"The hotel has a great location, making it very convenient for getting around and accessing nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. The cleanliness of the room could be improved. The floor didn’t feel properly cleaned, as it felt like there were small particles, when walking barefoot. The soundproofing is quite poor. Noise from outside the room and neighboring rooms can be easily heard."

"Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite good. The location isn't too far from the subway station, but finding the entrance with luggage for the first time required a bit of a detour, which was a minor inconvenience. There's an Ichiran Ramen nearby, so finding food was very easy. What I particularly liked was the excellent soundproofing; despite being near the elevator, I barely heard any rolling luggage or footsteps, which made for a good night's rest. The room size isn't huge; a double room was just right for one person, but it would feel a bit cramped for two. All in all, it's still a worthwhile option to consider."

"Our stay at Meitetsu Inn Nagoya Nishiki was very comfortable and convenient. The location is excellent—close to public transportation, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore Nagoya. The staff were polite, friendly, and accommodating, providing smooth check-in and helpful assistance whenever needed. The room was clean, well-maintained, and housekeeping did a great job keeping it tidy every day. Breakfast was satisfying with a good selection, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and relaxing. Great value for money and highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers."

"My main reason for visiting Nagoya this time was due to bus travel (the Inotani Sugihara line breakdown affected the Hida Limited Express and Takayama Main Line, impacting my Toyama-Takayama-Nagoya itinerary). This led me to discover that Nagoya Station has two bus terminals. One is the JR Nagoya Station (Shinkansen Exit) terminal, located on the plaza outside the Taiko-dori exit. It's very close to the hotel, easily visible, and I timed it at a 5-minute walk. It's very convenient for taking buses to and from Takayama. Although there was road construction, you just follow the barriers and cross the road to get there. The other is the Meitetsu Bus Center (Nagoya). When we arrived via the Meitetsu line from the airport, we dropped off a suitcase at the hotel first, then came back to the Meitetsu Bus Center to catch our bus. This detour took about 40 minutes round trip. Specifically, you walk from 'Sakura-dori Exit' towards 'Taiko-dori Exit' and 'Shinkansen North Exit'. Once you see 'Shinkansen North Exit', walk a few more steps out the door, and that's the JR Nagoya Bus Station. Cross the road to get to the hotel. So, for those using the Meitetsu line, Meitetsu buses, subway, or Takashimaya, it's a bit of a distance. The hotel allows early luggage storage, and check-in is at 2 PM. You can pick up toothbrushes, toothpaste, coffee, and tea from the lobby yourself, but there are no makeup removers or skincare products. You need to use your key card to access the elevators, and two bottles of water are provided daily. The room was new and spacious, allowing us to fully open two large suitcases at the same time. Staying here on our last day was great for organizing our luggage. There's a convenience store next to the hotel and a drugstore across the street."

"The best choice for a budget solo traveler. It offers free unlimited drinks all day, unlimited curry with rice for breakfast, unlimited fresh ramen noodles at night, and free alcoholic drinks in the evening. There is a lounge on the 11th floor, a public bath with a hot pool and sauna, and free shampoo, body soap, conditioner, hair gel, hair spray, and face and body lotion. It also provides free toothbrushes and razors. The locker fits a 20kg size luggage if not, you can put it at the large luggage compartment and ask for chain with lock at the lobby. There are coin washing machines and dryers available as well. Heads up to those with tattoos: this hotel only has a public bath, and tattoos are not allowed."

"This is a fantastic airport hotel! It's super convenient, located right across from the Meitetsu Line subway station hall, which connects directly to the terminal building. Perfect for those arriving in the afternoon or departing early in the morning. What's even better is how spacious the rooms are, and they all have large windows. Some room types even offer views of Ise Bay, which is stunning and expansive. The breakfast spread is incredibly generous too. Plus, there are plenty of comfortable lounge areas in the lobby on the first floor. It's all very thoughtful and relaxing."

"We stayed here for a night to catch a morning flight the next day. The hotel itself is about 15-20 mins walk to the terminal but it provides free shuttle bus service in the morning starting from 6.40am. There's also a free shuttle bus in front of the hotel taking guests to the nearby Aeon Mall in Tokoname where you can shop and dine. Buffet breakfast has a wide variety on offer and the hotel room has a nice view of the ocean."

"A great location for visiting around the city - several subway stations are within a few minutes walk in different directions and some attractions like the science museum and Central Park shopping area are close enough to walk as well. The room size was decent for Japan with a nice chair and desk with refrigerator and big tv in the room and enough space for luggage and to walk around the bed. The amenities and snacks provided in the lobby were very convenient and there are several convenience stores nearby. The breakfast buffet had many choices and the main dishes changed every day of our three day stay but I would say it was more Japanese dishes than western. The staff were very friendly and spoke English and the WiFi was ok although a little slow at times. I think this was a great value and location and would recommend it and stay again next time I come to Nagoya."

"been to a different dormy several times, i like it best here, the stair to upper bed is ok, every floor has its own bathroom, they serve water, coffee, tea, miso soup for free 24 hours, they even have outside table for smokers, thank you wasabi, hope i can comeback again"

"I came for a concert, and the hotel is right behind Niterra, so it was super convenient to just step out. It's also very close to Kanayama Station, which made shopping and getting to the airport easy. For Japan, the room size was decent and had all the necessary amenities. The lobby offered free coffee, and they even thoughtfully wrote a message for concert-goers."
