Also, it would be great if they could upgrade to screen-mirroring TVs for more convenience."

I arrived very late, but she was smiling and friendly throughout, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. Her service was professional yet warm, which made me feel incredibly comfortable while traveling. Thanks to Lacey's thoughtful service, my stay was fantastic.
