Newly built and all facilities are new and well maintained. Breakfast come with western and eastern style. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only complaint is the air condition didn't work that well ( the lowest is 25 C) in my room. Hotspring pool is good.

Even though it's summer, the weather here is incredibly pleasant. The hotel front desk was very attentive during check-in and also helped with a late check-out. There are many unique hot spring pools. The 'silk bath' made my skin feel wonderfully smooth. I was very satisfied with the room for relaxing.

The hotel facilities are very new, and it's quite close to the train station with convenient parking. The hot spring area has about 10 indoor and outdoor pools, which was a really great experience. The breakfast area has a nice ambiance and a wide variety of options.

Coming during the off-season was definitely the right choice! Whether it was visiting Changbai Mountain or enjoying the hot springs at the hotel, the experience was absolutely fantastic. My companion and I highly recommend the silk bath in particular!

We had a pleasant stay, and the service from the team really stood out. The front desk staff gave us a complimentary room upgrade at check-in. Later, when the room felt a bit warm, they brought a standing fan to our room since the central cooling system couldn't be adjusted. It was a thoughtful gesture which we really appreciated. The breakfast offered a decent selection to start the day, and the hot spring (opens after 2pm) had enough pools to keep our kid entertained. Location wise, Changbaishan station is a mere 5mins ride away.

Traveling with family, the hotel service was incredibly warm and attentive. The ginseng pool in the hotel's hot springs was fantastic! Excellent value for money. The room came with a microwave, which was super convenient when traveling with kids. Highly recommend!
