"My stay with hotel Quartier was just splendid. You felt like at home immideatly when you stepped through the door. The people feel like home and you feel really safe. I felt so really good there, my bed was on perfect location too, and I stayed quite long. I will never forget my experience. Also the breakfast was so good to have, you could see they work with love. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Location, Cozy Room—Watch the Bed! Vicci Consulado de Bilbao has a fantastic location—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. It’s perfect for exploring Bilbao on foot. The room itself was stylish and clean, though quite compact. If you’re traveling light, it’s fine, but space is definitely tight. One funny (and slightly painful) moment: I actually fell off the bed! It’s positioned close to the wall and a bit narrow, so maybe not ideal if you toss and turn at night. Despite that, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe of the hotel was modern and welcoming. I’d recommend it for solo travelers or couples who don’t mind a snug space and want to be in the middle of the action.

What an amazing hotel, the staff were most friendly and helpful. Its proximity to the old town makes this a must stay location. The breakfast was spectacular and the rooftop pool and bar were fabulous. Overall an excellent location and will be a repeat stay for me in the future.

Beautiful hotel, amazing facilities to work from, one of the best gyms that I’ve been to, it would have been so much more seamless if parking, gym etc were included in the price. Especially if the pool provided by the gym is not available, not having to pay for the gym one would make more sense

Choose the hotel for its proximity to the Intermodal bus interchange. We walked to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel. Bilbao is a very walkable city. What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front counter team is genuinely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Noemi who went out of her way to help us and gave advice on airline lost luggage. The room is spacious for our needs. The king bed is super comfortable, with just the right firmness. Linen is plush and pillows are fluffy. It has a simple yet functional tea-making facility in the room. The room came with USB charger by bedside, which is essential for today's travellers. We love the bathroom. Well-lit, full-size shower with strong water pressure. You will find the basic amenities (Toothbrush etc) in the bathroom. The cleaner did a good job with the room. The hall and public areas are all spotless. Judging based on the interior, the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and enthusiastic when we checked in, asking if we needed a map and briefly explaining the surrounding routes. The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low, and switching between the showerhead settings required some guesswork. Breakfast had a decent variety of choices. It's only about a ten-minute walk from the Guggenheim Museum and the airport bus stop. It would have been better if they had provided information about the airport bus service being suspended on May 1st, as we checked out on Labor Day and waited at the bus stop for over half an hour for nothing.

Hotel is in a great location, close to shopping district and close to bars and eateries.  Rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom had a shower and a bath which is unusual but well received. About 20 mins in a taxi from Bilbao airport.  Service was good at check in/out.  Roof top bar is a nice offer with a variety of drinks.  I would stay here again.

The location is fantastic for me. And the bedding is 👍. However the facilities are tooo old in the room. Definitely not worth the price and 4 start.... even The heating system was full of rust. AC is not working sometimes also you don't know how is it controlled. BTW wifi is not working for Whole hotel 😑 .... overall it's ok.

The hotel was in a great location - walking distance to everywhere and only ten minutes from the bus stop coming from the airport. Lots of bars and eateries near-by and not far from the main shopping area in one direction and the football stadium in the other. The bedroom was spacious and clean but pretty basic. The room was quiet. The buffet breakfast was excellent (apart from the coffee) and the hotel had a small bar and seating area that was usually busy. A decent spot that is usually well-priced ( I was there for rugby and it was over-priced!)

Good location, you can get main sites by walk. Room is quite and clean, very comfortable bed and pillow. Breakfast is average. Omelette was cold and too salted. We ordered fried eggs, but it was full of oil. But if you don’t eat eggs- you will enjoy this breakfast.

I liked this part of the city more, the main square and museum are nearby. Nice common area and cafe, the room is dark and small for many people. It's a shame that the beds don't have curtains. But maybe I would stay here again, just in a room for a few people or with one bed
