I traveled with my parents and we were very satisfied and comfortable with our stay. Everything else was great, even though the TV remote control issue was addressed promptly, it still worked intermittently due to damage from a previous guest, which upset my parents' desire to watch TV. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so you don't have to go far for food or shopping. Getting to various attractions by taxi is also very easy. When checking in, the front desk staff were polite and friendly. The check-in process was efficient and quick, and they even offered thoughtful travel tips. The room itself was exceptionally clean with no unpleasant odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room was spacious with a well-designed layout, and all the facilities were well-maintained. Hot water supply was stable, and a full range of toiletries was provided. The overall environment was quiet with good soundproofing, allowing for a peaceful rest after a long day of exploring. Housekeeping services were top-notch, and the public areas were clean and tidy. The hotel offers great value for money, suitable for both short leisure trips and business travel. I had no complaints at all; my stay was pleasant and worry-free. If I ever visit this area again, this hotel will be my first choice, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling here.

Highly recommend staying at the Atour Hotel Changbaishan Distribution Center Erdaobaihe when visiting the North Slope of Changbaishan. Its prime location makes getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel is right next to the North Slope distribution center, and you can easily walk to the Cloud Peak Market. There are tons of restaurants nearby, including Northeastern cuisine and Korean minority specialty shops, making dining, shopping, and post-dinner strolls very convenient! The hotel itself is well-equipped, with clean and bright rooms and comfortable, soft bedding, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. The self-service laundry room has multiple washers and efficient dryers, so you can quickly wash and dry your dirty hiking clothes, which greatly simplifies travel. They also have a reading room and a gym, and parking is very convenient for those traveling by car. The breakfast offers a rich variety, and there's even Atour's signature late-night congee service, so you can still get a hot meal even if you return late. The front desk staff are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service! Overall, the experience was great in every aspect. If you're traveling to the North Slope of Changbaishan, this hotel is definitely worth staying at!

The lobby is very spacious and visually appealing. I love the open and airy feel of the corridor-style design. The room itself was excellent, with new facilities, and everything was clean and tidy.

Staying here again, the experience has improved significantly since my last visit. The room was clean, facilities were all working properly, and the front desk staff were friendly and responsive to issues. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get to the northern slope of Changbai Mountain. They've also added more laundry machines, which are much better than before. The only minor drawback is the fluctuating prices during peak season. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and I'd recommend it for your trip.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's just a few minutes' walk to Genting Market and about a 15-minute walk to the North District Distribution Center. Parking is convenient, and the place is quiet and comfortable. The service was exceptional; the staff who assisted us were warm, friendly, proactive, and immaculately presented – and they all had lovely names! 😄 Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel is very close to the North Slope collection center, just a few minutes' drive away, so there's no rush to get to the mountain early in the morning. Wetland parks and deer parks are within walking distance, making leisure and dining incredibly convenient. It's also very close to the town's food street and market, making getting around hassle-free. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, allowing us to rest well after a tiring hike. The smart facilities were complete, the bathroom had a wet/dry separation, hot water was stable, and the humidifier helped with the dry climate of Changbai Mountain. The front desk service was warm and attentive, patiently explaining hiking注意事项 (precautions) and routes. The lobby thoughtfully provided fruit tea, and the self-service laundry and drying facilities were complete, making it easy to wash clothes during our trip. Breakfast offered a rich variety of nutritious options, ensuring we were full and energized for the mountain. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, with complete amenities and great value for money. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the Changbai Mountain North Slope, and I would choose to stay here again on my next trip! Five-star recommendation!

The room was clean and elegantly furnished, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly – I slept soundly until morning. The soundproofing was fantastic; I couldn't hear any outside noise. The bathroom amenities were of high quality, and the wet and dry areas were well-separated, with meticulous attention to hygiene. The elevators, however, could use some improvement, as there was an occasional wait.
