"Hotel room was basic but spotless, the aircon was excellent and left on all day for us, room cleaned everyday with fresh towels. All staff were helpful and pleasant called us taxis whenever we needed them and they were there within minutes. Big chest freezer full of ice bags perfect for balcony drinks the lady even gave us glasses and straws to take up. Location was perfect out of the hustle and bustle but within walking distance of everything. We were 2 girls celebrating my birthday. Walk to the beach just down the hill, lots of shops across the road and a proper super market. The centre of the old town is about a 10 min walk and into new town I’d say 20. We walked to the strip on our last night and glad we did lots of lovely cocktail bars on the way. Would recommend and stay here again."

"If you are thinking of booking this hotel and don't have kids you no longer need to keep thinking. Book it! We have been coming to Benidorm for fifteen years (two, three times a year) and sadly only stayed in this hotel three times since 2025. The staff steal the show of this hotel. Could not meet a more friendly, professional and funny team. The last manager/Director of this hotel was brilliant and friendly. So we were a bit apprehensive of the new manager/director as to making changes to the hotel. We had nothing to worry about. If anything, things improved and I don't know how that was possible. To the reception, bar staff, kitchen staff, waiting staff, maintenance, cleaners and director, we thank all of you. We have booked again. Look forward to seeing you all again. Thank you ❤️ John and Linda xx"

"We were a party of 6. Went for the Xmas festivals. Location of the Hotel is in the heart of Old Town Benidorm, Tapas Alley. Not so far from the beaches. Bars, shops close by. The hotel cleanliness is of a high standard. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay again."

"Wonderful hotel! Unfortunately we stayed for only 1 night and it was just great! Clean, cozy, tasty breakfast, beach, and old town just nearby! Very friendly staff! If we are back to Benidorm again, this hotel will be the first choice."

"This has got to be hands down the worst hotel we have ever had the misfortune of staying at. Its a loud party hotel designed for teens to get drunk and fight. On 3 occasions we seen staff break up fights in the bar area and one man was beating another with one of the snooker ques. The food is awful and a member of our family suffered badly with bed bug bites. The lifts were always broken meaning we had to carry everything up 7 flights of stairs. Please please don't book this hotel."

"POSITIVES, clean comfy spacious room comfy bed and nice roof terrace NEGATIVES We arrived at 2.30pm. No welcome at all, just given room cards and told 3rd floor. Called to reception as we didnt have any towels bathmat or toilet paper, we were told to go to reception and fet it ourselves swimming pool bot open bar not open Resturant was tiny due to work going on. It looked like a 1970 factory canteen/ obstacle course. One night it was full we were told by a very miserable waitress to get our food and eat it in reception. Food had no labels at all and often cold. Although we had 7 nights half board we only are in 2 mornings and 2 evenings. Not suitable for english guests modlst staff barely spoke it, and one waiter didnt speak it at all. We had to write our room number down on paper so he could book us in. For the whole 7 days on one staff member even smiled at us let alone speak."

"Please ignore all the bad reviews. 22 of us stayed here recently for a hen do and we can’t fault it. The hotel was clean, rooms are massive, pool area great. The staff were 10/10. Didn’t care about us being noisy or anything. We loved it. Would definitely come back for a girls hol!"

"Air-conditioning is broken and has been for a few weeks. They do not tell you till you arrive and ask you if you want to try and book something else by then everything is really expensive so you have no choice absolutely boiling avoid unless you like a sauna."

"The total decadence. We have seen the decline of this hotel year after year. We have been coming for 10 years and, although it has never been a panacea, the deterioration is already unacceptable. Not because of the facilities, but because of the bad service and the terrible attention. Except for the dining room waitresses (not all of them) and the bar waiters (all fantastic), the attention at reception and maitres is deplorable. Entertainment, a key element in the choice of many families, is non-existent and aimed exclusively at the elderly, who already make up more than 90% of the guests. Special mention to “Inma”, a receptionist with a bad manners that borders on the embarrassing. In short, cheap is expensive and we must say goodbye forever to this hotel, which had the potential to position itself as a great resort but has remained a third-rate hostel."

"This was our 7th stay at the Princesa and as usual it was excellent. My only complaint is the smoking situation, they really need to make it clear where the smoking area is as people were smoking at tables that had no smoking signs on and when challenged, said they could smoke anywhere they wanted. The staff are fantastic especially Diego, Jorge and Marina behind the bar. The restaurant has had a little makeover since we were there last year with new tables and chairs which are much better, we think the Princesa is the best hotel in Benidorm and we are back there again in the summer."

We was a large party of 12 (6 rooms in total) and thought it was great value for money, if we go back we would definitely look to stay there again."

"This is my 4th time now and still is very good and consistent. Check in is quick easy and simple. Had a room at the front of the building (defo recommend the rear) which is quiet at night but busy and noisy during the day but it was ok with me. It was a good size and very clean, not sure why there were 3 beds as I was solo visitor but It offered a wide choice of sleeping arrangements. Pool was lovely and clean and no issues getting a sun bed, very near the bar so certainly ticked all the boxes. Food was good, you do get roughly the same each occasion but I liked it and there’s plenty as its buffet style and a free unlimited ice cream parlour. All the staff are helpful and polite, the bar staff stand out for me as their extremely polite and inter act with their customers really well. Bucket of Cruzcampo €12 and you get 6 bottles of 330ml and free peanuts or olives if you ask. Bar prices are good and in the restaurant it’s only €5 for house wine but they offer loads of other wines at various prices. I’m back in November for another 6 nights with easyJet holidays. Nothing here not to like. A couple of niggly issues but not enough to drop a star.⭐"

"The hotel is right on the main strip so no taxi. Great for anyone who not the best on there feet, or to much drink🙂 Great atmosphere in the hotel. It’s quite no messing or carrying on. Rooms are spacious enough. They are all the same. Value was good. They dont take groups. We are heading back again soon & look forward to it."
