The room is clean and tidy and noise-free. According to the hotel management, the service staff is friendly, enthusiastic and attentive. The security check at the door ensures the safety of the guests. The restaurant is spacious and bright, open all day, the breakfast is especially rich, and there is free parking in the hospital.

Pretty good, a Radission brand hotel. I originally booked the Radission Blu, but because the Radiation Blu was fully booked, I chose the Park Inn By Radission. It was pretty good and the service was good.

My husband and I spent 2 nights here. We had phone issues and the staff went out of their way to get our phones charged for us. Kudos to Botis, Frank, Axel, Corine and Gatete. They were all so helpful and wonderful. Lionel at the desk in the afternoon was also a great help to us at check in and check out.

The staff is very welcomimg and the food is amazing. I like how all their things are neat amd well in place, i would definetely recommend them to my friends. The management team is absolutely amazing. I went to the pool and i was given great care from the pool staff; towel, spa...e.t.c.

I loved the amenities and the views! Kigali may be generally beautiful but park inn was amazing! Swimming pool, gym, bar and ambience driven residential spaces! The staff are really hospitable and would like to extend speacial recognition for Nadage! She was professional but importantly communicating so well and she would diffuse any tensions with clear explanations and guidance

Well it was over all good experience. Room service good and friendly staff. Gym coach Prince , was a knowledgeable person in his zone. Gave some good tips for a rapid 30-45 mins workout . Food is priced well. If they could add Indian breakfast or some Indian cuisine dishes , will certainly pull more Indian guests as their repeat customers Over all at this price it was worth even dollar is spend

Excellent service! We had an amazing brunch with family, Gerard organized an amazing spot around the pool for us and we really had fun, Staff are so friendly, our children had so much fun and we are looking forward to coming back soon! Thanks to Gerard for the professional and excellent service he offered! Definitely coming back.

Recommended 👌🏾 “The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable.” Park inn by Radison kigali. I have a plan of going there to relax and refresh again when opportunity arises. I would recommend all Rwanda residents and none residents to go and experience Park inn by Radison Kigali Hospitality
