The only negative aspect was the elevators. It was almost impossible to get from the second floor to the breakfast area with a stroller because there were only two elevators, and since the hotel had around 10–15 floors, they were always full when going down. Therefore, we had to carry the stroller down the stairs to reach the breakfast area. Apart from that, all the facilities were great. We would like to thank all the staff for their excellent service. Era prácticamente imposible bajar desde la segunda planta hasta la zona de desayuno con el cochecito del bebé, ya que solo había dos ascensores y el hotel tenía unas 10–15 plantas, por lo que siempre bajaban llenos. Por ese motivo, tuvimos que bajar el cochecito por las escaleras para poder llegar a la zona de desayuno. Por lo demás, todas las instalaciones estaban muy bien. Muchas gracias a todo el personal por su excelente atención y servicio. Tek olumsuz nokta asansörlerdi. İkinci kattan bebek arabasıyla kahvaltı alanına inmek neredeyse imkânsızdı. Otelde yalnızca iki asansör vardı ve otel yaklaşık 10–15 katlı olduğu için asansörler aşağı inerken sürekli dolu oluyordu. Bu nedenle kahvaltı alanına ancak puseti merdivenlerden taşıyarak ulaşabildik. Bunun dışında tüm olanaklar güzeldi. Çalışan personelin sunduğu güzel hizmet için çok teşekkür ederiz.

The hotel was in perfect conditions and had Halloween decoration, very beautiful. I had many activities and also the entrances to the mythical Terra park that I didn't expect. Rooms are a little dated but You get a free safe in the rooms, saves you messing about with leaving a deposit at reception which most hotels do. You have to keep your door pass with you at all times because you won’t be able to use the lift or access the pool area. we was on the second floor so we didn’t need to use the lift. The breakfast was really nice, the evening meals was themed nights but there was something for everyone Always sunbeds available. We was lucky enough to get a pool view that we didn’t ask for so that was a bonus. Close to the ***** and beach. Would recommend.

Stayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and ***** without being on top of it. The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in! The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there. Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes. If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!

Have stayed here before, it is nicely located, quiet, basic but nice, clean and friendly. We do not eat breakfast, but where ever we stay, we buy breakfast, just drink the coffee and take a bacon sandwich / boiled egg to eat later, this it seems is no longer allowed, signs on every table state food must not be taken from dining room. In future I will save the €7 each per day breakfast charge and just buy a coffee. They do offer food, but it seems to be only very expensive＜€13/14)＞ burgers ordered from a local takeout.

We had a great weekend at this hotel and of course Benidorm. Although we already knew him, he never ceases to amaze us. The hotel is very good, although we would have liked to have stayed on a higher floor with a better view. Let's see if we make it next time because I want to come back. Booked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed. On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI” Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed. Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed) Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants. Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus. We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money. I would recommend and return again.

Hotel bien, pero el personal muy poco amable y poco resolutivo, tuve un error a la hora de reservar y no me ayudaron en nada, me dieron el número para ponerme en contacto con gente que me lo podría solucionar y no me cogían ni el teléfono, me dieron otro número y era de una persona particular, muy poco resolutivos y poco comprensivos ya que como hotel donde yo he reservado deberían de tener un medio de contacto donde solucionar estos problemas y no lavarse las manos tan fácilmente.
