Wwindtalker6313This is my second stay here, and one excellent improvement is that the breakfast is much richer than my first visit, offering a variety of Quanzhou local snacks. The hotel environment is very clean, and the facilities are well-equipped. The room is spacious and very comfortable to stay in. There's free parking, which is very convenient. The service is beyond words – enthusiastic, efficient, and they practically fulfill every request! The front desk lady even upgraded my room without me asking, and I received a complimentary souvenir upon checkout, which was an absolute surprise. I'll definitely be back!

HHHH_HHHad a fantastic stay at the Quanzhou Orange Crystal Hotel! The room was spacious and brand new, and the smart room controls were really convenient. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast spread was delicious and plentiful. Excellent value for money, definitely my top choice for future trips!

GGuest UserI’ve stayed at this hotel many times, and the service has always been outstanding. Whenever I’ve had difficulties in China, the staff have gone out of their way to help me, whether with translation or practical problems. They even helped me recover laundry I had forgotten at another hotel in Shanghai, and on another occasion, when I lost my wallet, they helped me contact the driver. They are extremely competent, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The hotel is also very well maintained, the view is great, and even the robot service is reliable. Among all the hotels I’ve stayed at in China, this is easily the best in terms of service.

GGuest UserWell located hotel in a genteel neighborhood which is only 10 minutes' drive from the well-known tourist attraction - WudianShi traditional blocks which feature the traditional houses in the JinJiang region.
Hotel is within walking distance to eating outlets like MacDonald's and Kentucky Fried Chicken.
The staff also go the extra mile to help me to get around the place. In particular, Zheng ni and xiao mi who di di the addresses of attractions like South ShaoLin Temple.
In addition, the room is quite big in size and the bed is firm. Breakfast is excellent with local specialities like mianxian - the traditional Chinese rice noodles.
In all, a hotel which I would use for my next visit here.

WWeiguanshijiezhixingzoudituI really enjoyed my stay here. The location is fantastic, very close to Sun Street Night Market and also a short distance from Wudianshi. The room was clean and quiet, which made for a very comfortable and peaceful stay. The staff were all very friendly, polite, and attentive. They would greet me whenever I passed by and even proactively asked if I needed any assistance. Being in the city center, it's very convenient for both transportation and daily life.

GGuest UserThe experience is very good! It took less than 10 minutes to get there by taxi after getting off the plane at midnight. The hotel room was very clean! The configuration is also very complete. The style is a bit like the all-season configuration hhh. It can be used for washing and drying clothes, has a drying area, a terrace with a small garden, and a gym (running + strength). It is quite comfortable overall, and mainly clean. The surrounding environment is also very comfortable. There is a park nearby

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is nice, lobby and reception is nice. Room is a little bit old fashioned and not so modern but it’s quite spacious. The service of the staff was good. Special thanks to Mr Hanson Liu for his hospitality and for his help. We’re first time staying at this area and he was so kind and guided us when we asked him where’s the nearest mall or supermarket because the hotel location is quite isolated. He even wrote the address in a piece of paper so that the driver would be easy to find the place. Housekeeping staff was nice and helpful too. They have self service laundry room too and if we encounter problem, their staffs are ready to help. Overall it’s a nice stay here.

KKeen JackFront desk : not 5 star hotel standard. No greeting during check in. Check out 2 days early yet front desk just ask to put the room card at counter. Not even interested to know the reason.
Room : hot like summer and it is centralised control. Even off the air conditioning temperature still same.

AAdahe1981The location of the hotel is quite good. It was a good choice. I came to listen to Eason Chan's Quanzhou concert. I thought it was a bit far from the stadium and hesitated for a while, but it was already a relatively close hotel to the stadium in Jinjiang. After the concert, I went out and took the concert bus Line 1, which arrived in one stop. I was back to the hotel at 10:40. Next time I have the chance, I will choose this hotel again.
