"We stayed on the 18th floor the view was outstanding reading reviews before we left made me think what the hell had I booked but on arrival the staff was amazing we arrived at 2am and check in was fast the lovely man on the dest that night went into storage and got bucket and spades for my younger boys to play with on the beach the next morning.i normally have terrible sleep unless I'm in my own bed but I had lovely sleep the whole week the pool was amazing for cooling down after a walk into old town or to the beach all staff were lovely and helpful only down fall was no Aircon but fans were provided in the room we can't wait to go back in October as the apartment is in the perfect location for amazing restaurants and not too far to old town where our family live"

"I'm here at the moment, April 24th for 3 nights. I went to bed at 11.45 and as I write this it's 4 07 in the morning and it's roasting in this room. I've had to open the freezer door out of desperation for some kind of respite. It's the second night without air conditioning, which I've paid for, and is very important to me. All they say at reception is that they are changing from winter to summer That's all very well but I had no sleep the first night, no sleep last night and 100% no sleep tonight, no good to me. This place is ok, 2/3 stars when you look around. Rooms have enough space, clean, a stocked kitchenette and a hairdryer and a good shower in the bathroom where unfortunately, the rail falls off as it is not fixed. Can't say bad words about the staff as they do a good job. The venue room is ok for bingo and the like but too light and certainly basic. The pool is a good size and it's best feature and I wished I was in it now to get cool Too far from anywhere so if you have mobility issues it's a definite 6 or 7 minute taxi ride to the start of the old town"

"Very nice hotel with exceptional service. Very spacious hotel with loads of things to explore. Beautiful grounds with a variety of gardens and vegetation which gives a unique feel to the hotel. Restaurants are good with plenty variety for different palates"

"Good points: Clean and resort-like hotel room, 5-minute walk to the ocean, trendy bathroom, free use of auxiliary facilities (table tennis, swimming pool), breakfast/dinner included, but there was a lot of food, so I was satisfied. Shampoo and body wash are provided, and there is a terrace, so it is good to sit there and relax. Inconvenient points: It is far from the old town (20-30 minutes on foot), there are many pubs around that play loud music, so it is noisy at night, and the springs of the bed felt so hard that it was very uncomfortable to sleep. It is a 4-star hotel, but there are no amenities such as toothpaste or toothbrush."

"The hotel’s location is great, and the room is quite comfortable. However, upon checking in, I was assigned a room with a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. I promptly requested maintenance, but they didn’t send a technician. After multiple calls to the receptionist, they finally agreed to change my room, but their attitude was quite unpleasant. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options."

"great hotel close to the old town poniente side ten mins walk to the beach hotel its self is lovely and all the staff are great i had a single room very clean but all the hotel is very clean mainly spanish so the food and entertainment is geared that way but no problem to me great pool and bar spaces because its in a slightly more residential area there are no views but its fairly quiet around here there are a few local bars restaurants and little squares i got dropped of by the yellow submarine so wall towards the old town a little and take the road by the taxi rank on the left and walk up the road to pescados flores and go down the road opposite you can see the purple sign for the hotel police station opposite to walk to levante beach is about 15 and the strip is about 20 mins walk there was some realy nice people staying there both Spanish and English i enjoyed the food bar was great would i return i thik yes there was solo travellers couples and families im aged 67 but never felt out of it"

"Not recommended at all. The staff's attitude was appalling; they were bothered by the noise we made while checking in, even though we were a fairly large group. They contradicted themselves, initially giving us space for a private party and then entering and being disrespectful, putting words in our mouths. They delete anything they don't want people to know about from Google reviews, so we want to use this platform to give visibility to the situation and let people know what really happened. There are thousands of hotels nearby and in the city center with good service. As for the facilities, the cleanliness wasn't very good, not to mention the food, which was basically the same for lunch and dinner, with no variety. Regarding the air conditioning, they decided to turn it off at 8 pm, even though it was 30 degrees Celsius (86 degrees Fahrenheit), forcing us to sleep with the windows open… Don't book this hotel; it's nothing but problems…"
