Hardware is all fine and staff are friendly, but the ability for them to understand English is harder than I thought. If you need to book a taxi to airport or something crucial in terms of timing, better double check. Also, they got a nice small kitchen with disherwasher and washing machine. They provide all detergents for both. However, they don't have basic salt, pepper and edible oil. Microwave is nice and quick to have.

Hotel is in a very central location. Rooms are very nice and clean and have everything you need. Unfortunately, when booking, it is stated that the parking is free, but this is not true. Receptionist was very helpful and gave us a free upgrade.

Fully equipped studio with kitchen and laundry utilities. Everything in perfect condition. Modern and cosy studio. Close to airport shuttle (1 stop, 20 minutes). Located 100 meters from Zubizurri bridge. Guggenheim and Casco Viejo right around the corner.
Quiet stay and friendly staff.
We spent four nights here and felt at home.

This place was fantastic! We were a family of four staying in one room and a family of three staying in another. We had amazing staff at reception as well as cleaning. Everyone was so nice, helpful and kind! Will DEFINITELY stay here again on another trip!
