GGuest UserThe hotel is beautiful, with artistic details in the hallways and corridors. The receptionist there spoke Chinese and was very welcoming and friendly! The rooms were also very new, and the king-size bed I chose was more spacious and comfortable than the twin beds! The rooftop bar is definitely worth trying! The food and views were great, and the snacks were delicious too!

Vicci Consulado de Bilbao has a fantastic locationâright in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Itâs perfect for exploring Bilbao on foot.
The room itself was stylish and clean, though quite compact. If youâre traveling light, itâs fine, but space is definitely tight. One funny (and slightly painful) moment: I actually fell off the bed! Itâs positioned close to the wall and a bit narrow, so maybe not ideal if you toss and turn at night.
Despite that, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe of the hotel was modern and welcoming. Iâd recommend it for solo travelers or couples who donât mind a snug space and want to be in the middle of the action.

GGuest UserNice hotel with ample parking. Excellent location for exploring the city. You can walk to Casco Viejo in 15 minutes, and the metro stop is also nearby. The breakfast buffet is very good and extensive, with a huge selection. The only downside was the strict rules around the pool, which is also part of a sports club. This meant the children couldn't really play there.

However, there's one detail that could be clearer: the hotel advertises âprivate parking,â but in reality, it's a public city parking lot located about 450 meters away. It costs âŹ20 per day, and there is no parking directly at the hotel. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something to know in advance.

The entire hotel, from the elegant lobby to my room, was spotless. It was clear that the housekeeping team takes immense pride in their work, ensuring a pristine and hygienic environment that immediately made me feel at ease. The reception staff provided excellent, warm service. The breakfast was perfectânot too big, not too small, but just the right selection for an amazing start to the day. The management is clearly doing a fantastic job. With this level of quality and attention to detail, this hotel truly operates like a four-star property. I can't wait to return.

Breakfast was basic but free, with bread, coffee, and juice. The hostel is not in the city center, but there is a bus stop right outside that takes you to the center in about 15 minutes. There is also a kitchen if you want to cook your own food, and lockers for your things. Good choice if you want something affordable and quiet.
