This hotel have spacious service apartments, rooms are big, clean, hotel staff is always helpful. 10 min car ride from chang bai shan railway station. Issues I faced : there is a huge taxi shortage in the city during the peak tourist season, one days even i had to walk 3.3 kilometres in - 15 degrees temperatures to reach to downtown , DIDI and T3 service works here but taxi waiting is normally 40 min to 1 hour long. As a forigner the Hotel location was little odd for me and lots of precious time wasted in taxi waiting, breakfast location is 300 metres far from room, which was not convenient as me and family didn't want to walk in - 20 degree temperature to eat breakfast, I stayed 5 days, but only 2 days I dare to go for breakfast. For stay this place is so good, so clean, warm. The owner is incredibly kind; it was snowing when we went to the distribution center, and she drove us there – so thoughtful! I especially loved their small breakfast rolls; they change daily – one day it's corn, milk, fruit, and eggs; the next day it's yogurt, bread, etc… They're all very clean and hygienic, and the packaging is well-suited to a wide range of tastes! The most thoughtful touch is that they deliver breakfast to our room every morning. Perfect for lazy people like me! The day before, they'll ask what time we're having breakfast the next morning and let us message them when we wake up – so considerate! As a coffee lover, I ask the owner for a free cup of coffee every morning ☕ – so relaxing! It made us feel right at home! We especially loved their bedding 🥰—it was so soft and had a light, pleasant scent! The food they recommended was excellent; the portions were generous and the prices were reasonable! Their place is right next to Wild Duck Lake Park, and during the day we fed the swans and took pictures all the way to Enduli—it was so close! The only regret was not seeing Tianchi Lake. I'll definitely come back next time and stay here again!

The property itself is very spacious, with a super large house layout that feels open and relaxing. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained, making it a great place to stay, especially for groups or families. The location is relatively near the city; however, food options nearby are limited. There is only a small restaurant beside the property, and apart from that, there aren’t many dining choices within walking distance. To reach the main food street, it is necessary to take a short car ride of about 5 minutes. Overall, Flora Hotel is a clean, spacious, and well-equipped place with excellent amenities. It’s a great option if you’re looking for comfort and space, especially if you don’t mind taking a short ride out for more food options 😊

The host was incredibly welcoming and even picked us up from the station. He gave us lots of great travel tips. The guesthouse's location is excellent; it's about 2km from Edelweiss, the North Slope Distribution Center, and Endori. Right downstairs, there's a bus stop for the hot spring shuttle. You can walk to most places where taxis might not be available. The room was very clean and spacious, and it was already warm enough without needing the AC. The host can directly book many activities for you; we booked our rental car and tickets for the hot springs and Snow Ridge through him, which saved us a lot of hassle.

The room was bright and clean. The front desk and housekeepers were very helpful. Breakfast was quite tasty. The owner was very honest and answered all our questions. If you like steamed buns or twisted rolls, they have them here – something you won't find in outside restaurants.

I saw the beautiful Tianchi very smoothly, and the weather was really good. It was a lucky trip. 4. We stayed in a big kang. The children liked it very much and rolled around. The bathroom is a design for separation of dry and wet, the smart toilet is very convenient to use, the toiletries are also complete, and the towel texture is also good. The home appliances in the room are very intimate, the big TV viewing experience is good, there is also an instant water dispenser, you don’t have to wait for water to drink, it’s too pleasant to warm in the room in winter!
