Hotel Bristol 4 Sup ★★★★
"Fab stay as always"
Hotel BH Los Ángeles ★★
"Great stay at Hotel Loa Angeles. Our room was ready for our early arrival. It was a very small room but adequate for our needs with a large shower room and a comfortable bed. Near to the beach and restaurants and bars just steps away. We loved it here and would not hesitate to book again"
Benidorm Centre - Adults Only ★★★★
"Staff are very helpful"
Port Fiesta Park ★★★
"1 night for 2 people with breakfast.....for 58 euros. It was a perfect stay...highly recommended!"

La Estación ★★★★
"I always come and stay here as it’s close to the rail, and bus station . Impeccable clean and staff are extremely helpful added bonus there is an underground car park and free !"
Hotel Caballo de Oro ★★★
"Fantastic stay bteween 30/09/2024 and 07/10/2024. Great staff and good food. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. Would stay agin. Only downside was evening meal was at 8pm which is too late for us, but the Spanish eat later. In a good location as well."
Halley Hotel & Apartments Affiliated by Meliá ★★★
"Love it will come and stay again"
Hotel Madeira Centro ★★★★
"Our room was not so well cleaned. It was noisy, we heard everything what neighbours do. Inside pool was nice, although the room was too hot and there wasn’t any air. The breakfast was good and all servants were friendly. The view from upper floors is amazing."

Gastrohotel Boutique RH Canfali
"In the heart of the old town, modern and excellent restaurant"
Now Benidorm
"This hotel is a classic "you get what you pay for!." Very basic rooms and not the most comfy beds. One of our rooms air conditioning was not working. If you want your rooms cleaned they charge you 25 euros, you only get a towel on each bed and if you would like clean ones they charge a euro per towel. Rooms are only supplied with one toilet roll, you have to ask for another at reception if you need more. Reception is meant to be 24/7, we left a key in the room, no one was at reception, we called a number on the wall at 1 am someone came at 3.30 am to let us in. We constantly had to ask when the bar would be opening for around the pool, they seem to open and close when it suits rather than sticking to opening/closing times. Hotel is a good 15 minute walk from the strip and situated on a very steep hill which was a killer in the heat or after a night on the strip, we even got a taxi back some nights. The hotel behind is a very lively/ noisy hotel with partying going on till gone 6am every night so don't expect to get any sleep!. I wouldn't stay again, paying a bit extra is definitely worth it, this hotel is basically a hostel."
Hotel Alameda
"Great hotel. The staff were very helpful on reception and went out of their way to help me store my medication, very clean hotel. Had a lovely Seaview room with sunbeds on our balcony, sun all day and towels changed daily. Great location , loved it!"
Hotel Lido
"This was only a nights stay before go to our other hotel to which i am glad because if I would have had 10 days here I would have cried and gone home. No staff to help, the stairs ways were mucky and the pool was nice and the ladders were not fixed properly and I sliced my foot on them and staff wasn't bothered never asked if ok or came to see me at the pool. Food was awful apart from the ice cream, I had reservations eating the food lack of hygiene was a big no no. The smell round the pool was dreadful which was the drainage and all the steps up from the pool were broken. One positive is bed was comfy. I would not recommend this hotel at all I can't wait to leave."
Hotel Perla
"LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT. Fabulous from start to finish. Staff are fantastic, rooms are clean and tidy, no noise after a certain time, food for breakfast is fabulous and choice of drinks. Snack bar is brilliant both food and drink. Right next to everything and 5/7 min walk to beach max, but not noisy at all. We had pool view for both rooms and they were fab. They have put a lot of thought and time into ensuring it’s a great hotel. You do pay a breakage deposit but it went back into account a few days later, it does have lots of young ones and mixed ages but the atmosphere is great. Inflatable allowed in, no life guard, but baby pool also available. We would all go back in a heart beat, we loved everything. Big shout out to Silvia so helpful and supportive when questions asked. Baggage room is fab for late check out and has lots of CCTV to ensure safety of things. You cannot beat the location. We normally stay in old town, but this hotel has won me over. Try Planet Benidorm for food nearby around the corner and Vincent in old town - both ace as well I’d go back in a heart beat. Pics on here don’t do this hotel justice."
Prince Park
"Stayed a week here. Lovely hotel. Room overlooking park & pool. Room spacious and very adequate for our needs. Good shower. Only went to breakfast once as although plenty of food, not much choice. Didn’t bother again altho hubby used everyday as he loves fruit. No food very hot, just warm. Entertainment dire. Geared towards Spanish. Great singer on Friday lunchtime. Nico. Loved listening to him. Enjoyed sitting round pool. Plenty of beds. Bar staff brilliant. Cleaners brilliant. Reception staff - most were amazing and always friendly & helpful. However we had an issue with the rear gate access from park. Although it says locked at 9pm every day, we asked a staff member who said it closed at 10:30pm. For 2 nights we got back around 10pm it was open. The following night we got back (as we thought in time) at 10:15pm. Gate was locked. Staff member other side of gate told us to go through park. We tried but the nearest next gate was also locked. Ended up walking half mile to get round to front of hotel. Here’s where it gets bad service. Told Spanish receptionist what happened. She Told us gate is ALWAYS locked at 9pm. Told her what we’d been told by staff member and how it had impacted us not knowing how to get out of park. She immediately became aggressive and very accusatory. Said “okay it’s my fault, I’ll take blame!!” Told her it’s not directed at her BUT we had been told by staff member 10:30pm. Then became very dismissive and disrespectful towards us and was supposed to report to General Manager. That was 2 days ago and no acknowledgment. Hence 4 stars. If they were all like the Scottish lady on reception, who was so obliging, knowledgeable and friendly, it would have been 5++ stars."
Hotel Brasil
"Nice enough hotel for the money, was clean and staff friendly, plenty for breakfast lots of choice but was cold.. I’m not one to over complain but it wasnt even luke warm, so stuck to toast and pastries and fruit. We had to be up at 1.30am for our flight and the entertainment went on til midnight, we couldn’t escape the noise from our room. That said… location was nice if u like the old town. Bar and pool were nice."
Port Vista Oro
"Good hotel, normal service, normal food"
Poseidon Resort
"The total decadence. We have seen the decline of this hotel year after year. We have been coming for 10 years and, although it has never been a panacea, the deterioration is already unacceptable. Not because of the facilities, but because of the bad service and the terrible attention. Except for the dining room waitresses (not all of them) and the bar waiters (all fantastic), the attention at reception and maitres is deplorable. Entertainment, a key element in the choice of many families, is non-existent and aimed exclusively at the elderly, who already make up more than 90% of the guests. Special mention to “Inma”, a receptionist with a bad manners that borders on the embarrassing. In short, cheap is expensive and we must say goodbye forever to this hotel, which had the potential to position itself as a great resort but has remained a third-rate hostel."
Asia Gardens Hotel & Thai Spa, a Royal Hideaway Hotel
"The environment is very good, the swimming pool water is very clear, the service attitude is also very good, but the food is very average. It is suitable for leisure and vacation."
Hotel Bcl Levante Club & Spa 4 Sup - Only Adults Recomended
"Nice hotel with beautiful views from the large balcony. The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower (which could do with an update)."
Hotel Servigroup Diplomatic
"Very enjoyable stay. Hotel was spotless. Great location we were pleasantly surprised for the cost"
Port Benidorm Hotels spa
"I went to spend my birthday with my best friend and we loved the hotel with great views, the cleanliness was 10, the staff was very friendly, the spectacular buffet was super well organized, clean and offered us everything, I loved the pool, and a wonderful terrace☺️ we will return"
Hotel Santa Faz
"If you want a no frills bargain break then this is the place for you! The rooms were very basic but that’s what we expected from a 2* hotel, the hotel was very clean from entering the building the smell was fresh, our room had a fantastic shower with lovely hot water and good pressure. The towels were tiny and yes dated but again what we expected for the price but overall we were very happy with our experience. Jessie the ‘chef’’ worked tirelessly during our 5 night stay and provided us with a good selection of food….we didn’t go hungry! Carlos on reception was very helpful when we arrived and continued with that during our stay, WiFi was excellent even in the room so would definitely return. If you are looking for a budget hotel in the old town then this is the place for you, no frills but good value for money….top tip bring your ear plugs as the walls/rooms are paper thin but having said that with the hotels location to everything was fantastic…so even though it was a 2* hotel we would defo give it a 4* for value….of course we will be back but that is because we like value on a budget 👍"
Hotel Poseidon Playa
"We chose a double bed and there were two small ones pushed together. We are a couple and it was terrible having to keep pushing the bed together so the joint between the two wouldn't open. The buffet is disappointing because it looks good but the food doesn't have the best flavour, it's too simple and tasteless and salty. The pool closes very early and the day takes a long time to come here and without a pool it's terrible to be there!"
Apartamentos Turisticos Terralta
"We've been back to the Terralta 5 times now and it doesn't lose anything for us. The complex is spotlessly clean in all the public areas and the apartments. We love the location - just tucked away on a hill but only 20 minutes stroll down the hill to the old town. A taxi into the new town is only a few euros. The apartments are 3 star but very spacious, clean and has everything you need to self cater. The balconies are large and have plenty of space to sit. The pool is lovely great for kids snd adults and we found it easy to get sunbeds as they don't open the gate till 10am so it stops people reserving them. There's a great snack bar if you want a nice lunch here too. The salads are lovely and you can get chicken in breadcrumbs chips etc all served really nicely. The staff on reception and in the bar are friendly amd helpful. We love that everything closes by midnight so you can sleep. If you want party party then benidorm is on your doorstep but if you just want to chill these apartments are ideal for couples and families. The entertainment is low key but we enjoyed it. Quizes, karaoke and visiting singers dancers and magic act. Absolutely love it here and already booked for 2 weeks next June."
