"Loved my stay at Hotel Arriaga! The location is absolutely perfect – right in the heart of everything and super easy to walk everywhere. The room was clean, modern, and the bed was super comfy. The staff were really lovely and gave us some great tips for local pintxo bars. The vibe is relaxed and unpretentious, which we appreciated. Small note for light sleepers: ask for a room away from the street, as it can get a bit lively at night (but that's part of the charm of being in a great location!). The WiFi was also a bit spotty at times. Overall, fantastic value for money. Would definitely stay here again for a casual city break! Perfect for: Travelers who want a central spot without the fancy price tag."

The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk to the bustling streets, where shopping and dining are within easy reach. There is a church opposite the hotel, and a 5-minute walk to a former Michelin restaurant, which is particularly delicious."

Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay."

The receptionist was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. To make things worse, we never got our money back. They take your payment and then leave you stranded with nowhere to stay. As two young girls we ended up in a nightmare.Don’t be fooled by the photos or description — it might look like a nice hostel online, but the reality is a nightmare. Save yourself the stress and book literally anywhere else."

Hotel Facilities: It was very clean and well-maintained, and I really liked the modern and stylish interior. The room was also kept clean throughout my two-day stay, which was satisfying. It was great to be able to use the gym early in the morning, and it was equipped with most necessary equipment. 3. If I visit Bilbao again, I will choose this hotel again."
