owner can also help arrange a taxi, which is very handy. One time, we needed to go out but couldn't find a car, so the owner, who had just woken up, personally drove us there. Thumbs up!

The high temperatures persisted, so we came to Changbai Mountain to escape the heat and stayed at the Yunshuilanting Hotel. Upon check-in, Manager Dong, knowing we were two seniors over 70, provided us with the warmest service imaginable. She patiently explained the surrounding area, important considerations, and evening activities, and even brought us local seasonal blueberries. It felt like home, with the warmth of children around us. Despite it being peak tourist season and the hotel being fully booked, the cleanliness and dining were still top-notch. Of all the places we've stayed in Changbai Mountain over the past few days, this was by far the best experience. Manager Dong is an excellent leader, managing an outstanding service team.

Traveling during the off-peak season, the hotel was excellent, and the front desk was incredibly responsible, taking care of everything. The hotel even has its own shuttle service with drivers who pick you up and drop you off wherever you need to go, and they even help you bargain! Much appreciated. Soaking in the hot springs while it snowed, then hitting the slopes at 8:30 AM – it was a fantastic experience.

Erdaobaihe Town is about 2 kilometers away from the bustling downtown area with many restaurants, making it convenient to get to Enduoli and Yunding Market. Food delivery is also easy to order, with robots delivering right to your door. Mermaid Pine Park is just across the street. The room facilities and decor are quite good, and the hygiene is excellent. The breakfast looks abundant, but in reality, the variety isn't particularly wide, though the taste is decent. A highlight of the hotel is its hot springs. Besides being free for guests, they also welcome external visitors, so there's a fair amount of foot traffic. The hot springs feature indoor pools on the first and second floors. On the third or fourth floor (I can't recall which), there are many saunas and various themed relaxation rooms, including stone, mugwort, and traditional Chinese medicine saunas with different temperatures. The fifth floor has an outdoor swimming pool area. The management is quite mature; the whole process of getting a hand tag, changing shoes, changing clothes, and returning the tag is very smooth and convenient. Visually, the hygiene also seems good. There are several attentive aunties in the changing rooms who actively guide you. There are small spin dryers in the changing rooms, which are handy. If you rinse your swimsuit and use the dryer, it will dry much faster. Overall, the experience was very good. If you choose to stay in Erdaobaihe, this place offers good facilities and hot springs to enjoy.

The hotel has a great location, in Erdaobaihe Town, about 1km from the North Scenic Area distribution center, a 2-minute taxi ride, very convenient. Next to the hotel are the Xueronghua Reindeer Park and Wetland Park, and about 3km from Enduli, about an 8 yuan taxi ride. Previous reviews said the breakfast was average, but I really have to give the restaurant a huge thumbs up. Although the restaurant isn't as luxuriously decorated as other star-rated hotels, the variety is complete, and the food is delicious. There were about four stir-fried dishes, each one very tasty, perfectly embodying the flavors and aromas of Northeast China. The fried rice was also excellent, and there was a good selection of whole grains like sweet potatoes and corn. I've eaten at many high-end hotel restaurants, and none of them tasted as good as this. Highly recommended! The price is also very affordable during the off-season. The receptionist was very nice, the stay was comfortable, the mattress was good, and the cleanliness was good. I saw Tianchi Lake; Changbai Mountain is so beautiful! The people of Erdaobaihe Town and Jilin were very nice. 👍

Right at check-in, we were given two warm bottles of Changbai Mountain mineral water. The room was standard, and the heating was very strong – we had to sleep with the window open. The hot springs, however, are in a separate building, and you have to walk through the lobby on the ground floor to get to them. The lobby and the breakfast area on the second floor weren't warm enough, making it easy to catch a cold after coming back from the hot springs. The hot springs themselves are communal and only have a few small pools; it's not really worth going unless you just want a quick taste of Changbai Mountain's hot springs.

The hotel is quite large, and I especially loved the rooftop pool and hot springs. It's fantastic for kids. The room itself was also spacious and very quiet. My only minor complaints are that the room felt a bit dated, and the housekeeping started cleaning quite early. The soundproofing isn't great, which could disturb other guests.
