"If you are going to Bilbao, book here! It is located in the city center, and it is very convenient as there is a department store and a supermarket right in front! It is a bit inconvenient that there is no parking lot, but it is clean and the staff are friendly! I traveled with my dog, and I liked that they provided welcome gifts such as a bed and food bowls! I recommend it!"
