Great service! Very clean! The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety, including fresh sushi rolls and omelets made to order.

The location is fantastic! It's right around the corner from the South Exit of Jinshan Station – just turn right, no need to cross the road, and the hotel is a few steps away on your right. Super convenient for getting around! The hotel room was also quite spacious, very happy with my stay.

The room was quite spacious with a nice view. Honestly though, the hotel felt a bit old and dated. While the facilities were functional, the carpet had a peculiar smell that was hard to ignore. Even worse, on the first day, there was a plaster stuck to the duvet cover, clearly left by the previous guest, and both the pillows and blankets had a strange odor that seemed to have accumulated over years. Thankfully, communication was smooth. Not only did they immediately change the bedding, but they also promptly moved us to a different floor and room on the third day. The restaurant staff were all very polite and courteous, making us feel right at home. Overall, it really embodied the consistent service quality of Japanese hotels, making it a pretty satisfying stay.

This hotel next to JR Station offers amazing views! The room window is like a beautiful painting. The front desk staff, who spoke some Chinese, was lovely and we had a great chat in both English and Chinese. The complimentary item shown in picture 3 was so romantic, I just had to sit there for a while even though I was stuffed from dinner. Three days and two nights weren't enough to explore everything. I'll definitely stay here again in the future. On the fourth day, I headed to my next stop, a flight to Kumamoto.

The location is super convenient, right out of JR Kanayama Station. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, which is really handy.

The location right next to Kanayama Station is super convenient for getting around (I prefer it over Nagoya Station and Sakae). However, because of the single-pane windows, even on the 18th floor, you can still hear the train. Luckily, the noise level stays under 40 decibels, so it won't wake you up. There's also a shuttle bus nearby that goes to the Aeon Atsuta store. From the window, you can see an Aeon store, distant snow-capped mountains, and a little figure holding an umbrella on the roof of the building opposite. The twin beds can be pushed together, but there's a bunch of wires and equipment under the nightstand that prevents it from moving completely. This leaves a gap of about 20cm between the bed and the wall at the head, which is fine for a family of three to sleep comfortably. The mattress is a Simmons, and it's quite comfortable to sleep on, though the pillows are a bit too narrow. The bathroom looks a little older than it actually is, but it's perfectly functional.
