Each villa doesn't house many people, which is great because unlike large apartment buildings with poor sound insulation, it won't disturb your sleep. Our butler, Xiao Yu, was incredibly responsive to all our requests, providing transfers to and from the train station and even kid-friendly toiletries. We came from Dandong this time without a car, but right outside the hotel, there's a rental spot for shared bicycles and electric scooters, which was very convenient. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus to the Changbai Mountain scenic area. Overall, our experience was excellent. We'll definitely come back once the hot springs are built."

We stayed in a loft, and the upstairs area was huge and very comfortable for sleeping. The location is also excellent; you can find so many places to eat right outside, and most of the local specialties are nearby. The owner is also very warm and friendly. Plus, it's really close whether you're heading to Changbai Mountain or Yunding Tiangong."

"The day before check-in, the butler called to ask if we needed airport or train station pickup and added us on WeChat. After learning we were driving, they sent us the parking lot location. The parking lot is not far from the hotel, about 150 meters. It was raining heavily the day we arrived, and a staff member even came to the parking lot to pick us up. This already earned them points before we even checked in! The hotel is right in the center of En Duo Li Plaza, an excellent location. You can watch the fireworks from your room's balcony, so there's no need to deal with crowds. The hotel just opened in July, with all-wood decor, feeling very much like a Japanese onsen hotel in Kyoto. The room has a private hot spring, so you can soak anytime to relax. Of course, you can also go to the hotel's onsen facility (exclusive to guests, not open to the public). The toiletries in the room are excellent, especially the slippers which are so soft and comfortable. All the hotel staff were courteous, warm, and friendly. It was a perfect stay, and I will definitely choose Le Mu Tang Di again next time I visit Changbai Mountain."

"The hotel is located right in the heart of the town, very close to the Genting Market and Endori attractions. A big thanks to the front desk lady for upgrading my room! The breakfast was sufficient, so no further comments there. The rooftop has a unique open-air hot tub (large wooden barrel) where you can enjoy the stars and feel the dew at night. Turning right from the hotel, you can take a very pleasant walk along the Erdaobai River."

My dad and I were visiting Changbai Mountain and got completely soaked in the rain. Even though we had already checked out, we explained the situation to the front desk, and they kindly opened a new room for us to shower. This is the first time I've ever proactively given a positive review. I really hope this hotel continues to thrive, and I'll definitely bring my friends here next time!"

"1. I specifically booked a 'Panoramic Sunrise' room, but the sun actually rises at about a 45-degree angle to the left of the room. I had to crane my neck out the window to the left to see it. 2. Upon check-in, the refrigerator shelves were full of water; it clearly hadn't been defrosted or cleaned recently. 3. My room reservation included a 'one-on-one butler service,' but I never saw a butler or was contacted by one, even until check-out. 4. The housekeeping during my extended stay was even worse (see attached picture). Given that Ctrip rated this hotel as 'five-star,' I honestly think it barely meets a two-star standard. For such an expensive room rate, it's definitely not worth the price. If I had known this, I wouldn't have stayed here even at 50% off. After repeated mediation with Ctrip customer service, the hotel finally offered a 15% discount, but I still advise everyone not to stay at this hotel. There are plenty of better hotels with good value for money nearby."

"The hotel's location is super convenient! It's about a 5-minute taxi ride from the high-speed rail station, and there was no traffic at all. The room was decent, quite clean, and very cozy. There's also a supermarket on the first floor which is really handy, and they deliver food orders right to your room. Overall, I'm satisfied!"

"This hotel is located right in the Enduli business district, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The service, in particular, was exceptional. From airport/station transfers and luggage handling to room service and dining, everything felt very thoughtful. All the staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. Because our extended stay couldn't be accommodated, they even took us to our next hotel. Special thanks to Mr. Sun (姓孙), who provided incredibly meticulous service, and of course, all the other attentive staff members whose names I didn't catch. Highly recommend staying here!"

"This summer, I took my child on a 6-day, 5-night trip to Changbai Mountain and Dalian. Out of the three hotels we stayed in, this one was my favorite. I can only say that it's great in every aspect, except for the price (which I found expensive based on my spending habits). The environment is exactly as pictured. Before our arrival, a dedicated butler, ANNIE, contacted me. There are shuttle buses available from the high-speed rail station to the hotel, and from the scenic spots to the hotel. There's also a hot spring, open from 1 PM to 9 PM, but not in the morning... I guess it's mainly for unwinding after coming down from the mountain. Here's a bit of travel experience for future reference: it's not easy to find a taxi in Changbai Mountain. The hotel is located halfway up the mountain, about 20 kilometers from Erdaobaihe Town. Many rafting, stream trekking, and ginseng digging activities offer free pick-up and drop-off from Erdaobaihe Town, but they charge an extra 100 RMB to pick up from the hotel. Also, the hotel has a restaurant, and there aren't many dining options in the surrounding area."

"This hotel, run by people from the South, truly stands out. The facilities and services are exceptional, with incredible attention to detail in the rooms. First, the pillows: the entire bedding setup was very comfortable. They even provided two types of pillows – one for restful sleep with good rebound, and a standard soft one. Second, the cups: In many five-star and luxury hotels, no matter how pretty the cups are, I'm hesitant to use them. To my surprise, this hotel used disposable paper cups, individually sealed for hygiene. This really shows how thoughtful they are. Third, the projector membership was already active. This is the first time I've encountered a hotel projector that doesn't require payment, offering a VIP experience throughout. I was so pleased that I extended my stay by two days. Fourth, the service and decor: The service was excellent. A driver was arranged to pick me up directly from the station, and they could arrange transportation for all my sightseeing activities. The hotel's overall design and decor were also very refreshing. This is the most satisfying hotel I've stayed in for nearly a decade. From the price and value for money to the service, details, and facilities – everything was perfectly satisfactory. Well, that's all for now. I'll definitely be back!"

The front desk staff, especially the lady who checked me in, was incredibly kind and gentle. Check-in took only a few minutes, and she even thoughtfully provided a guide to local sights. The room was spotless, with no unpleasant odors, and the mattress was just the right balance of soft and firm. The soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any noise at night. Hot water was readily available, and the toiletries were well-stocked. The room also had great natural light. The housekeeping staff was diligent and responded quickly to any requests. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. Staying here made my trip comfortable and worry-free. I'll definitely be back to this hotel on my next visit!"
