Traveling with a child, front desk staff member Yechen provided exceptional service. Even though our room was close to the road, the soundproofing was decent, and we slept really well! Outside the window, the kapok flowers were in full bloom. Seeing that I had a child with me, Jiayun thoughtfully arranged for a bed rail, prepared the invoice in advance, and even organized airport transfer. A big thumbs up!
