4-Star Hotels in Bilbao

Best hotel I have stayed!!! Thank you very much for every detail specially for the baby. There was a cot, baby bath, all bathroom amenities for the baby and ever to milk heated! We truly appreciate this! Better hotel than 5star hotels in Barcelona, London and Madrid!!! The concierge team were so helpful too :)

We loved staying here. The location cannot be bettered. How lovely to have stayed at a place in Bilbao that afforded a choice between pintxoing and staying in and making simple meals at home. The staff was amazingly helpful. Thank you!

If you are going to Bilbao, book here! It is located in the city center, and it is very convenient as there is a department store and a supermarket right in front! It is a bit inconvenient that there is no parking lot, but it is clean and the staff are friendly! I traveled with my dog, and I liked that they provided welcome gifts such as a bed and food bowls! I recommend it!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Location, Cozy Room—Watch the Bed! Vicci Consulado de Bilbao has a fantastic location—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. It’s perfect for exploring Bilbao on foot. The room itself was stylish and clean, though quite compact. If you’re traveling light, it’s fine, but space is definitely tight. One funny (and slightly painful) moment: I actually fell off the bed! It’s positioned close to the wall and a bit narrow, so maybe not ideal if you toss and turn at night. Despite that, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe of the hotel was modern and welcoming. I’d recommend it for solo travelers or couples who don’t mind a snug space and want to be in the middle of the action.

What an amazing hotel, the staff were most friendly and helpful. Its proximity to the old town makes this a must stay location. The breakfast was spectacular and the rooftop pool and bar were fabulous. Overall an excellent location and will be a repeat stay for me in the future.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and enthusiastic when we checked in, asking if we needed a map and briefly explaining the surrounding routes. The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low, and switching between the showerhead settings required some guesswork. Breakfast had a decent variety of choices. It's only about a ten-minute walk from the Guggenheim Museum and the airport bus stop. It would have been better if they had provided information about the airport bus service being suspended on May 1st, as we checked out on Labor Day and waited at the bus stop for over half an hour for nothing.

Beautiful hotel, amazing facilities to work from, one of the best gyms that I’ve been to, it would have been so much more seamless if parking, gym etc were included in the price. Especially if the pool provided by the gym is not available, not having to pay for the gym one would make more sense

Great location on the river & easy walking distance to everything in Bilbao. Old Town & Guggenheim just 10 minutes away. Staff were very helpful & understood English as my Spanish was not great. My room was spacious, coffee machine fabulous, very quiet & perfect for me. Recommend.

Fantastic hotel , spotlessly clean and room cleaned with towels changed although we were only there for 2 nights . Breakfast was Fantastic, a great selection to choose from and ideally located not too far from the town. Staff were also lovely and friendly , very helpful .
