Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. The front desk service was warm and efficient, and the facilities were comprehensive. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay with great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

The hotel's hot spring and shower facilities are excellent, and the other guests are very considerate. However, it's a bit inconvenient that you have to take off your shoes right at the entrance on the first floor, and there were some small prickles on the carpet that bothered my feet. But I respect that this might be a local custom.

This hotel next to JR Station offers amazing views! The room window is like a beautiful painting. The front desk staff, who spoke some Chinese, was lovely and we had a great chat in both English and Chinese. The complimentary item shown in picture 3 was so romantic, I just had to sit there for a while even though I was stuffed from dinner. Three days and two nights weren't enough to explore everything. I'll definitely stay here again in the future. On the fourth day, I headed to my next stop, a flight to Kumamoto.

Guest UserA very satisfying stay.
1. The front desk staff were excellent, very quick and professional with the check-in process.
2. The breakfast selection was rich, though at certain times it could get a bit crowded and require a short wait, but this was a minor issue.
3. The room was spacious, clean, and offered great views of Nagoya city. This definitely deserves a big thumbs up.
4. There's a convenience store just a 2-minute walk away, and Don Quijote is only 5 minutes away, which is incredibly convenient.
Every aspect of my stay was great, so of course, I signed up for a membership.

Ling515We specifically chose this hotel for LEGOLAND, and the room was spacious enough. The kids loved the treasure chest game. There was a wide variety of breakfast options, and the food was quite good. The location is excellent if you're visiting LEGOLAND, but it's a bit too far if you plan to go anywhere else, which is why we later moved to a hotel closer to Nagoya Station. The room was very clean, and the service was typical Japanese standard. There are a few restaurants nearby where you can have dinner.

Anonymous UserHeads up! The Nagoya Prince Hotel discriminates heavily against Chinese tourists, terrible experience.
I was really looking forward to staying at this supposedly high-end hotel, but from start to finish, the front desk staff clearly treated Chinese guests differently. Their attitude towards us was cold and perfunctory, completely lacking in service professionalism. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel for domestic travelers.
When checking in, European and American guests in my group asked questions, and the staff were patient, thorough, and smiled throughout their interactions. But when it was our turn to ask about room types using simple Chinese and basic English, the staff remained expressionless, frequently interrupted our questions, and even refused to use a translation app I was using to communicate. Their answers were perfunctory and sloppy. They even claimed there were no Chinese-speaking staff, despite the hotel clearly offering Chinese service. The contrast was stark and made us feel very uncomfortable.
When we tried to give feedback about the difference in service, the front desk showed no apology whatsoever. Instead, they prevaricated and shirked responsibility, completely disregarding our reasonable concerns. As a star-rated hotel with high prices, they should treat guests from all countries equally, but instead, they showed prejudice and discriminated against Chinese guests. The service and hospitality were subpar in every aspect. Paying a high price only to receive a frustrating and upsetting accommodation experience, I strongly advise Chinese tourists planning to visit Nagoya to avoid this hotel. For the same price, there are many other options that respect Chinese guests and offer thoughtful service. Don't fall into this trap.

This was my first stay at the Hilton Nagoya. It's about a 1000 yen taxi ride from Nagoya Station, so the location is pretty good. If you're using public transport, there are bus options, but the subway station is a bit of a walk. The room was spacious and well-maintained. I accidentally left something behind, and after emailing them, the hotel successfully sent it to my next hotel, which I really appreciate. A big thank you to Imai from housekeeping! The 'magic hotline' answered immediately, and the overall service was great – definitely good value for money. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't very good, so if the neighbors are noisy, it can be hard to sleep.

rchan3This is the third time we stayed at a Vessel group hotel in Japan and it has not disappointed us. They managed to keep the high standards they promised, room is of decent sizes, with comfortable bed and a small sofa They separate the wet and dry bathroom. A big plus of Vessel group hotel is the public bath, it is small but adequate.
One slightly down size is it is 12 mins by foot from the Nagoya station, but we chose this because it is close to the rented car pick-up point which we headed to the following morning.

The room is spacious and well equipped. It's a bit far from Nagoya station and not many buses around the hotel. It's a bit inconvenient. There's shuttle bus available in the morning on weekdays. Longer service time on weekends. Maybe the hotel is busy, the lounge staff wasn't too friendly. I have short hair but I found a long hair on my bed under the blanket. The bedsheet has some black colour fabric fibers but I wore light colour pajamas.

I stayed here while traveling to a concert. It's very close to the Nagoya Station Shinkansen ticket gate, which is convenient. I was able to leave my luggage there before check-in. There are family restaurants and izakayas near the hotel that are open until late at night, so there are plenty of places to eat even late after a concert. The facilities, building, and rooms are a little old, but it's acceptable if you're just staying for a night's sleep. Thank you to the front desk staff for your kind hospitality.
