GGuest UserThis is a brand new, recently opened hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even offered complimentary souvenirs and a fantastic breakfast. The breakfast spread was very generous, the room was beautifully designed, and all the amenities were top-notch. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

KKeen JackFront desk : not 5 star hotel standard. No greeting during check in. Check out 2 days early yet front desk just ask to put the room card at counter. Not even interested to know the reason.
Room : hot like summer and it is centralised control. Even off the air conditioning temperature still same.

GGuest UserThe service is really good. As soon as I entered the parking lot, there was a waiter to help me pull my luggage. The beauty service at the front desk was very warm. I took the initiative to upgrade the room type close to the elevator. The room was very clean, there was light music, it was very decompressed, the equipment was very advanced, and it was highly recommended for everyone to stay.
