Negative points • Although I booked a twin room, they told there were none available. The first room they showed me on the second floor was extremely noisy due to loud music and vibrations from the restaurant and event space. The next room they offered faced the road, but the wall was not soundproof and the outside noise was very disturbing. • When I tried to speak with the manager, there was no manager available on Sundays. If the manager is off, there should be someone acting on their behalf. • The restaurant had many flies. There were both soft-boiled and hard-boiled eggs, but even the “hard-boiled” ones were half-cooked inside. When I asked for a properly hard-boiled egg, one of the kitchen staff gave me an unpleasant look, and even after asking, the egg was still undercooked (photo). The male kitchen staff were unfriendly, and it was impossible to order any egg dishes comfortably. • The corridor lights turn off automatically, making it pitch dark and creepy. I recently stayed for two nights at the Radisson Blu and had a fantastic experience. The room was spotless, and I was greeted with thoughtful welcome treats. The gym facilities were top-notch, and the staff were extremely warm and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location offers plenty of activities and attractions nearby, and the area really comes alive at night, making it great for a leisurely walk. With numerous restaurants in the vicinity, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

This hostel was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere. The staff were friendly and always helpful, making the stay feel welcoming from start to finish. The rooms and bathrooms were well maintained, and the common areas were perfect for relaxing and meeting other travelers. Excellent location and great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

The reception staff were welcoming and had a sense of humour. The hotel is comfortable and the breakfast buffet has a great choice of foods. I'll definitely stay there again when next in Kigali.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home instantly, good breakfast thanks to the chef, the location is perfect and i love the view from the hotel looking towards the golf course.

Had a wonderful stay at The Nest! The atmosphere was peaceful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive throughout our stay. Every detail made us feel welcome, and the overall experience was relaxing and memorable. Despite not having the most expensive franchise brand they earned it by the genuine attentive friendliness of the employees (quality + quantity), the street where the hotel is located is beautiful and meticulously clean, safe to walk at anytime. The food at all hotel restaurants is very appetizing even if you are thinspo. The water pressure and quality is perfect both in Shower and Tub, the curtains, linen, robes, and towels are very clean. In Kigali Marriott you feel the permanent undetected presence of a Great person a guardian angel...Whose priority is to keep everything perfect ...this always a good sign of Great Luxury Hotel 👍 If you are fortunate to afford Living in Kigali Marriott while in Rwanda 🇷🇼, do it...You will be welcomed by smiling Anna or of her equallybattentive peers at reception every morning!... If you want anything...anything at all..feel free to ask the conceirge desk and they will eagerly make it happen! The food is tasty as I mentioned this already... I have no photos of unengaged food... Good food triggers impulsive outbursts 😊

Отель очень понравился! Неожиданно высокий уровень обслуживания, не уступает лучшим отелям Турции. Номер стандарт достаточно просторный, большая кровать с двумя тумбочками и кушеткой, большой шкаф, длинный стол и стулья, кресло с журнальным столиком - мебели достаточно для комфорта. В ванной душевая кабина, ванна, не хватает только биде или гигиенического душа. В ванной также стеллаж для одежды. Чистота на высоте. Сервис тоже: вечером приходит работник и расстилает постель, ставит около нее тапочки и коврик типа полотенца. Завтрак проходит возле бассейна, на улице или в помещении. На шведском столе, помимо стандартных блюд, три разных салата, несколько видов сыров (в том числе камамбер и рокфор), 4-5 видов свежих соков (арбуз, ананас, маракуйя и др), из фруктов - два вида маракуйи, арбуз, ананас, оранжевые шарики - ”гусиная ягода”, папайя, а также плоды томатного дерева. Завтрак изысканный!

The room was quite spacious and clean. The owner is Chinese, and everything in the room, even the signs, were all in Chinese, which suited our domestic hotel habits. No need for an adapter, domestic charging cables worked directly. The food tasted very average; the tofu, in particular, wasn't very fresh. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly to Chinese guests. They were helpful with calling taxis and carrying luggage, though the efficiency of the African staff wasn't as quick as what we're used to back home. Overall, it was still pretty good.

Advantages: The overall feeling of the room is OK, the bedding is very clean, and the bathroom is very clean. The transfer is very convenient, the hotel and the airport can be walked, very close. There are many people on the road during the day, and safety is OK. Provide a bottle of mineral water Insufficient: the hotel has bugs, slow internet speed, and people flow and noise at night.
